It went well and I feel that he did a good job. He tried to convince me to pay for a coolant leak test but I declined. According to him the system was down by 2 lbs which seemed like a small amount and was probably not fully charged when installed; 6 year old system. The system is functioning very well and is even quieter then before so it was totally worth the cost since system is right outside my bedroom window!

My A/C stopped working, technician turned on the a/c and it started working but let me know possible pending trouble with fan motor or the condenser is going out. Let me to check the outdoor unit for cool vs hot air and whether fan is turning the next time it stops cooling to determine whether fan or condenser issue. Freon levels were fine per his test.

Everything went pretty well. We had scheduling problems, some on our part, some on the provider's part, but not enough to turn me away from them. The only real pain was we had to order a part that wasn't identified the first time around, and it took a few weeks, so the overall experience was that it took a long time to get my appliance repaired. However, we plan to continue to use this company as I feel this is not the common experience. I'd definitely recommend them.

He charged $75 for the service call, even though the deal was for $19, he just took the $19 out of the $75 fee. It turned out to be a pan stuck under the oven that was keeping the oven from working, but he didn’t tell me that until after I agreed to pay the $75 service fee for him to make the repair. I asked them about my dishwasher while he was there and he said it wasn’t part of the deal; he didn’t look at it or answer any questions about it.

The service was fine, punctual, courteous, great job and explained everything very well.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that purchased. It didn't work out. The individual was fairly useless so I had to end up sending him on his way and getting someone to take care of the situation. There were no additional charges. The individual was incapable of repairing the issue. I contacted someone else and they had no problem doing the repair. The price would have been good if there have been any value attached to it. It was basically worthless and a total loss of $19.

We contemplated for a year who to make this large purchase with. It came down to who was the best at making me feel like they know what they are doing without pulling the wool over my eyes. I felt like the owner knew what he was doing and took time to explain his plan to me and my husband and did not get frustrated when we asked a lot of questions. It was affordable. They showed up on time. They finished the work in one day. I didn't feel unsafe with them in my home. I would use them again. I hope they will travel as we have a cabin that needs some A/C repair as well.

They were running late, it was supposed to be a 8-12:30 call and they arrived at 4:30. They were going to look at my washing machine and the gentleman stated the leak was coming from the hose in the wall and they are unable to fix that I needed to call a plumber. I asked if he could look at my ice maker since it was not working and was charged an additional fee to look at that.

Company was prompt with response after purchase of Angies Deal. Scheduled, arrived, determined problem, ordered part, came back next day after received, installed, and done. Everything went smoothly, and worker was curteous. Only question was if the labor cost was too high, $900 to replace a control board, but couldn't really check around 'cause we needed an operating fridge... All in all, everything fixed and running smoothly now.

The service was fine. I would tell them to hire them, they are fine.

They came out, examined our washing machine and advised us that due to its age and condition, it wouldn't be feasibly economical to fix it. They also gave us some information that proved helpful when we shopped for a new washer. Very nice people!

We hired Nextservice because our refrigerator would not maintain a stable temperature, and would tend to freeze. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, came in on a Saturday to fix it because the parts were supposed to come in on Friday, and fixed the problems. Friendly service, too, over the phone and in person. Thanks!

It was determined that the input valve needed to be replaced and he charged me $163 to replace it, which another company quoted me $360 to replace it. I am glad i found out about Next Svc. Not only did he replace the input valve but he removed and washed ALL parts of the icemaker before he left. I would definately call them again if i needed anything else.

They did a terrific job in getting the unit up and running the same day. Nice customer service!!!

They got part of my dryer cleaned out and recommended a dryer vent cleaning. They had to scoot my whole dryer out and look at it. He replaced one thing on the dryer. They were very honest about what they could fix and couldn't.

I had water leaking out from the bottom of the washing machine. I got on Angie's List to find a repair shop. Next Service is on the same side of town, had good reviews, and a coupon. I purchased the service coupon and called for an appointment. Azael Segovia, the technician, showed up within the service time. I showed him where the water was coming from. He took a look and said they have the part at the shop. He went to another service call but said he would return to install the part. He did return a couple of hours later. He installed the part and tested the machine. I have used it this week and it has not leaked. Azael was professional, courteous, and did a great job. I would definitely call them again for any appliance service I may need in the future.

They are a very busy company. The gentleman performing the service was good. They had to order a silverware basket for the dishwasher. They had the roller for the basket at their shop. I was left without a dishwasher for a few days. I could deal with that. A couple of days later our heater had issues. I again was assigned this company by my warranty company. I explained we had no heat. Their response was that they would just wait and look at the heater when they came out to install the dishwasher parts in a couple of days. Even though they were being paid for two calls, they didn't want to make two calls. No thanks. We had the call assigned to another company who actually came out and got our heat going the same day. Next service responded to me canceling the call on my heater by putting off the dishwasher repair call for another week. They called and cancelled the original set date for the repair. They said they ordered the wrong parts. Right. Nice service. No dishwasher for two weeks. Ok company as long as you understand their time is much more important than yours.

Ice maker was not working and water was leaking in freezer compartment. Technician fixed both problems

It went great. I had another contractor try to install an ice maker and he cut some wires he wasn't supposed to and the freezer was frosting over. Anyway, NextService came in and defrosted the freezer and fixed the wiring.

We did have to reschedule the appointment, but everything was fine. He was pretty good. He actually explained what he was doing and I didn’t feel that there was any pressure to have additional unnecessary work done. He seemed to be very honest. We would use them again and recommend them to others. They did really good job with the service.

I purchased the coupon for $ off a service. My washing machine was broken down. Someone contacted me and left a message. I called and left a message. Never heard back from this company. I would never use this particular company. Apparently they have too much work. Had to hire someone else to pick up my washing machine and fix it.

Contacted Next Service because of their Angie's list rating and their proximity to my address. Because of the age of both units the freon is no longer available. He indicated that the repair would require a complete evacuation and refill with new freon and a leak fixer. The technician said the probability of success was 50/50 and would cost about half the price of new units. He recommended we take some time to decide to fix or replace the units. Ultimately we decided to replace. The total charge for checking each unit was one service call. More than fair.
