I have used him in the past. I recommend him to family and friends. He arrived up on time. He seemed very experienced with appliances. I felt like he didn't take advantage of me at all.

Service person came out to the house and was able to resolve my appliance issue within 5 minutes. Altough he could have asked for more, he did not charge more than than the minimum service call charge.

I called Monday. The young lady setting the appointments was very nice and respctful. Worked around my schedule. Alex arrived on time , polite and ready to work. He did not have the part with him but left and picked it up. Returned within 30 minutes and my dryer was working like new wiyhine 30 minutes. Excellent work. I will recommend them to others and will call on them for future repairs.

They did a very quick and efficient job. They were very reasonably price, and they are very courteous and clean.

I would tell people about this company, but it wouldn't be positive. Obviously, he didn't know or have enough experience to know where the leak was because it was right in the back of my refirdgerator. I would say he did not have the experience for this type of problem. He did know there was a leak but he certainly couldn't find where it was.

I called to inquire about possibly repairing an old washing machine in the house I bought. I described the problem and the young lady asked if I knew how old the machine was. She informed me that it's difficult to get parts for an old machine. After speaking with her, I have decided to just buy a new washing machine. I appreciate the integrity of this company in that she gave me guidance for dealing with the problem and was not just interested in selling me a service call.

They replaced a valve the first time and then they replaced my ice maker. They did a great job and I will hire them again in the future.

The thanksgiving turkey was undercooked so we knew something was off about our oven, We had it re-calibrated to cook at the correct temperature. They showed us how to do it ourselves if we ever need to do it in the future.

I called My Repairman at 9 a.m. on Monday morning after our refrigerator and freezer had stopped cooling over the weekend. George Sr. spoke with me about details, asking about the make of the appliance and the "symptoms" of the problem. I explained the situation and asked if, since I was a teacher, we would be able to schedule an appointment after school. He said, "No problem." At approximately 3 p.m., they called and said they had arrived at their service call before mine, and were aware that I needed a 30 minute warning to get home. I came home and they arrived shortly thereafter. They came in and, while they were working on the refrigerator, I asked if they could take a look at the washing machine, which has had the annoying problem of not switching from the fill to the agitate portion of the wash cycle without me opening the lid and shutting it again. It was such a small problem I hadn't wanted to call for something like that. While George Sr. was working on the refrigerator, George Jr. went and fixed the two problems on the washing machine, leaving me the broken parts so that I could confirm what was repaired. He even suggested I test it while they were here. I did so and was very pleased. Meanwhile, I mentioned that our microwave (built in) had not been working for awhile (yes, I obviously let things go a bit....). We talked about the fact that I had replaced the fuse twice and it blew when I put it back in the wall. After finishing the refrigerator, he offered to take a look at the microwave. They took it out of the wall, and replaced the fuse and the door switch. The fuse blew right when they put it back in, so they took it out of the wall again. They determined that it had to be something large and it most likely was not worth fixing, but needed to be replaced. All in all, they were here almost two hours, and I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, courteousness, and level of explanation at what was wrong and needed to be fixed. I felt complete trust in what they were telling me, especially when what George originally thought was wrong with the refrigerator wasn't the problem and meant he wouldn't be charging me $600, but only a couple of hundred for the problem. He could have easily lied and told me it needed all kinds of things it didn't, but he was completely honest. These men are an honor to their profession and a blessing to their customers! ** The refrigerator actually was not fixed by the part they originally put in, so I called them at 8 the next morning. They were back by 10 a.m., switching the part out again for the original Amana part that was called for (explaining why they had used the other part in the first place - Amana was bought by Maytag who was bought by Whirlpool). As soon as the new part was in, the fridge began working correctly. Another positive - that they were so eager and available to make something right!

Called, set appointment, called 30 min before as promised, tested oven, recalibrated using a more accurate thermometer than I had and offered to come back if I still had problems. Showed me how I could calibrate the oven myself if I felt comfortable doing it.

