Description of Work: He was prompt, courteous and honest. He inspected my machine. Instead of trying to sell me a costly repair, he was honest and stated I would be better off buying a new washer. He didn't even charge me for the service call.

Description of Work: Ice maker in refrigerator was stuck, not making ice. The technician simply replaced the ice maker. Replacing the ice maker is cheaper than buying a new refrigerator. | |A couple of days later I noticed my freezer was not keeping the ice cream frozen enough. I called My Repairman and George came out and determined that the freezer was working at 50%. Since the freezer was 31 years old, he recommended we buy a new one. His cost for this job was just the service call. | |I will not use any other appliance repair company. They are honest and reliable.

Description of Work: They replaced the large plastic gasket that seals the washer door to prevent water from leaking out of the front.

Description of Work: I have set up 2 appointments with this company to fix my frig. I have wasted 2 morning waiting or them to come to my home. They didn't give me updates on arrival times so I called the company and the little girl that answers the phone cut me off twice. She couldn't get ahold of the repairmen either. I can't get them to come when they are suppose to. Will never call them again.

Description of Work: They replaced the fan and electrical board in my refrigerator. The repairman ordered the parts from a local vendor, picked them up, and returned within an hour to install them. The refrigerator is working well.

Description of Work: Most recent service call was for our washing machine. I called them on Friday afternoon and they were here that same day. Switch that stops spin with lid up was broken and machine would not spin. Alexander fixed it in about 30 minutes. I've had George Sr. And George Jr. here at other times. I'm very satisfied with My Repairman!

Description of Work: Called 3 times, but my call was never answered and there was no voicemail option. I let the phone ring 10+ times each of the 3 times I called. It was a weekday, business hours attempt.

Description of Work: I called them to check on my washer which had released all of a load of water onto my floor. He came and evaluated the machine - the water pump had ripped off it's housing and couldn't be repaired. He looked online for a replacement part and when he couldn't find one, recommended I contact the manufacturer. I did, and thankfully they were willing to fix it under the warranty (which had expired 2 days prior to the leak.) He was very helpful, knowledgeable and informative. I would definitely recommend My Repairman!
