The job performed went very well. "Alex" was knowledgeable and informative. From the moment he arrived he tended to business. The hose needed replacing and the vent needed cleaning.

Service call was originaly scheduled for Fri Sept 21 and repairman never called or showed up.......After I left several messagesn{3}I had a call the next day...I was not in a good . mood after not hearing for 24 hours plus. I accepted the apology and decided to give it another try and all went well.....Barbara Asherman I would r ecommend the work.

He also helped me figure out what to do about my dishwasher.

My Repairman seems to know what he is doing. He is very competent, he tells you what exactly is wrong with your appliance, he doesn't try and sell you a bunch of stuff, he tells you if he can fix it or not, and whether it is worth fixing. He seems to be very honest and everything he has told us in the past has been absolutely true. I like him because I feel I can trust what he says. I highly recommend him.

The housing for the lights and temperature controls of our fridge got jostled loose on a moving truck between Dallas and here. We had tried to push it back into its slots, but it wouldn't move and we were afraid of damaging it. My Repairman came out the day after we called and had it fixed in minutes. I don't know whether it was George or Alex who came because my husband was home at the time, not me, but whichever man it was, he said that if we HAD tried to force the housing into place, we would have broken it and would have had to replace it---a much higher cost, of course. The price for the service call seemed a trifle high compared to companies I used in Dallas, but since the work was done quickly and professionally, I don't mind.

We noticed our freezer and refrigerator compartments were higher than normal over the weekend. (Ice cream bars were like DQ soft-serve). Got a thermometer and found freezer was 18º and fridge 48º. Frost forming on back wall of freezer. Called MyRepairman on Monday morning after seeing their excellent reviews on Angie. The dispatcher said they could be there that same morning. George Jr. showed up before noon, checked everything out thoroughly, inside freezer and behind the unit. He wasn't able to pinpoint what had been wrong because when he checked it, everything cycled normally. There was ice build-up on the lines inside the freezer, which he said could have been caused by the door not being properly shut. He found a couple of different parts that could possibly be near the point of aging out, but said we should watch the unit to see if the problem showed up again. If it needs servicing again within 30 days, we would not pay a repeat service call. In the end, we only had to pay the $35 service call fee and the unit is running at proper temps. George was a very courteous and knowledgeable service technician. If the unit does need servicing again, I will definitely call MyRepairman to come back and do the job. He did give me a quote on the two parts that he suspected might be near their failing point.

Response was very quick. The problem was diagnosed and repaired and no parts were needed. I have used this company several times and each time was a good experience. Repairman was knowledgeable, very competent and clean. Would recommend them to anyone.

THE DRYER STILL MADE A NOISE & I CALLED & I LEFT 2 MESSAGES. THEY LEFT ANOTHER LIGHT BULB ON MY FRONT PORCH & IT STILL DIDNT FIT. IN SPOKE W/GEORGE 1 TIME BUT NEVER REC'D A CALL BACK,

George, at My Repairman, had come out to check my old refrigerator because it wasn't cooling enough. He said he could repair it, but because of its' age, it would be cheaper to purchase a new one, which we did. They had quoted $45 for a service call, so when I started to make the check out, he asked how I had heard about them. I told him on "Angie's List". He told me that it would be only $35. This was an indication that he was honest. When our A/C began leaking all down the hall floor and not cooling sufficiently, I immediately looked up George's card to see if he did A/C repairs, which he did. It was on one of the extremely hot days in San Antonio, but he managed to work me in on the same afternoon I called. They arrived promptly within the time given. Because the unit was leaking badly and we had no cool air, we were concerned about the cost of repairs. They fixed the leak by repairing the coils and cleaning the outside unit as well. We had cold air witin an hour. He informed us what we should do to keep the A/C maintained in the future. His total bill was $280, which we felt was very reasonable. We will definitely use "My Repairman" in the future for any repair work that they handle.,

Could not have been a better experience! Will definitely call him again if I need appliance repair. Probably saved me the Angie's List fee on this one repair.

The work was done very professionaly. He came on time and almost immediately knew the problem but double checked some other things to hopefully save me money. I will definitely recommend him and use him again.

I called him once and he only came out once. I have an old washing machine and it was making a lot of noise so I went on Angie’s List and I liked the comment about him and he was working in the area, so I called him. The charges were $45 but I had a $10 coupon on Angie’s list and he used my coupon so it became $35. I think there was something stuck in the washing machine, he repaired it and gave a guarantee for 90 days. He also said if the noise comes back we should call him but so far it hasn’t come back. He is very very nice.

I called after hours & left a message but did not get a callback. I called the next day & spoke to a person, set an appointment. Repairman showed up as promised & I was very satisfied with the work.

I had it defrosted when he came and he was able to clear freezer drain within 20 minutes.He came out within 1 hour of the request (was in my area). He showed me how to clean it myself if it happens again. VERY impressed!

They were responsive, courteous, friendly and helpful. The repairman clearly knew what he was doing and had the experience necessary for the job. I will definitely call them again and would recommend them to others.

I emailed My Repairman on Wednesday night and received a voice message from George the next morning stating that he could get to the job that day or the next. I wasn't able to get back in touch with him that day, but called their number first thing Friday morning and got an appointment set up for that afternoon. We were given a time frame of 1-5pm and they called 30 minutes before arriving. We were very pleased with the work, the price and the customer service.
