Description of Work: We made an appointment. They were a no call no show. Cancelled my appointment through e-mail after the time they were suppose to be there. I was waiting all day for them its very unprofessional. I would like a refund.

Description of Work: They offered a $19 appliance service call to diagnose the problem we were having with our clothes dryer. I bought it and they called and said I was too far from them and another $50 would be required to come to our house. There was no mention of such a distance limit in the Big Deal. If I have to call every Big Deal merchant to see if my location requires an addl charge then it is not such a Big Deal, right?

Description of Work: My refrigerator was not cooling properly. The serviceman arrived on time and took no time in getting to work once I told him the problem. He went above and beyond by cleaning the sealing strip and informing me on how to take care of it. He was great, friendly, courteous, and a he did a great job in cleaning up when he finished. There was much to clean, but he cleaned.

Description of Work: He found that a part was broken in the dispenser of the ice maker was broken at first he said they would have to order the part but decided he could fix it with what he had in his tool box. It took 10 min's to do this and charged me $ 60.00. It was a okay service call but he wasn't very honest.

Description of Work: Went okay, I guess. I didn't stand over the tech and watch him. However, although he hosed down my furnace filter, he reinstalled it incorrectly, backwards. I suspect he may have hosed it from the wrong side too, but I don't know for sure. Otherwise, good service at a good special price.
