Description of Work: Fixed rhe problem tho the refrigerator was 27 yrs old and the compressor had stopped totally. Did it fast. Same trip. Scrapped wooden floor moving it back. Too big a hurry to do that right. ***This Co." My Repairman" made me wait 10 days for service because it was a "Home Warranty Service" chosen provider and I had to use them. *** My family had to live out of an ice chest all this time. Many times water got into the items in the ice chest or they spoiled because temp was not cold enough. **I hsd made myself available any day or time for an appointment but they still claimed no appointments available for 10 days. They should not have accepted the job from my Home Warranty Co.

Description of Work: Very professional and honest. When the fridge I asked them to repair still wasn't working right, they came back at no charge and fixed it right up. No questions or debates. Good people.

Description of Work: They repaired by washing machine. Prior to service, they explained the part they needed to change, the cost of it, and helped me to determine if the cost of the repair was better than purchasing a new machine. Being up front about the cost was appreciated.

Description of Work: After moving homes, our clothes dryer would not heat. Called My Repairman after checking all I knew how to. Came out 2 days later and discovered that inside the wall plug, there was a loose connection, such that even though the dryer ran, it wouldn't provide heat. Service man fixed that and performed other minor checks, such as the exhaust vent, etc on dryer as well as washer. Charged the minimum service charge because he felt he didn't have to spend enough time to justify anything more. How refreshing!! Would definitely use them again. Friendly, courteous and responsive. A+

Description of Work: They were sent out by our warranty company. The warranty company denied the service due to our service contract. This company did not complete the work due to this.

Description of Work: Punctual, professional and took the old microwave away for me. I felt good and safe having them in my home.

Description of Work: Machine door locked up holding my clothes hostage. Repairman found a loose wire caused by unleveled machine ( moved due to remodeling). He bundled the wires out of the way of the drum and releveled the machine. He also was nice enough to check out the connections to both the washer and dryer to be sure they had been reconnected properly after the remodel. I will use them again. |

Description of Work: They cleared a line that was causing my refrigerator to leak water and freeze. They also screwed in my dishwasher which had come loose from its cabinet. Was very pleased with both services. I would recommend them for appliance repair to anyone!

Description of Work: He was really, really good. I called earlier in the day and he said he was very busy and said he might not be able to come until the next day. He actually ended up coming over later that evening at the end of his work day. He had the parts in his truck to repair my washing machine that he didn't even charge me for.

Description of Work: My refridgerator was not cooling. I had had two other repairmen come out, neither of whom could fix it correctly. My Repairman knew exactly what the issue was and why the previous fixes had not worked.

Description of Work: Replaced a part in my washer. Also fixed my refrigerator door and ice-maker. Parts were expensive and had to be ordered--took a week to get the parts in. The technician, George, was polite, cordial and professional. He was very efficient and helpful. I thought it was expensive, but I have never had this service before, so I really have nothing to measure it against.
