They gave me a great estimate, arrived on time, and did the work perfectly. They noticed extra work that needed to be done. I opted not to have that done - didn't have the extra cash at that moment. They were wonderful. They gave me advice about the health of the tree and how to keep it healthy.

I was pleased with them and would use them again. I've used them for a number of years. I didn't use them for the last job because they couldn't get to me as soon as I wanted. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I called for an estimate and the guy arrived on time. He gave me a written estimate with enough detail so I could compare his prices/services to others. Once I chose him, he told me when they would arrive and about how long it would take. On the appropriate day, the crew arrived and began taking down the Ash tree. It took all day to bring it down. They started in earnest on the second day and began grinding stumps after lunch. At the conclusion, they cleaned up all the debris, and the only evidence remaining was the heap of wood chips and saw dust where the Ash once stood. The price was exactly as quoted. My only complaint was how the crew pruned a Mesquite tree. They removed more limbs than I thought necessary. All else went according to schedule.

We found the on Angie's list. It was a positive experience. They made it clear in the contract what they were doing. There were problems that had to be fixed. They sent somebody to fix that. I would probably not use them in the future.

Overall, it was fantastic. The customer service was great from the time we got the estimate up until the crew finished up the job and left. This was the first time I had ever used a Tree Service and I'm glad to say that it exceeded my expectations and will not hesitate to use this company again.

The experience was fine. They climbed up on the roof. They were very professional, and they came on time. They did the services that they estimated. They came back over the summer to make sure they hadn't harmed the tree. Everything went fine. They were very thorough in checking to make sure they hadn't done damage.

We contacted Out on a Limb to look at a tree in our yard. They came out and determined that the tree could not be saved. They gave us an estimate and scheduled a date to have the tree removed. They were prompt and finished the job quickly. They cleaned up the area. I was extremely pleased with their work. They also provided the name of someone who could help pick out and plant a replacement tree.

They did work to my satisfaction. They didn't damage any other trees. They were very reliable. They completed their work in about a day and half. They did a really good job. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them as well. I didn't have to wait to get them scheduled out and it was pretty easy to get them scheduled. There was no rush.

On the alloted day The Out On A Limb crew showed up on time and started work. Mr. Bixby came by a short time later and again went over with the job foreman exactly what was to be done. My experience with Out On A Limb was good froim the initial walk through, to the estimate, then the work, and finally the clean up. Randy and his folks are good to do business wit.

They did a great job! The crew were very good and very polite. My only slight negative was I had to wait 5 weeks to get the job done but that may just be a testimate of how good they are and are always booked way ahead!

They came out when my daughter was attending speech class at the local elementary. So they came and went when I wasn't here, which I knew was a possibility based on the time frame. They did great! They cleaned up everything. They were neat and picked up all debris, so I couldn't tell that they had been here except that the trees had been trimmed. They'll mail an invoice. The owner was very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done.

I've used this company numerous times over the past 5-7 years and have always been very happy with the work they have done. Randy Bixby visited the property the day after I called him and gave me an estimate that day. I had planned to have him complete the job but his schedule was full; the earliest date available was four weeks away. I chose to have another company complete the job, but would not hesitate to contact Out on a Limb in the future.

Very competent. They showed up on time and finished within 30 to 40 minutes. They also cleaned up after themselves.

As ususal, this year's crew did an excellent job of trimming our trees and bushes and cleaning up when finished. I would recommend this company to anyone since I have fround then to be quite dependable over the years.

I saw them on Angie's List and they had good ratings there so I used them. They were really top. They did what they said they will do, did it at the right price and cleaned up after themselves. When they left this place, it was spotless. They were very professional and just did an excellent job.
