Description of Work: Checked out RO water system. We were told that the problem was with the tank and could not be replaced because a new one would not "match". |Quoted us $800 & $1,000 for a choice of a total RO system replacement. We were able to find out that we could attempt a fix or replace the tank. We did the fix and it now works again. And from we have now found out, we could have had the tank replaced if the fix did not work. Which means no $800 or $1,000 replacement of an entire system. And this is a Dave Ramsey endorsed provider. Ramsey should be notified of this.

Description of Work: Called them to come out on Sunday night of Thanksgiving weekend. They came within an hour and evaluated the problem. Over the next couple of days they arrived promptly and took care of the problem that involved digging under the house to remove and replace broken plumbing line. Everything was explained to us and the best part was that the amount we paid was the amount we were quoted. We were especially impressed with John. He is a very nice and hard working young man.

Description of Work: The plumber was professional, helpful, and respectful. He answered my questions, and the sales pitch wasn't pushy. The only thing I wasn't thrilled with was having the water heater drained into my bathtub. The water was dirty, stained the tub a little, and I would have preferred to have it dumped into the toilet.

Description of Work: I wanted them to empty the septic tank. When they were digging they couldn't find the nozzle they had to dig in the yard. They found a hole in the septic tank. The previous service had made a hole in the septic tank. While they were digging-they dumped some dirt in the woods. They replaced the dirt in the yard, but it looked pretty good.
