Description of Work: James did a very thorough job. He took his time looking over the property and patiently explained not only the issues with the house but also explained that some of the issues were normal for a property that is almost 40 years old. He did have a slight issue with some of his technology not wanting to work right but, hey, who hasn't experienced a balky laptop from time to time.

Description of Work: Tried to sell me other services. | |Was very much in depth. Used his report to repair, replace, etc. When the buyers sent their inspector, there was very little to do.

Description of Work: This company had confirmed by email our appointment for a home inspection two weeks out. When he didn't show, we contacted him and he said he did not have any record of our appointment (this despite our providing him a copy of his own email to us). In the meantime we wasted two week with an expectation of his doing the job.

Description of Work: I had scheduled a home inspection on the home I currently rent as opposed to one I wanted to buy. Unfortunately, there were already contracts on the home I had considered buying, so we could not get in there. I wanted to see which home had better "bones" as the property I am currently renting will likely go on the market in March. I am trying to decide whether to buy it or not, but unfortunately I have lived here so long I know everything from a layperson's point of view what is wrong with this property. But if I decide to purchase a home, I will definitely use National Property Inspections!

Description of Work: The inspector was very professional and very thorough. Although, we did request a termite inspection , I did not see the termite inspector. He (supposedly) left a sticker under the kitchen sink..... I was there on time and would have liked to see him with my own eyes.
