Description of Work: I bought an Angie's List deal for them to evaluate and diagnose a large appliance. Our dryer would sometimes dry and sometimes not, so they checked it out. They determined that it was probably the thermostat, but suggested we have the dryer vents cleaned, as well.

Dropped a screw into the dryer...purchased Angie's list deal for $19...they responded said the screw wouldn't cause a problem and put a screw on for me. Connected the dryer vent and told me I owed them more money. $60 - $65 for that???? WOW

Description of Work: Provider checked refrigerator and found compressor was dead. Too old to repair, so am having provider remove appliance for an additional cost of $125 (price quoted by provider) over what I paid for Angie's Deal. Still waiting to schedule removal which will have to be next Monday (hopefully).

Description of Work: Tested the computer on my Samsung refrigerator. It seem to have an error message that was not communicating with the defrost. Technician advice me to purchase the Samsung extended warranty and have them deal with it because it would be more cost efficient in the long run. As it has been the technician experience that this is a recurring problem. I did so and when the technician from Samsung (which turn out to be from a different company) came and it turn out not to have a error message and to be a clogged problem. Apparently problem has been fixed we shall see.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for $19 for large appliance repair diagnostic plus credit for repair. They showed up on time and did what they were supposed to do. I have a home where a tenant was living in and the heating element of the oven needed to be replaced.

Description of Work: They tried to fix the problem and thought they had. Then the washing machine still made a noise, and they realized that it was a different problem than they thought. They were apologetic and refunded my money without any hassle. I will definitely use them again.
