It went extremely well. They were really efficient, came out and got the job done quickly, they did not overcharge me, honest and the owner came out and he stood by what he said. The job went and happened as he said it would. They were really good.

I called the day before to obtain an appointment. The repairman was on time and recommended that we also replace the spring on the other side. We decided that it was a good option.

Torsion spring on the garage door broke last night. Called overhead at 8:00 am. Said they could come afternoon. Arrived before noon, fixed door and was done by 12:30. Door working beautifully

They were very, very, sweet people and my husband was very pleased with the price. He was very thorough, professional in his presentation, and did great customer education.We were very pleased with it. His assessment of the problem was accurate and he gave plenty of information on how to prevent future problems. His cost was also exceptional.

They were on time on the day of service and performed the service promptly. We have had no issues with the door since installation, and the quality of the door itself is evident.

This is not the first time we have used Overhead. I have used them for repairs and new equipment on both by personal property and for our business. We own a real estate brokerage and do sale and property managment both. We continue to refer Overhead to our customers and have them as one of our preferred vendors. Reps for the company are always on time and informative.

The experience was fine and they did a good job. They came, did what they needed to do and left. I did not choose them; my husband did. But their price must have been okay or he would not have chosen them.

Instead of trying to push us to buy an entirely new system, they gave us exactly what we asked for--repairs and guidance on keeping it working well. Easy to work with, punctual, professional, and I felt the cost was well within range of other bids we had received. Yes, we would use them again.

They were sub contracted when we had our vinyl siding installed. They installed two doors and electric openers. Very professional and thorough. The previous owners of the house had a horrendous mess of the wiring. The electrician with Overhead straighten the whole mess out and had all our outlets and light switches performing as they should. They could have done the minimum and got their stuff to work, but they went above and beyond. The door installation when flawlessly and cleanup was perfect. They were very helpful in all aspects of the installation and operation of the doors and openers.

The price was reasonable. Overall, it was good. We didn't have to have them come out. The technician placed the sensor so close to the opening of the garage door where we couldn't pass-by without bumping them, so we had to get the fixed and they came out & did it.

One of the extension springs broke. I called Overhead Door. They sent their tech over. John arrived about 1/2 hour after I made the initial call. Very prompt. He assessed the problem and fixed it in about 15 to 20 minutes. I had also had some problems with the auto door opener, where it closed one time on an obstruction and damaged the top two panels of the door as well as breaking two of the four windows in the top panel. John gave me an estimate on the replacing the two damaged panel, which I thought was very reasonable. After making a call, he told me that the panels would have to be manufactured, but would be ready the following day for installation. I was surprised that they could have them ready that fast. We scheduled the installation for 10:30am the next day. I received a call from John the next morning at around 9:45am. He told me that his first stop didn't take as long as planned and if it would be OK to come to my location earlier. I was all for that. He arrived at about 10:00am. Installed the new panels, which matched the others almost perfectly, in roughly about an hour. The door works perfectly and look great. John did a wonderful job and it was a pleasure to have him here. I will be replacing both of my auto door openers soon, and will be using the Overhead Door company, no doubt. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

The price was better than several competitors, the job was done promptly and professionally. The opener is very quite and a lot cheaper than the last one I had installed in another house a few years ago.

They referred me to another company. They advised the company may be better off to assist, as it is an odd sized door and that was the company that originally installed it. I called Overhead Door of San Antonio, as they had previously done work for me and was happy with their prices, professionalism and quality of work. If the occasion arises, I would hire them again.

Overhead Door of San Antonio was very responsive, and fixed our garage door issue quickly without the high-powered upsell techniques. Our garage is about 10 times quieter than what it was, now that they fixed it.

Technician arrived on time diagnosed the problem and went right to work fixing the problem. He was very professional and efficient. Would definitely use this company again.

We have used this company before. It was about 15 years ago. Since we were pleased with their work before we decided to get an estimate from them to compare prices. Another company quoted us a price about $350.00 more for the same job, plus we would have to special order from the other company, which meant a two week ( at least ) wait. We stopped at the Overhead Door office ( where we were generously given a 15% discount card) on Wednesday afternoon and the new door panels were installed on Friday morning. The installer even gave us some tips on caulking and painting. Again, we were very pleased with this company.
