When you ordered the coupon, the appointment that they actually had was weeks later. When I bought the coupon, I thought my refrigerator is not working and I could get it fixed within a few days but it wasn't the case. It was probably not their fault. I would probably try to find someone else.

Service company was provided service manual. and no trouble shooting was performed

After approving the repair, they attempted to remove my over the stove microwave. The repairman saw that the microwave was a system that was attached to an attic vent. When he tried to unmnount the microwave from its mounts, he ended up damaging the ceiling where the vent was going to the attic. He stopped his efforts, told me I needed to call someone to remove the vent pipe for him and he would be back to remove the microwave. So, for my $19, I now have a damaged ceiling, a microwave that still doesn't work and when I called Next Services to see if they had reported the damage, their owner, who was the one that came out to do the repair, said that no damage had been made to my ceiling. When the owner himself tries to lie his way out of an error, you know you don't have much recourse. Buyer beware. They had a great price for diagnostics. Not so great ethics.

The dryer went out on Sunday, and after researching it myself, I suspected it to be the thermal fuse. The disassebly of the dryer just to get to the part was more than I wanted to tackle myself, so we relented and found the rebate offer for Next Service online. We were given recommendations from two others who had used them for repairs, and were given great feedback. The service was requested later Sunday afternoon. Monday morning I recieved notification from Next Service that their first availability was Tuesday afternoon, which worked for our schedule. After numerous emails back and forth, the appointment was confirmed. I had requested a call before the technician arrived to ensure someone would be home, and recieved that Tuesday afternoon, 20 minutes before Azael arrived. Azael arrived to our home, was very receptive and informative after researching the issue. He explained his findings in detail, even helped in confirming parts online and comparing pricing between what it would cost to order the part myself, or to have him do the installation for us. Unfortunately, the control board is the most expensive component to replace on a dryer, but the price quote we were given to have it repaired that same afternoon was only $75.00 more than me ordering it, then doing it myself after the part arrived. We decided to go on the side of convenience, and requested he proceed with the repair. Azael went to their warehouse, retrieved the parts needed, returned approximately 30 minutes later, and performed the repair shortly after. He showed us the old control board he replaced, pointing out the burn marks made when it sparked, and went over the warranty for the service and part. Since, we've used the dryer many times, and it works as expected. Though it was much more expensive than I originally hoped, if I'm needing to pay someone to do the repairs I cannot do myself, then I would hope for the experience we received by Next Service. It is definitely a company I would use again, if needed, and highly recommend it to others.

He gave me the estimate of repair but said he would have to come back another day. The Lord was looking out for me. ==> I got my dryer repaired the next day for less and Jim's After Hours Appliance Repair was wonderful. Professional, on-time, fast, the best service I ever had. ==> Forget their coupon. You will lose money and be scammed.

root cause is not the dryer itself, but the dryer vent.

Lousy! Came; looked up at attic entrance to A/C in hallway; walked outside; looked at A/C compressor w/o removing a single panel; then said it need a part..."maybe a new compressor"; then left. Did NOTHING!

He arrived; walked into the house; looked up at the attic entry...but never even opened it to inspect A/C unit; walked outside; looked at the outside A/C compressor...without ever removing a single panel; said it needed a part; then left! Totally useless, a complete waste of MY time; & a total & complete waste of money!

The repairman showed up right on time. He listened to my concerns and got right to work. He did a great job and even cleaned up afterward. I will definitely use Next Service for my next repair needs.

I purchased the $19 special. Azael came as scheduled and did a thorough checkup of my 5-year old refrigerator. Azael was great - he was honest and told me that everything checked out fine.

Prompt, professional and very courteous, as well as very honest that my twelve year old Maytag had reached the point of no return. They could of repaired the motor, and then been back in six months to do the transmission, then the pump, etc. Instead, after careful inspection, he was honest about the useful life, and if repaired, something else would break.

I had a repair tech come and find out why my LG dryer was not shutting off. Without even examining the dryer he told me that the main control panel was out and that it needed to be replaced. He made a call to get a price and told me that LG doesnt make that part any more (the dryer is only 3 years old) and that he could take the control panel out and send it to someone that works on electronics and they would refurbish it. The cost to do this would be approximately $350 and take about 7 days to get it back. I told him that i would have to speak with husband before having the work done. He then said that if I decided to buy a new one that they would buy the broke dryer but not for very much because it was broke. I then called LG and found out that the part is still manufactured. I decided to purchase the part online and called Next Service back to see how much they would charge me to install the part. They said that they would not install the part since they didn't buy the part. How can they refuse to install something they claim is not manufactured anymore!!! This is one of the most unprofessional service calls I have ever had on anything. The $19 service call charge is unreasonable because he didn't even look to see there was something else that could be causing my problem. I have found out that there are a number of things that could be causing this problem, not just the most expensive part to replace! I will never use or recommend this company again.

All when well. I was thoroughly pleased with the service. He arrived within the window of time. I was notified when he was on his way to my home. He cleaned my outside air conditioner unit. It runs cooler and less noisy now.

There services didn't work out for me. The tech showed up and told us he could not access the interior access. He did not perform any service. They are not someone I will be using in the future.

The service was fine. They showed up and did what they needed to do. They charged me for the part which was understood. The total was $180.

Based on the age and original cost of the appliance and the cost of the repair, technician recommended buying a new dryer. He recommended a few brands and recommended a few to avoid as well.

First service call found low freon. Came back and performed electronic leak search, found no freon leaks, but found improperly-secured sending bulb and recharged with freon 410 A. Wish we had gone with this company originally when we had new unit installed five years ago! next Service found all the problems (that had been created by the original installers) and fixed them promptly.
