John Kalina, my home inspector was absolutely incredible. He is a man of great integrity and exceeded my expections. He went far beyond what you would expect to help me with an issue concerning the home I was purchasing. I am so thankful for his honesty and righteous character. Mr. John Kalina performed the inspection in very professional manner. He conducted a meticulous inspection and identified several issues not previously identified by me or builder. James performed an inspection of a new home prior to our closing date to provide us with peace of mind that the home was built with high standards. He was extremely thorough in his inspection and documentation throughout the inspection. James was very friendly and eager to educate us and explain his findings. He performed a inspection of the exterior elements of our home including the roof and foundation, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler system, etc. We received our inspection report with photos and very detailed explanations the same day as the inspection. James and Rodney were very professional and were a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them.

James Comeaux and John did an amazing job as they thoroughly inspected my new (prospective) home. They checked out the roof, exterior siding, interior, and as much of the attic that they could access (there's no decking so not much). This team went above and beyond and made sure to ask me if there were any particular areas I was concerned about before they started and also took time to answer all my questions at the end after they went over all the photos. This particular company also offers several really great services like checking for recalls on any appliances included in the home (oven/dishwasher/etc) and a few other assurances. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and the fantastic service they provide.

John Kalina came to my house (on July 4th!!) and did an amazingly thorough job finding large and small problems. After his lengthy inspection, he sat down with me for over an hour explaining and showing photos of what he had found, how to contextualize the information, and what to do next. The resulting report will be extremely useful for making better decisions about purchasing this property.

Rodney Twyford performed the whole house inspection for us prior to the end of our builder's warranty next month. Rodney did an extremely thorough job and provided a detailed inspection report with pictures to document the repairs that the builder needs to compete for us. I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and thoroughness. The price was more than fair for the amount of effort he made to inspect the entire house...even difficult to access areas. I would recommend Rodney and his company to anyone without reservation.

Phenomenal experience. David was the definition of professional and wonderful to work with. We weren't able to be present for the inspection but he called us the night before to address all our concerns going in and called us the night after to go over the inspection report. He went far above and beyond our expectations and I would use him and NPI for all my inspection needs in the future.

The inspector was already at work inspecting the front of the house when I arrived. He introduced himself, gave me his card and shook my hand. At my request, he agreed to talk me through as he did the inspection. He had a precise method and he took pictures as he went. Anything that I did not understand, he explained to me, including future things to look out for ( like water problems). After his inspection, he showed me all the pictures and talked through what his report would say. He promised to send the report that evening, and I did receive it as promised. He was professional and went the extra mile to explain as he worked. This was an added value for me to see the issue as he explained, not just as a picture in the report.

I used this company in 2011 and was impressed with their attention to detail. Now that I have had experience with them plus others in my community having used them, I once again needed their services. David was very open to all our questions and concerns. Appreciated his professional demeanor and expertise. Would definitely use them again.

David was the inspector that inspected the home for me. He actually arrived before the scheduled appointment time which was a big plus in my book. He was very polite and went over all of his findings, took pictures of all. Thanks to his keen eye he saved me from making a terrible mistake. He suggested I get a roofing contractor to take a second look at the roof as he thought there was a lot more damage to the roof than the seller had noted plus was laid incorrectly as well. I then had a roofing contractor check out the roof and he agreed with David that the roof should have been replaced due to excessive hail damage & also agreed that the roof had been laid incorrectly from the beginning. There were also other issues that I would have not noticed but thanks to his trained eye, they were brought to my attention. It kept me from purchasing a money pit. Thanks David!!

It was perfect! Very professional, quick and the inspector was polite and patient.. I was the realtor that ordered the inspection because the first one I did was so impressive, I chose them again and again. I feel confident my clients house is in good hands with National Property Inspections. And they give you a real warranty on their work!! Will always use them!

David Cronaur was extremely thorough and explained everything on his report with pictures on a laptop. His written report had color pictures with arrows pointing to the items in question. He also provided websites that I could read to educate myself on the issue. He wrote down the appliance serial numbers and checked them against a recall database as part of the inspection. I called to ask a question the following day and he graciously answered it. It took four hours to inspect and explain the problems on a 2481 sq.ft. garden home. Best inspection I have ever had! Rodney, the owner of NPI, came by during the inspection to look at some termite damage and decided it was old damage. That cost $80.00, but I did not have to come back at a later date. Rodney expounded upon the details that David was reviewing with my realtor, sister and myself. We all had questions and they both explained them to our satisfaction. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The inspection report went very well. It was scheduled for Saturday in the morning, but home builder was 2 hours late, so we could not open up the house. James (the inspector) performed the inspection of the roof and the exterior while we waited to have access to the inside the house. Even though the builder was late, James never complained. While we offered to reschedule, he was more than willing to wait until the builder showed up. He was professional, courteous and friendly the entire time. Once we were inside, James did not rush even though we already had a late start, and he even took the time to explain everything in detail. Not only was James extremely knowledge, but he was also a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use NPI again and would recommend James to anyone looking for a home inspection.