George and his son were right on time to look over the icemaker and see why it wouldn't produce ice. It took them less than twenty minutes to find the problem and order the right parts. I had to wait for the Christmas holidays for the parts to be picked up, but again they were right on time and the installation was fast and as exactly as they estimated. The parts were more expensive than I thought they would be, but the charge was their cost and I couldn't have gotten them cheaper anywhere else. Labor was very reasonable. George and his son were efficient and pleasant to work with. I'll call them again if I have any more appliance problems.

They did a good job. They figured out the problem right away, they fixed it quickly, and they had all of the parts with them.

The repairman came out on time and spent several hours troubleshooting a fairly complex washing machine (lots of electronics). He identified the faulty part and returned the next day and successfully completed the repairs. Outstanding service.

Alex was on time in the time frame company provided 1AM-5PM. Made effort to make sure that machine repair, would not be possible and so I stopped incurring more cost than what his visit cost without being able to do work. It cost me $45.00 but I felt that his answer was very honest.

The repair person called to confirm our appointment. He showed up on time and asked me what the problem was. He then began to diagnose the problem and he even showed me how he diagnosed it and what it would take to fix it, including the cost. He even had the parts on his truck and was able to get it fixed on the spot. This was a great experience and I will be referring My Repairman to everyone I know.

Finally getting around to reporting how happy I was with George's service. We have a 3 year old dryer drum began to split and was unable to turn. The dryer was out of warranty and i hate just calling random repairmen to come look at it. George was listed first here on Angie's List and he lived up to his excellent reputationsGeorge came to look at the dryer about a day after I phoned him. He looked at it and was realistic in his assessment. He called around for the part, went to purchase it and came back a day later to install it. No hassles, very straightforward and trustworthy. This is exactly why Angie's List is worth every penny...finding people who care enough about their work to do a good job...every time.I'll be using him again if anything else needs fixing. They were able to schedule me on the same day that I called for service. Repairman and his assistant were on time. Took the time to try to search for the lowest cost replacement part. Did a great day of explaining everything and showing me what was wrong with the microwave.

He was fantastic. I got him off Angie’s List. The washing machine is working out fine for me. I won’t call anybody else again for repairs except him. I would recommend him to anybody else. His price was fair. It wasn’t exorbitant. He was very professional. I will use him again in the future.

they came in on time. did a inspection of my maytag dryer. explanied why it was not working properly. did repairs as needed. great work.

This service was provided through American Home Shield (AHS) and the service charge was paid by AHS per our contract. The problem was with the non-functioning broiler in the stove of a rental property. The technician diagnosed the problem as "a bad thermostat switch" and it needed to be replaced. The switch did not click into place when the broiler was selected. This allowed the switch to be turned past the broiler setting and consequently not function. The problem was that he reported to AHS that the switch functioned properly so naturally AHS said no repair needed. Told me - Bad switch......Told AHS (according to AHS) - thermostat switch functions OK no repair parts ordered. Is the "Bad" switch safe or not? Really bad communication from My Repairman, hence the "D" grade. Then nobody informed me until I called to inquire about the status. Someone from customer service from the Repair shop or AHS should have called to tell me the issue was closed. The diagnosis of the problem was good but follow-up action was lacking quite a bit.

They were okay. It was not the level of customer service that I would have expected. I would use them again because I have an LG washer and the technician that came out was extremely upfront and said that he didn't do those all the time. He told me what he knew and he was very thorough. I ended up getting the part myself because I could get it faster online than what they could. He came and put it in and made sure that it worked. The kid was really nice and did a really good job. He tried which was huge to me.

I called My Repairman this morning, and was given a time window. My Repairman called 30 minutes before arriving, And, they did arrive within 30 minutes. George and George, Jr., were in and out within an hour. The compressor is working, and everything is cooling. Very nice, very professional. It went great!

Service call experience was excellent.
