I was very satisfied with the quality of service. The inspector showed up early and had already started the inspection by the time I arrived. He was very thorough and explained all his findings, including suggested repairs, and prepared a detailed report complete with photos of everything. He was polite and professional during the entire process. I would definitely hire this company again.

I contacted Rodney on a Tuesday. I explained that I found him through Angie's list and was in need of having an inspection performed on a house my husband and I knew had some concerns, just not sure to what extent. From the beginning Rodney was extremely helpful, courteous, and agreed to meet me on a Saturday morning to have the inspection performed. Rodney arrived a few minutes earlier than I did and was already preparing to begin his work. After he completed the inspection, Rodney spent as much time as needed to go over his findings. Everything was documented by photographs which were clearly marked and explained. He was extremely thorough and patient with me as I had many questions and concerns. Rodney not only inspected the areas that were easily accessible, but also suited up for the attic and the under home portion since there was access under the house. I received the full report in a very timely manner and was beyond impressed with the format. My husband and I did not purchase the home but I can say with 100% confidence, Rodney will be performing the inspection on any home I purchase in the future.

This is the second time I have called on Rodney for inspections services, THIS YEAR! My husband and I are currently under contract to purchase a home and based on my first experience, there was no doubt who to call on to perform our inspection. Once again, Rodney was amazing! We are buying a foreclosure. Rodney spent 2 hours inspecting the 1287 sq ft home, detailing all of the "fixes" that need to be done. He provided pictures and a thorough explanation of each item. He was friendly, knowledgable and did a wonderful job. I would recommend him to anyone!!!

The overall experience was well worth the cost. When making a purchase/investment as great as a home, $300 is well worth the future existence and peace of mind of owning the home.

Rodney provided excellent service. He showed me some issues that I need to resolve in our new house, such as improving insulation in our attic. He made a number of other very useful suggestions. It was a great experience.

Rodney was excellent right from the beginning. He introduced himself by name and with his business card, which had a picture. I appreciated this, especially since I was home alone and only new his name. He got right to work and was courteous and respectful throughout the visit. Upon completion of the inspection he walked me trough all his finding or showed pictures of what he discovered. That infared reader is amazing. Rodney explained what we would be receiving , such as a written report, as well as a document listing all he had found to send to the builder for warranty repair. He is the best?the absolute most wonderful inspector. He gets everything and explains it thorough. He was quite punctual, and had all the tools necessary to do a very thorough job. He was well equipped and very knowledgeable, and he knew what code was for each particular item. I have used him before and have referred him to neighbors. I could not be happier and I would certainly use him again.

Rodney arrived as scheduled and walked all three of the roof areas on our home. He wrote up his findings in a professional report with pictures for support. Without his report I would have had a problem getting the people who built this house to fix their shoddy work.

They arrived right on time to do a full home warranty inspection. He looked on the attic, in the garage, in the house itself, some crawlspaces, and the heating and cooling systems.

I felt that if I had the right questions to ask, Rodney would have been more than happy to answer them but he was not otherwise forthcoming with information while he was performing the inspection. That being said, his inspection report was incredibly prompt, having been sent out the same day, and it did have quite an extensive amount of information along with pictures and commentary. I would definitely consider using his service again but would come better armed with questions to ask about the home.

The whole process went very well. Mr. Twyford was on time, efficient, and gave me a very thorough explanation of what needed to be done. I would certainly recommend them to any needing a home inspection.

Rodney Twyford performed the inspection. He arrived on time, thoroughly scrutinized the exterior of my home, took pictures of everything that needed repair, and included the pictures in his written report. I was quite impressed with his knowledge of how things should be. In addition, he took the time to explain all defects, educate me on why things (flashing, for instance) should be a specific way, and what will happen if repairs are not made correctly. I will certainly hire Rodney to inspect the property again after repairs are made and then probably every two years to circumvent any problems. I am very pleased.
