They did a good job and I would recommend them.

It went unbelievably well. The garage door spring broke at 4:30 p.m. Friday. Luckily my car was still in the driveway because we were expecting guests over the weekend. I called about the door and a repairman (Branden) showed up a little after 6 p.m. He replaced the spring and I gave him a check for $534 and sent him on his way. I went back into my house to watch TV only to learn that a hail storm was predicted for that evening. Without the prompt service on Friday evening my Lexus in my driveway could have been victimized by the hail. Thankfully the storm without the hail materialized at 1 a.m. Branden was courteous, knowledgeable and a quick worker. As a congenital complainer I could find nothing (0) to complain about!

This is the second time in two years to call this company. Just like before, they showed up on-time on a saturday with no additional fees. Jerry fixed the problem and did not try sell me a new door. They have superior service and I recommend this company highly.

I had used the Overhead Door Company of San Antonio in November 1998 to install an automatic door opener on each garage door. Several years later, I had them come out to make some adjustments. When one of the springs broke on a Sunday evening (making a sound heard throughout the house), I knew exactly who I was going to call. I made the call on Monday morning and set up the visit for the next day. The technician was very professional and answered all of my questions. In addition to replacing all four springs, he pointed out the safety feature of the new springs (a cable runs through the middle of each spring so that should the spring break, the pieces of spring won't go flying off all over the garage and damage something). He lubricated the garage door mechanisms and made sure the doors opened and closed properly. The entire job took about 30 minutes (probably would have only taken 20 minutes had I not been so inquisitive). I highly recommend the Overhead Door Company of San Antonio if you are having problems with your garage doors..

They did not charge me anything. It was an easy fix. He just came out and fixed it and left. The best part was that he was able to pinpoint the problem. He was honest about the fix. He did not feel the need to overcharge me, upcharge me or try to sell me something that I did not need. That I really appreciated. They were great.

I found not have envisioned a better experience. I called on Friday, and the technician Steve, came about first thing Saturday morning. He quickly repaired my garage door without charging for services that were not needed. The fee was very reasonable. I know who I am going to call when my garage door needs replacing.

Went Great! We already knew the spring needed to be replaced. The office manager told us they had a coupon on Angies List for Spring Replacement, and to schedule the appointment with the coupon so we would get the discount. That's Customer Service!! Technician came out, replaced the spring, and did a general maintenance on the unit. He found a loose wire, and tightened it up for us. Very happy, and would use again!

We were 100% satisfied. It was a good experience and it didn't take long to do.

This was thru our home warranty service. It didn't take them long to come out because they considered that problem an emergency. A garage door has 2 springs, one on the right and one on the left, that opens it with an automatic opener. If one of those breaks, you can't open the door. So they came out pretty rapidly, and then the next month the other spring broke. They came out twice for the springs on opposite sides and the home warranty took care of it. They are really good.

My deductible for the home warranty company was $75. I had pay Overhead, and they get the rest of the cost from the home warranty company. They were very efficient, they didn't have to guess around on what the problem was. What I really liked is, they had the parts on the truck. I hate that when people say well I don't have the parts with me. They never said that. They always have the parts on the truck. They were fast, got in and they got out. The part I liked best, they showed me what I need to do periodically to keep the springs in good working order. Which I had no idea that you had to oil them. I've been oiling them every 3 months with WD40 so hopefully, it will be alright.

They were great! There was one person, and he was done in about 30 minutes. It was perfect. They didn't really do anything that would make a mess. What stood out was the promptness of the turnaround. When I called them, I already knew that the spring needed to be replaced, they also were really great about telling me the spring that I needed and confirm that before I went out and went on Angie's List to buy the coupon. So they confirmed everything for me before we went forward. So there was no coming out saying oh we got the wrong thing. It was just great customer service.
