Team was 20 minutes late. However, coming to New Braunfels at that time of morning is hard with traffic as you never know what you'll come up against. Cleaning went very well. Had my grandson who was sleeping and the team of woman kept noise to a minimum to allow him to sleep and still did a great job in house. I needed baseboards cleaned well as I'm unable to bend to do it myself. The team cleaned all my wood shutters without complaint. I was asked to check the rooms before I left and was very pleased with the level of detail. My things haven't shined this much since I bought them. I had team use several of my products and they returned them in their place. Very few items not placed back in original location. Only issue was when they came in the team went to spray my self cleaning oven. Only area needed cleaning though was the door which they sprayed. Unfortunately it was not cleaned up when I returned home. Very minor item and I could certainly do it myself. I will definitely hire for deep cleaning each quarter from here on out. I'm fully enjoying my clean to the bones home. Thank you.

They were AWESOME!!! No casual chatter going on. Just a lot of hard and well trained work going on. I'd hire them over and over.

Arrived on time. Two women 1.5 hours of actual clock time. Gave them special instruction and all were completed. Clear your countertops and bathroom sink to make it easier for cleaning. Great Job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. They had to stay an extra half hour or hour so I paid them an extra $20. It was 2 girls. The deal was for 6 or 8 hours. I would probably use them again but it was pricey.

They were only 15 minutes late getting to my place. They came in and 'took charge' with all the equipment they would need. I told them about the 2 rooms that I didn't want cleaned. (My home is approximately 1200 sq feet) I took my two dogs out to the porch so we would be out of their way. The home looked much better but I wouldn't call what they did 'deep cleaning.' Some of the furniture had not been dusted or part of a piece had been dusted and part not. Some of the baseboards had been cleaned and some of them not. The stained concrete floor in the whole house except the two bedrooms had been vacuumed (to get up the dog and cat hair) and then mopped. However there were places in the house that get lots of use and therefore are a bit more dirty than just animal hair....and it didn't look like they had done anything there, especially around the dining room table area. I'll have to clean that area again to get it basically clean. Some of the paintings that are hanging on the walls had been dusted and some had not. The stove top had been partially cleaned. There is a grill on one half of the stove top and I don't think they even considered cleaning the grill. The other half of the stove top is a glass-ceramic surface. It had not been completely cleaned. As the women were leaving they asked if I would talk to someone on one of their cell phones. I talked to someone in the home office and she asked if it were o.k. that they didn't have time to clean the fridge. It had been 2.75 hours, they were out of the house with all their equipment put up in their car. I had read in reviews of the company that sometimes the people cleaning just ran out of time before cleaning the fridge. As a matter of fact, I had already had discussions through email with the company about their maybe needing to have more than 6 hours to clean and my saying that I thought 6 hours was plenty of time for this size home and that I would pay what had been advertised in the 'big deal'.... Anyway...what was I going to say? 'You must go back in their and clean the fridge?' If it were my company I would change that method of negotiating. I understand the people doing the work don't need to get into the discussion about whether it's o.k.....but they never said anything to me about not getting to the fridge. And then, later in the day, I opened the freezer only to discover that they had not completely closed the freezer door on top of the fridge and so the freezer was covered with ice and it was wet on the outside edges. I know that I had not made that mistake because I had not opened the freezer at all that day before they came. They did clean the stainless steel door of the fridge. And then, finally, when I opened the dishwasher which had been run (by me) before they got here that morning I discovered that they had put the dishes that were soaking in the sink(all items that could not be washed in the dishwasher, plastic items and/or marked 'don't wash in dishwasher')...had been put on the bottom rack of the dishwasher...dirty. At the least they might have asked what I wanted done with those dishes, etc.

They showed up on time and were very deliberate and professional, ensuring up front they understood and honored my priorities. They got virtually everything I wanted done and they did a very good job. They were extremely professional and respectful of my home and my personal space. I'm getting ready to put my house on the market and their help was such a relief for me. I will definitely contact them if I need a follow up cleaning.

