NEXT SERVICE

I expected them to call me after I paid for the service. I felt that to be poor service on their part since they did not email me, call me or mail me a form to schedule the appointment. I lost track of who they were so I was counting on them to reach out to me.

I have not had any issues since and the line does not freeze anymore. They came when they said they would. I have used them as well for our washer and or dryer.

One technician came out and he was here for about 20 minutes. He was highly negative and I feel like he did not really look at the dishwasher. I feel like he was not interested.

They came and they did the service. He was on time and he seemed to be very knowledgeable.

That service turned out fine. One technician came out and it took him about an hour to an hour and a half. He was professional and he did his job. I was very happy with them so I then signed up with them to do a bi-annual maintenance check up.

Those services turned out great. They are small company and they are easy to work with.

After purchasing the Big Deal, vendor said since my ac unit was on the roof of our 2 story condo we did not qualify for the offer. No such stipulation mentioned at time of purchase.

I don't need it now. Everything is working well.

It went just fine. They did honor the big deal that I have. There was no additional service apart from the big deal offer. They showed up on time when they said they were going to be there and that meant a lot and that was helpful.

They came out two or three days later and then they had to order some parts then they gave me a quote to install a UV light into the AC and they just completed that last Friday. It includes a maintenance contract and service for two years.

They are a great company. They fixed the problem with our AC that we have been having for a long time and actually did more work for us after that. We needed a $600 part but it is exactly what it did need for awhile. They're very knowledgeable and know what they're talking about. They're honest.

I will start this off by saying I'm a firm believer in the saying ( you only get what you pay for ) so I was reluctant to purchase the special of $29.00 for a service call and diagnosis, a $80.00 value. So initially I was wondering how they would make up the $51.00 difference. They did contact me right away and made a appointment, the tech arrived on time and was very professional , I showed him the problem it was the same problem I had in April the condensate line was clogged. He then told me it wasn't cleaned properly the last time by the last a/c/ co. I had to do the work . After calling back to the office he told me it would be $195.00 to clean it. I said it seemed high he said it was because he had to access the drain from the inside and install a new access cap. Since the pan was filling with water I didn't have much choice. I stayed long enough to watch him (install a new access cap) which took literally 45 seconds, he snipped the top off of the old pvc pipe and shoved a new one on with a cap, no glue that was it, I'm not saying it should have glue just that nothing else was involved. So I was surprised to see that approximately 35 minutes later the tech was loading his van. Maybe I am out of the loop as far as HVAC pricing goes but $195.00 plus $29.00for the service call that should normally have been $80.00 for something that involved no parts except for a pvc cap cost of $1.00 and took LESS than an hour from the time he arrived to when he left just seems a bit excessive. I am fairly new to the area so maybe things are more expensive than I am used to, but I doubt it. The last a/c visit was handled by my home protection plan so I don't have another price to compare it to.

I called regarding the replacement of the drum on my whirlpool washer (duel). I knew it needed to be replaced. The tech who arrived was friendly and knowledgable. He told us the drum needed to be replaced and would cost about 500.00 to replace. This advice cost me 40 bucks! I think they could have given me the same estimate over the phone since I already knew what the problem was. Anyway, expensive lesson.

Azael came out to replace an AC unit after we had diagnosed the issue with another vendor. We are glad we found NextService on Angie's List because the were responsive, timely, and had a great deal for a new unit!! Almost 3k less than what the other vendor quoted! Not to mention it was 100+ degrees this week and they worked all afternoon and by 8pm we were cooled down inside and VERY SATISFIED customers. We will keep them on our permanent list!! You should too!!

Azael and his co worker showed up on time and worked diligently through the day to get the work done. It took them 12 hours to complete but they did an excellent job and were very professional along the way. Azael explained what he was doing and why. When they were finished they explained the system, how to operate it properly and what to keep tabs on for future maintenance. They were wonderful and we would use them again.

5My clothes dryer was not heating. I suspected it was the heating element, but I did not have the time to fix it. So, I turned to Angie's List for a discounted service call to get it fixed. NextService came out and identified the issue quickly, but the technician did not have the part and needed to go back to the warehouse to get it. A few hours later, he returned and installed the heating element. The technician spent a total of about 30 minutes in my home, but the labor charge was $95. I felt this was high, but I needed it fixed ASAP, so I went ahead and paid it. They did discount the price of the Angie's List deal from the total cost, which I appreciate. It was still an expensive call. The work itself was done and the technician knew exactly what was wrong. He seemed a little reluctant to answer my questions about details of how he tested to ensure the heating element was the issue, but at the end, he did everything but show me how to install it myself.

It went very well. He was prompt, and courteous, very professional. He examined my fridge and determined the problem was a faulty water pipe. He did the job quickly and left no mess. Upon request, he offered me a quote and an explanation of the cost to fix the problem. I decided it would be cheaper to purchase the one year warranty from the refridgerator company and have them take care of the malfunction.

I woke up one morning to discover a puddle in front of my dishwasher. Assuming, it was a plumbing issue, I called a plumber, also from Angie's List, who told me over the phone that it could possibly be an appliance issue. As the plumbers showed me on a camera phone, it was indeed a leaking water valve on my dishwasher. I called NextService immediately after the plumbers left on 6-5-2014 and chose this provider because they answered the phone instead of a voicemail and also because they had longer service hours which was convenient for me as I work. The serviceman came out the very next day and also determined the problem, but said the part had to be ordered. This was on a Friday and he told me that the part would have to be ordered and it would most likely be Monday or Tuesday before he could get the part and do the repair. I agreed to the price and he turned off the hot water to my kitchen sink, but I still had cold water and didn't have to worry about further leaks. The part arrived and the work was completed the following Monday. The technician was very polite, pleasant and efficient. I would use NextService again, especially because of their availability.

I was getting continual error codes on my washing machine and had to constantly fiddle with it to get it to complete a wash cycle. Next Service came out and diagnosed the problem, finding that I needed a new computer unit. Fixing the machine cost less than half of replacing it, so I opted for repair. They came back the next day with the computer unit and replaced it. Unfortunately, while the replacement fixed most of the problems, I was still getting an error code about half way through, so I called them back and they replaced the computer again at no charge. Its now been about 8 months and no problems with the washer at all. The serviceman was very friendly and was on time. He was upfront on what my options were and did not pressure me to repair rather than replace.

Response to initial inquiry was quick. Appointment was set for technician to come look at problem with ice maker. Technician showed up on time, gave estimate for work and ordered part. When part was received, appointment was set to replace parts. Technician was prompt and professional. Would recommend to anyone.
