Fair price, punctual, professional. Way better price than SEARS.

First I emailed. Nothing. Then I called. They refused to give me ANY idea of how much it would cost for a repair--just telling me what it would cost to get an estimate if no repairs were performed. I wasn't happy with that, but arranged for an appointment anyway... the earliest time available being a week later. A good thing this was my second fridge, if I only had one fridge that would not have been good! I spent half the day home during their four-hour range, postponing appointments and errands, waiting for the service guy to show up... waiting... waiting... I called them... no answer... he never showed. I called the next day. No answer. I called the following week. No answer. Finally, the next time I called, they picked up the phone. Hearing my story, their only suggestion was to reschedule the appointment! Naturally, I told them not to bother. I was severely disappointed.

Crack in shell was noted after the pump problem was identified. I had them seal the shell for an additional nominal fee of $20.00. I am not sure if this 7 year old dishwasher was worth this investment. The total repair will be well worth the fee if the dishwasher lasts for another 2-3 years.

My icemaker stopped working and after a very bad experience with a repair company selected from the phone book, I checked Angie's List and called My Repairman. The technician showed up right and time and went to work. He explained everything as he went along. He even had used parts that he used to verify that what he thought was wrong was the problem before he put in the new replacement part. I'll never use any other outfit for appliance repair!

They were timely and explained the work they needed to do. They also had the part on the truck. It was overall a satisfactory experience.

Very well. Alex was very professional and explained everything he needed to do to fix the dryer squeak. I will definitely call them again if I need to have any appliance repaired or serviced.

I called American Home Shield and requested they repair my washer. They contacted My Repairman to perform the work. They left a phone number for me to return to schedule the service. I called the office and arranged the appointment. I was told they would be here between 1pm and 5pm. I was also told ?we will call you 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.? I felt this was good as I work approximately 15 minutes from my home. Not wanting to loose too much time at work, I waited for the phone call. At 12:57, I received a phone call from the repairman stating he was two blocks away from my home. I informed him I would be there in 15 minutes. He immediately told me he was going to another call and would ?get to me later.? I continued home and waited for the repairman. Around 4:45pm, I called the office to determine if they would still be coming for the service. The lady called the repairman and stated ?he as a little behind, but will be there.? At 6:30pm, no call and no repairman. I called the office, which was closed. I called the repairman, but no answer. I left a message stating I would report them to American Home Shield and Angie?s List, if no one came. Within 10 minutes, I received a phone call from the angry repairman. He stated, ?Angie?s list has nothing to do with this.? He then stated, ?I showed up.? I told him I was told he would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. He stated, ?that was a courtesy call. I don?t have to do it.? I asked if he was still coming to repair my washer. Again, I was told he would respond. At 8:30 pm still no repairman. While checking my email, I discovered American Home Shield had reassigned my request. It was evident the repairman cancelled it, as I did not phone American Home Shield. If My Repairman is not going to stick by their own policy, stop telling customers they will call ?30 minutes prior to arrival.?

It went great! When I called, they scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived on time, found that it was a simple repair, and fixed the washer in no time. He also had the part for the dryer. I was very pleased!

Our refrigerator / freezer stopped freezing overnight. I called My Repairman that next morning and described the problem. They were able to schedule me same day, and showed up with the part needed to fix the issue. Very quick, very nice and professional to work with. It went as well and quick as I could have hoped it to.

washing machine quit 2:00 pm Thurs.Set appt for next morning.Arrived in the quoted time window.Very courteous,very professional,had the required part(fuse) in his truck. It's a Kenmore so I first called Sears as I have for the last 30 years.They quoted a week to come & a $109.00 trip charge & I'm pretty sure I was talking to someone in Buenos Aires.Sounded just like the people at Tracfone tech support & I know they are in Buenos Aires,but that's another rant

The washer froze during a cold snap. The men from My Repairman came out when they said they would. They got right to the job and had it fixed in a jiffy. (Darn! I was hoping the machine was beyond repair and I would get to buy a new one!)