I was able to schedule the service within 1 week of first contact and was fully explained the service that would be performed. Two ladies came to clean the house and did a very good job in all the rooms. They took about 3 hours to do the whole job and always asked for me to check to make sure everything was as I wanted. I am quite a perfectionist when it comes to cleaning and have to say they did meet my expectations.

The provider was suppose to have 3 individuals clean and only 2 showed up. They did not clean one of my bathrooms because they were in a hurry and I had to leave. I feel like I did not get a quality service from these people. The two ladies that showed up were very proffessional and did a great job. The scheduling was also screwed up, they wanted me to change dates and times a couple of times. They showed up late as well. I feel like they should come back and do a complete job. Due to only have 2 individuals there were things that was on the contract that did not get done.

The "deal" specified detail cleaning of 2800 sq ft with 6 hours of labor. The crew spent too much time downstairs and failed to finish upstairs. My wife also had to stop them from using Windex on granite. There were three workers and the supervisor showed up and helped finish the master bath. Unfortunately two rooms upstairs we not finished. The supervisor attempted to placate my wife, but came across as condescending. Overall, we were pleased with one of the three workers. I think they should simply stay with basic cleaning service and not advertise a detail deep cleaning.

Most of the house was cleaned very well. There were a few places on the wood work base boards and doors which should have been cleaned better.

I found the provider to be responsive when I set up the appointment via email. I was pleasantly surprised when they were available on the first day that worked for my schedule. I arranged to be at home when they were supposed to arrive in order to answer any questions and provide some instructions. I had to leave when they were 40 minutes late, but I spoke with the main office to insure they were still coming and relay instructions to the crew. The service was advertised as a "deep cleaning" that included baseboards, dusting in high places, cleaning window sills, cleaning out the fridge and the oven, and changing the linens on the beds as well as the usual stuff you expect. Our regular housecleaner had become hit and miss, so we were eager to find someone new we could rely on to do a consistently good job. We were especially happy to have someone do the baseboards, window sills and high-dusting. I asked them not to clean the inside of the fridge, not to worry about changing linens, and not to worry about our laundry room since we had two small dogs in there while they were cleaning. I checked back in with the crew of three people three hours after I left. They were cleaning the kitchen and said it would be another 30 minutes or more. They asked me to look around. I checked the master and it looked fine. The floors in the hallway that led to the other wing were wet, so I thanked them, told them things looked fine so far, and left for another hour or so. That evening my wife and I took inventory of the work. Here's what we found. The bathrooms were cleaned well. The tubs and showers were cleaned exceptionally well. The oven had been cleaned using a spray instead of the automatic cleaning setting. It looked fine. The countertops throughout the house had been cleaned. The floors were either swept and mopped, or vacuumed. Most of the dusting was done, though we had the usual task of putting things back in their original places. The wood surfaces had been polished. The windowsills were dusted. The ceiling fans were dusted. The baseboards had not been cleaned. Some of the tops of picture frames had been dusted and some had not. The cobwebs that had been in a few high corners were still there. Also, the house had an unpleasant smell of strong chemicals - that smell only lasted about 6 hours and it was not oppressive, but not something I care to repeat if I can avoid it. Overall we concluded that the work was about equal to what we would have expected from our regular house cleaner on one of her good days, and we're certain that if we paid her the same fee we paid for this, which is $90 more than she normally charged, she would have followed through with everything that was to be included in a "deep cleaning" and then some. I did receive an email from the provider the day after the service telling me that if I had any concerns they would like to know about them. I did not respond. The main reason I use Angie's List is to lower the probability that I'm going to have to set aside more of my time to get a job done right. Given our overall experience the service we received rated a C; it was average.

