Description of Work: It took them a month to get with me about the appointment, I had asked for a specific day and every time I tried to call them got a message that they were unavailable. Finally, sent email and they responded. I asked the serviceman to pull out my machine and he resisted but eventually did it but refused to pull out my dryer while he went to get a part so I could clean under them while he was gone. Disapointing

Description of Work: This company repaired my clothes washer. They were terrific!!! They fully understood customer service, had terrific knowledge, were punctual and correctly repaired the malfunction. I would hire this company over 99% of others.

Description of Work: The ice maker on our refrigerator wasn't working. They came out to fix it, after about 10 minutes he claimed that the motor wasn't turning, which it clearly was, and that the entire ice maker needed to be replaced. He didn't have the part and said we would have to call and schedule an appointment for them to come back out with the replacement ice maker. Since I could hear and see the motor running for the ice maker, I opted to call the manufacturer for service. They sent a local company that showed up with a truck full of parts and new ice makers. The actually pulled the ice maker out and ran diagnostics on it. As it turned out, the board was bad and it wasn't sending a signal to retrieve water, therefor no ice. They had a replacement and did it all right then. So this company made a gross misdiagnosis, came unprepared knowing that they were fixing this specific ice maker, and then asked us to call for another appointment instead of setting it up themselves. I absolutely will never use these guys again.

Description of Work: Vendor contacted me by email thru Angies List and I had placed details on Angies List about my clothes dryer not starting when I pressed the button. The tech came towards the end of the scheduled range of time and then did not have the part so he had to leave to get part. Once he got relay part, it only took 6 to 10 minutes to fix it.

Next Service troubleshot my clothes washer malfunction, informed me of the parts necessary to repair the malfunction and immediately informed me the cost for parts and labor. Extremely fair and reasonable pricing. They are very easy to work and coordinate with and understand the meaning of customer service! Very pleasant, knowledgeable and responsive!

Description of Work: The service was ok. The technician told me that our coils were dirty and needed to be cleaned. They wanted to charge $475 for the service for that and proceeded to tell me that he would have to take my AC apart to clean it. | |I just felt like the price was too high to clean the coils and decided to not go with it. I will be checking around for a lower price on this.
