Description of Work: We scheduled the service more than a month in advance due to their busy schedule. They called us a couple of weeks later to let us know that it would be delayed about a week due to all the rain we had. They came on the revised date. They completed the job in to 2 1/2 days they estimated and for the price they estimated.

Description of Work: Randy (owner) gave me a bid at the beginning of October. The work was scheduled for the 27th of October. They were very busy with storm damage, so that was as early as I could have them. On the 27th, several men came to do the work. They were EARLY! and did the work as discussed. Everything went swimmingly with no suprises. I will definitely use Out on a Limb again as the work was excellent, as planned and for a reasonable amount of money. Will wonders never cease?!?!

Description of Work: I called and ask them to come by and give me a quote to trim some trees It could not have gone better. I have approx 40 oak trees and some rather large. They had to come back the next day, but they cleaned everything up before leaving.

 + -1 moreThe workers were very fast and cleaned up, including blowing leaves from the roof. I had to tell one worker to stop walking across my raised flower bed when he could have walked around. The main reason I had a tree service was to raise the canopy of a large oak tree. I explained very clearly to the owner and the crew chief what I wanted. The tree was not finished and I asked the crew chief to continue and he got upset and gave me attitude. The men cut several more branches from this tree and left trash everywhere and knocked over yard lights and ornaments. I will not use this company again.
Description of Work: Trimmed several large limbs and did general clean up of 4 trees.