Repairman arrived about 2 hours after the initial call - amazing! He took the washing machine apart, ran it through two cycles before determining that the drain was backing up and sending water down the wall onto the floor. He went ouside to double check the outside drain, then he advised that the problem could be fixed by a plumber clearing the drain. as the washing machine was operating properly. I was pleased that the service call was only $35.00, with my $10.00 coupon from Angie's List. I will definitely call them again.

They really did a great job. We had some other problems with the refrigerator subsequently. They came out right away, checked it out and did what ever needed to be done. They tried something at the first time but it didn't work out because they replaced the original parts. They said that they will come and try another new part, they did that and we got a discount on that. They didn't charge us additional money for that work. They were excellent and we can't tell how much we liked them. They were qualified in what they came out to do and they made recommendations. We were satisfied with their work. We felt that they really knew what they were doing and they were very fair with the billing. We recommended them to our neighbors.

We got a report from our tenants on 28 Dec that the oven stopped working in the last few days. I found and contacted My Repairman through Angie's List on that same night. George Estrada called me directly on the morning of 29 Dec and told me that he still has two slots available that day, if that will work with my tenants. Even though the schedule filled up quickly, George Estrada was able to schedule the service on the following day. The service person was completely helpful on 30 Dec as he called me with a quote of the service prior to going forward with the fix. The repairman had the part needed and fixed the oven in a timely manner. George Estrada sent me the invoice over the e-mail and handled the payment transaction over the phone. Excellent and friendly service!

The technician was very professional, very courteous, and worked quickly. He did not ask for payment until the completion of the work on the second day. He also called ahead each day to confirm that he was on the way to our home.

Most professional. Based on my description he brought an extra person to help remove a 600 pound oven and repair it onsite very promptly. I called on a Saturday when all appliance repair shops in our area are closed. He called me back on that day, said they were closed but that he could come on monday. As it was Christmas week that was very important and appreciated. He was very professional, very knowledgable, and very fair in pricing and repaired the problem with a sense of expertise in the area.

Great, i called at 12:15 and they were able to be there by 2 pm. They diagnosed the problem right away, went right to work fixing the problem and were done in less then an hour.

I called another appliance repair company, as we had used their services in the past. Their charges were pretty high to come out and check things out. Then a guy who was the father from My Repairman came out and checked out everything for a small fee. He also figured out as to what was wrong with the dish washer and he also had to put in some parts to fix it. The son then came in about 2 days later to install everything. They were fabulous, professional, polite, friendly, competent and efficient. We were very happy with them.

Linda the receptionist was polite and helpful. Alex was efficient and George was knowledgeable about our model. He advised us that the display panel would likely fail soon due the the age of the unit and cost a significant amount to replace. We decide to buy a new washer as a result. We appreciate the advice and help. Thanks.

I have used them twice. They were extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful in terms of giving suggestions and ideas. They analyzed and addressed the problem, and got it resolved. One of the times I used them was even after hours.

On the scheduled repair day, George called before arrival and and arrived on time. He went to work immediately and explained his diagnostics each step of the way. He discussed the cost of each element of the repair vs replacement. The needed parts were on the truck and the repair was completed in 20 min. There is a 90 day warranty on the repair.

Excellent service, he was scheduled for Monday but had an opening on Friday and called to come in early

We used them twice, and ended up having to get a new dryer. My wife wasn?t too happy with the quality of their work.

They came out and took a look at the problem; it had been leaking. The washing machine is an old one and they had to make sure they could get the part. They located the part, picked it up, and came the next day to install it. There was even an idea that they may have to do something special. It was a big relief when they were able to fix it and I did not have to buy a new appliance. They showed up on time.

I had a great experience working with My Repairman. Everything worked wonderful. They were very helpful and professional. They came out pretty much right away. I would use them again in the future.
