My Repairman

He was very professional and knowledgeable and a good listener of what I described were the issues. He opened up the machine and played with the cycles and found the leak. He explained what the part that needed to be replaced did during cycles and made me feel less concerned about the leak as he described the repair needed. The part is being ordered and I will be contacted to schedule the follow-up appointment. The part required has to be ordered since the washer is 20 years of age. He informed me of a discount through Angie's list that I was not aware of and mentioned that they do try to cater to the area neighborhoods since their business is near the neighborhood. I felt safe with him in the house and I have confidence the work that is pending will be done professionally.

Our washing machine stopped working. I.e., there was no power after my wife had completed washing a load. I called "My Repairman" to schedule a service call for our washer. The first time I called the line was busy. The second time I called no one answered so I left a message to call me. After about an hour I called back and the line was busy again. So we called A-1 Reliable and received service the next day. I never did hear back from the message I left for My Repairman on July 14. In my opinion, My Repairman does not deserve the good reviews on Angie's List, as they are totally non-responsive. From now on when I need service on an appliance, I will call A-1 Reliable as they are RELIABLE.

George Jr. fixed our dryer quickly and on the way out he took a look at our broken ice maker and fixed that in about 2 minutes even though it wasn't part of the repair call. Thanks!

After spending nearly and hour running various tests to diagnose our problem, it ended up being a larger problem than he could repair at that time. It was a lengthy two-man job. Not the best of news for us, but the repairman was very nice and great to work with. As we are moving soon, we probably won't be fixing the problem right now, but I would be happy to hire this service again if needed and would definitely recommend them.

I called on a Thursday about 430pm. The lady that I spoke with was very professional. She let me know that everybody was done for the day and somebody would contact me the next day to answer a few questions I had and schedule the actual service. Nobody ever called back. I cannot speak to their quality of work, however I can say that their office personnel dropped the ball in this situation.

When the refrigerator (which came with my house purchase) went out, I called My Repairman. I asked George to look at the one in my kitchen and the one I had stored in the garage. The one in the kitchen was going to be too expensive to repair, but the GE Stainless steel one that was stored in the garage just needed a new motherboard (cost for labor and parts was $260.00) I had had problems with the ice maker before, so after I had it moved into the kitchen and the other refrigerator discarded, I called George back to come take a look at the ice maker now that it could be hooked up. Again, George to the rescue! He fixed the ice maker for less than $100.00 and didn't charge me a service fee. I have been very pleased with the work and professionalism of this company. I highly recommend them!

They were fantastic. He was on time, knew what he was doing and fixed it in a flash. He gave a two-hour window when he will be here. He was on time and gave me advice on his schedule during the day. Unlike most repair companies, he's got parts with him.

Alex was excellent & I am extremely happy with the results! I would recommend Alex to everyone! My fridge is relatively new and it has been leaking for over two years, but no more! Thanks Alex!

The ice/water dispenser started throwing ice cubes. When we finally got it to stop throwing ice, it would not do either ice or water. I scheduled a service call online through Angie's List, which gave me a choice of future dates. Then someone from My Repairman called me to ask, "Would you like us to come this afternoon?" I eagerly agreed. George arrived about 3 hours later. He checked out the problem, identified and replaced a broken switch, and gave us a detailed explanation of what had gone wrong. George was fast, neat, knowledgeable, and very pleasant throughout the service call. We really appreciate his professionalism. I also appreciate the scheduler taking the initiative to get us the earliest possible visit instead of just going with the date online.

Very well. George was very helpful, fast and efficient. They had someone out a day after I called and fixed. Very informative and very polite. I would recommend this company to any of my friends or family.

The service call was handled the same day. Alexander showed up within the window of time agreed upon and called when he was on his way. He was professional and honest, which was very refreshing! Within minutes he assessed the issue and said the repair would cost about the same as buying a new unit. I was not charged for he service call and it felt so good to not be taken advantage of. I will definitely call My Repairman next time I have an appliance issue. Highly recommended!

I noticed water accumulating underneath the deli tray of my Samsung double door fridge. I called My Repairman after reading their reviews on Angie's List. The dispatcher was very kind and professional. I asked if they could possibly fit me in that same day since it was my only day off from work and she was able to send one of their technicians out within a few hours. Alex was very clean-cut and courteous. He inspected my fridge and told me it was a blocked defrost drain. I'd already researched the problem online so I felt confident in his assessment. He was able to get right to work on the problem and finish up within approximately 40 minutes. He even went above and beyond by helping me disassemble one of my shelves so that I could give it a good cleaning, then reassemble it before reattaching it to the inside of the fridge. He patiently waited while I thoroughly cleaned each shelf before he put them back into the fridge.

It went great. This is a family owned and operated company so they have incentive to run and operate the company in a professional manger. I had George Sr and George Jr come out to the house and they fix the microwave to my complete satisfaction

I would definitely use them again. I needed my dryer fixed and I called them and they suggested me to buy a new dryer because the piece that was not working would cost more than a dryer, so they were not eager to take my money.

Prompt (same day) service. Diagnosed problem correctly first time. Did not have part but was able to obtain that day and repair quickly.

I had a different set of appliances and everything else. They came when they said they would, they did the work real fast, and I was happy.

He said that most companies would have said to replace the job, and that would have cost $400, while he just replaced the parts and charged $200.

These guys are awesome. My front-loader washer's water seal/gasket came loose. I have no idea how those things work, but Oscar was out at the house inside of 3 hours and fixed it in less than 20 minutes. He also had some good advice on keeping the washer leveled and working for a few more years. A+ all around.

It went great. The technician took his time explaining every little detail of what is the problem, what cause it and how to repair it. He did a great job, was clean and very patient. It took him about and hour and half. By the time he was done the fridge was up and running like new!

Things went just fine. We expected to wait a week for the part to come in, as we had to do 5 years ago with another company. However, the part came in and My Repairman came out promptly and put it in. In about an hour, the panel was in and the fridge was cooling again, and within 4 hours, everything was back to its standard temperature so we could put food back in it. We were told 5 years ago that these panels last about 5 years, and sure enough, this is the second time one has failed right "on schedule." I guess in 2019, we'll be calling My Repairman back again!

They were prompt and honest. Everything about them was an A+.
