Description of Work: He was able to repair everything and he did a great job. He was very polite and nice and showed up when he was supposed to. I was satisfied with the service.

Description of Work: Hard to get Bosch dishwasher control board had to be replaced. The guys at My Repairman diagnosed the problem immediately. They chased me after they got the part in or I would have forgot to have the job finished. Their persistence made everything happen well. Although it was an expensive job, most of that was the cost of the parts. The labor cost was reasonable.

Description of Work: I picked My Repairman because of their ratings and reviews on Angie's List. I made an appointment for the afternoon window and received a call from the office when the Repairman was headed my way. George and his assistant came in and immediately tackled the refrigerator, which had the bottom drawer literally frozen in place. They managed to get the drawer out and fixed whatever the problem was. The problem with the ice dispenser required them to remove most of the food items, the shelves and drawers, which they did, carefully placing the items where they could be easily returned to their places. George determined that the board seemed to be intermittent. He got it going by tapping on it, but the dispenser still did not work. He said that GE would not let suppliers buy new boards for the refrigerators, and asked me to call GE and tell them the problem. He also indicated the dispenser itself might be bad, so I asked him to put one on order so we could try that. They put the shelves and drawers back in place and helped me replace the food items. Then, they took on the dishwasher, which had stopped cleaning the dishes and had a leak during the cycles. They cleaned the filters and showed me how to take them out and put them back in. The soap dispenser was broken, so he put it on order as well. When the ice maker came in, George came back to install it. He said that if it didn't make ice, he would come back and put mine back in and I wouldn't owe him anything. By the end of the day, I had ice aplenty. The soap dispenser came in and a different team came to install it. They did their job, then asked if the ice maker was working. I told them it was, and he said he would tell George. All together, parts included, I spent about $400, and got two of my major appliances working like new. Great job, very professional, very proud of their Angie's List ranking. I'll have them back the next time an appliance breaks.

Description of Work: Checked dishwasher that was not draining completely. Found clog in drain line and also fixed drain line to comply with current building code (drain line was below sink drain level and allowing some dirty water back into the dishwasher) Recommended that the dishwasher be cycled with vinegar every three or four months.

Description of Work: Office Frig went out on Sunday night. Monday a.m. called "My Repairman" via recomendations posted on Angies list. Set appointment for Tuesday a.m. Hour later they called to say they could stop by in 30 minutes. George and Chris tested and the issue was a faulty mother board. (Same thing I fould on internet about that GE Model Frig based on clicking noise symptom). They had the part on the truck, repaired it and 5 year old Frig works great again.

Description of Work: George came out on Wednesday because my dryer was not turning, he quickly found the problem and ordered the parts. It was a part for the tension and a new belt, the parts were 54.00 and 85.00 for the labor. He came back on Saturday to install the parts it took him about 30 minutes and I was up and running. I would certainly use this company again.

Description of Work: The repairman identified what the problem was with my refrigerator (the motor for the freezer was broken). he immediately sprayed the fan with water to cool it down, then told us how to keep it cool until repairs could be done. he then told us where we could purchase the parts and how to fix the problem ourselves ( which we did). I will ABSOLUTELY call this company again for any appliance work that needs doing in my home. A+++!!

Description of Work: Alex arrived promptly and was very very professional. He knew my washer's brand & had the needed parts in his van so repair was completed within an hour. He even leveled my washer which was sitting crooked!

Description of Work: They repaired my dishwasher by repairing a defective connection...Instead of selling me an unneeded part. He worked about an hour, and charged me only the $35.00 trip charge. Everything about this must be graded "A+".
