We called them Saturday morning. A repairman came to our house around noon on Saturday. He diagnosed the problem as a bad transmission. He returned Monday with a new transmission, but was unsatisfied with it. He returned again on Tuesday with another transmission and quickly installed it. The repairman was very courteous, neat, and professional. We will use this service again.

George was great. He gave me a time frame when he would arrive to give me an estimate on the repair and he arrived at the earliest part of the time frame. He quickly found the cause of the problem and not only fixed it but also explained what caused the problem so we would not make the same mistake in the future. He also explained would not to do when we move the refrigerator indoors so as not to create another problem to fix. He was very pleasant and professional. I will refer him to other people.

I was very impressed with the demeanor of this company. They were honest and forthright about the problem with my 25 year old stove. Rather than perform an expensive repair, they cleaned and tweaked what they could, charged me the minimum service charge and were on their way. Very timely, very courteous.

My unit had not been serviced before. My repair man came in and did a great job. I had worked with him before and he was familiar with my unit. He and his helper were very polite. Whenever he is behind schedule ,he calls to let me know. They were complete gentlemen. I am very satisfied with everything they did.

George Estrada is prompt, reliable, pleasant, and the best service I have had in a long time. I am thinking of calling him for air conditioner repair!

He was professional and nice. The problem was not the refrigerator, it was the pipe behind the refrigerator. He charged me his service fee.

Everything was great. The repair man came out the same day I called. He came out after hours so I did not have to take off of work. He diagnosed both items and talked us through the process. On the washing machine our lid switch was broken so he replaced it ($100). As for the icemaker. He felt we did not need a new one. He felt that it was just clogged. He worked to unclog it ($50). To my surprise he called back the next day to make sure the icemaker was working properly. He was willing to come back if it wasn't working.

Very well. The repair men arrived during the stated window of time they said they would, and in fact called a couple of times because they running a bit later then they wanted to be. They were very courteous of my wife and two small kids (both under two) upon entry. They listened attentively to my description of the problem and diagnosed the problem immediately. Within about five minutes they had the washer apart and had identified the malfunctioning part. Within another ten minutes they had the replacement part installed, showed me the repair, and then finished up, including leveling the washer for me. Overall, I am very pleased with their work and will definitely use them again as needed in the future.

The first time the leak occurred was a Friday afternoon. The owner (George?) was able to send Gilbert over within a matter of hours. Other companies I contacted wouldn't even attempt to schedule a repair for that Friday afternoon. The second leak happened on a Monday, but Gilbert didn't have the metal line in his truck so we scheduled for the next morning. Since this was the second time with this, I knew to immediately turn off the water to the fridge so I was not as desperate to get it fixed right then. The best part of Gilbert's second visit was that he didn't charge me. Not one penny. He apologized that it had leaked again and said since it was the same problem in such a short time span that he couldn't rightfully charge me. I found both George and Gilbert to be very polite and easy to work with. I'll use this company again and again.

On a Sunday the food in our freezer began thawing. I called My repairman and was able to speak with George Estrada a few minutes later. He arrived within the hour and determined that the circuit board was blown. George promptly replaced the board and had the refrigerator working in less than an hour. A few days later we noticed that the ice and water dispenser were not working. I called George and he suggested a couple of things to try that might fix it. That did not work so I called again. He came by at my convenience, which was after 6 p.m., and again quickly diagnosed the problem. When George discovered that it was part of the board he had replaced on his last visit, he quickly retrieved another board from his truck, replaced it, and had our refrigerator back in operation in less than an hour. There was no charge for labor or materials on his second visit, as he warrants his work. If I need anyone for appliance repair again, George will be my first call.

Called and arranged an appointment since it was not an emergency. Arrived and kept me informed of what he was doing, showed me the problem and what additional steps may be needed if changing the switch did not fix problem. Replaced switch, which fixed problem, so the circuit card did not require changing. Very positive experience. Service was very professional, friendly and timely. Will use again.

They hooked up our appliances and hauled away our old appliances to our sons. They were very good!

Fine. The work was done by the time I needed it. He also found a creative way to save me about $20 on another part.

I called on a Saturday and he seemed ready to come over that same day. Instead we scheduled that service on Monday. Two technicians came and quickly diagnosed the problem. We needed a part and they promised to come back the next day. Work was completed promptly the next day. The technicians informed us that this was a frequent problem and advised us how to avoid a repeat.

They arrived at the expected time. They were friendly, professional and courteous. They were done within 30 minutes and their prices are very reasonable.

My stove would not heat properly. George E. figured out the problem right away and had the part on the truck. Within an hour, he had it fixed and was on his way. Cost was very reasonable at less than $150.

I found him to be very accommodating, and he let me watch him work. He was very informative and answered all my questions in a way that I could understand (not technical talk).

MR. ESTRADA HAS DONE PRIOR WORK FOR ME THAT I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH. LIKE ALWAYS HE REPLACED MY AIR CONDITIONING IN NO TIME AND WAS ABLE TO DISPOSE OF MY OLD UNIT. HE IS VERY PUNCTUAL AND POLITE. IT IS NICE FINDING SOMEONE YOU CAN COUNT ON.

HE DID SUCH A GREAT JOB. HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS ON MY ICE-MAKER. HE ORDERED THE PART AND HAD IT INSTALLED THE FOLLOWING DAY. HE ALSO INSTALLED THE WATER LINE ON MY NEW HOME IN NO TIME.

THE HONESTY AND CARE THAT WAS TAKEN ON MY WASHER WAS FANTASIC. I WAS READY TO GO OUT AND BUY A NEW WASHER, I WAS SO UPSET. HE LET ME KNOW THAT MY SET WOULD LAST SEVERAL MORE YEARS AND BETTER PRODUCTS ARE ALWAYS COMING OUT. THAT I SHOULD WAIT UNTIL I HAD MAJOR PROBLEMS THEN GET RID OF THEM.
