Description of Work: Premier roofing and contracting, did our roof after the crazy hail storms that hit San Antonio this April. David was our project manager and he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The roofers did a great job on our roof and we couldn't be happier. Our roof was up and good to go in 2 days, they laid tarps down to catch nails, and cleaned up after they were done! There were no nails or trash left behind! it has been super busy this season for them, so be patient, it's worth it!

Description of Work: Their up front sales are great, work was done but I didn't see any management oversight or inspection of results. Also, once they received their final payment ... they just disappeared. Didn't bother to check if I was satisfied with the work. Bad closure ... they should work on that.

Good morning sir, I was just going back through our reviews and saw that I did not respond to this one. Just wanted to clarify, I actually did the final walk when your wife was having a birthday party of some sort at the house with friends and family. You were not home at the time. I checked everything out and walked the entire perimeter and took final pictures with our drone which we still have and sent over our 10 Year Workmanship Warranty as well. I also emailed those pictures over to your email. Let me know if you did not receive this email and I can search and resend. I will resend when I return to the office Monday as well. Respectfully, T. Description of Work: Premier Roofing came out and inspected my roof that needed minor repair. Upon inspection, they showed me several pictures of other issues my roof had that they found and explained to me how each issue could damage my house more if not fixed. They gave me several estimates from one item to all them items so that I could make a decision of my choice. I was very pleased with the service they gave and would use them again without a doubt.

Description of Work: Provider replaced all roof shingles on main dwelling and 10'x12' gazebo, repaired ceiling sheet rock where water leaked into garage. Main work was performed in one day. Replacement included under-liner covering of felt and ice/water block for valleys. Vents were converted to ridge vent and no trace of previous mushroom vents are visible from outside or inside attic. Sheet rock work was completed next day and is area was matched perfectly to existing ceiling. Provider completed work by sending clean up crew back out the next day to walk the year with rolling magnet to ensure all nails and metal hardware was removed for safety.

The owner was great! He was very professional and helpful. There was no pressure and he was patient and understanding. I am stationed in Korea for the Air Force right now and he was courteous and helpful to my wife as helped her navigate the insurance claims process. I HIGHLY recommend you call Premier Roofing if you suspect hail damage. I will be recommending him to all of my military coworkers and neighbors.

Thaddaeus Biediger Senior Project Manager C. 210-867-6001 O. 855-876-6380 - He showed up at my house towards the end of November 2013, and stated who he was, who he worked for, and that he was licensed to check my roof for hail damage. He said that our roof had enough hail damage to be covered under our insurance provider. He was very respectful and curtious with the visit. - He helped us with making a claim with our insurance provider, and he showed up while the insurance adjustor was there to inspect our claim. - Once we finalized our insurance claim, Thaddaeus set up a time for us to have our roof replaced. - The roof replacement went well, and only took 2 days to complete. - The roofers were very nice, and worked deligently to cover the area with tarps during the removal of the old shingles, and once the new shingles arrived, they were very quick to get the job finished. The roof looks great! - The only problem I had with the roofers were they left a lot of nails after the job was complete. I didn't find too many in the yard where my kids played, but I did find them in all the garden areas around the house. - The gutter replacement went well, but they probably should have taken two days to do the job instead of one - The gutters go well with the new roof, and really tie the whole house together. - One of the fascia boards they replaced, the last one of the day, was not properly sealed with caulk - They left some aluminum cut off pieces lying around the yard Thaddeaus was very respectful, and curtious to us the entire time. I would definitely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: Premier Roofing and Contracting acted as a contractor to replace our roof & gutters. Worked with the insurance adjustor to make sure all damages caused by the hail was listed in the claim.