The team was great. They worked hard and did an excellent job on the parts of the house they were able to clean. Things they cleaned were spotless. This company has great attention to the details that other companies lack. My only concern was that the company does not alow enough time for the proper squarefootage home. The company sent only a crew of two ladies for three hours. These two ladies worked at lightspeed, however they were alloted only those three hours to "deep" clean my 2650 sqft home. Even with them not cleaning one of my bedrooms (we told them not to) which meant less square footage, they did not get to everything on the "deep cleaning" portion of the list. Most of my windowsills, blinds, picture frames/wall hangings and door frames were not cleaned nor dusted. This was disappointing and they are still in need of cleaning. I would suggest that they either send a bigger crew, or allow more time to complete all of the tasks the customer pays for. Again, I do need to reiterate, that the things they did clean were great. The house smelled clean and looked great. I was just disappointed that those things above did not get done. Again not the fault of the crew, they worked very hard, they company didn't allow enough time for them to finish. I would use this company again due to their level of detail, as long as they guarantee that they can provide all of the services they list regardless of the time it takes. After all their website says they charge by the job, not by the hour. I expect to get all of the services they stated for the price I paid. If they are not providing all of the indicated services in the time alloted, then the price should be lower. Thank you for the response. My concern and overall complaint was that since I purchased a coupon, I expected all services listed on the coupon to be performed, which they were not. i felt that the service was incomplete and the coupon contained more services than your team could finish in their alotted time.

2nd time we have used Metatron. Used them for "move out cleaning" just b4 moving in to our new home about 9mos ago. Simply put, they are awesome. Punctual, flexible, and just great, great work. Could not be happier with the service.

The 3 women arrived about 5 minutes early and went straight to work. They immediately hit the master bathroom and bedroom and worked their way through the house from there. They cleaned the ceiling fans in all the rooms and the wood blinds that I have in a couple of rooms. They got most of the baseboards, but missed a few. The floors were mopped and I loved that the refrigerator shelves were wiped off as this is something I never find time to do. The stove is also looking nicer than it has for some time. They tidied up as they went and that was nice in some cases and inconvenient in others. Next time I will know not to leave so much stuff out on the bathroom counter. They were very unobtrusive the whole time they were here and it was obvious that everyone was working hard. I'm really glad I had them come in and clean.

The services provided were excellent. Great value for the work performed. The staff were on time and worked hard to clean the apartment. I truly would not hesitate to use this company again.

They arrived on time and brought all the necessary things to do a deep cleaning. They cleaned 2 bathrooms, one bedroom, living area, and kitchen. The cleaned blinds, picture frames, ceiling fans, fridg, oven and stove, vaccumed and mopped. They did a very good job.

I purchased the 3 hours of cleaning for $89 fully aware what the coupon fine details were. I guess I made a mistake by telling them I was moving out and they called and wanted to 'up-sell' me the $200 package..... And I said all I want is 3 hours of cleaning, wipe down surfaces, vacuum, mop, general cleaning tasks..... nothing major. The lady argued with me saying move out cleaning is different, I said I don't care about the "move-out package" which she said included things like; ceiling fan cleaning, blind cleaning, I just want a general cleaning as the coupon reads.... Just do the tasks from the coupon..... Well, they said unless I buy the $200 or more they could not clean my house.... BUT thankfully Angie's List people were able to refund my money!

They arrived on time with all their equipment. Started work right away. We left them to do the work and when we got home it was apparent what a fine job they had done. We were really pleased. Could not find anything they had missed.

They were excellent. They were good. I wish I could get my wife to sign up for it. He followed up with me right away after I purchased the big deal, I had to reschedule it one time, but he was okay with that. They did the service, and everybody in the whole family was impressed. They did a great job.

Everything was done exactly as I had hoped.

It turned out very well. When they were finished, they did excellent with cleaning up their own supplies and everything. Even the maintenance manager was amazed at how clean it was and basically we kind of got off without paying any more dues and then actually getting my whole full deposit back because they were impressed with the appearance of the place.

I have used Metatron for 3 years now. they have always done a magnificent job! They are very polite, willing to change dates if I need; will clean upstairs if it needs it; basically they will do anything I ask of them. They do an excellent job of cleaning. I wish I could have them every week instead of just every two weeks! The owners check in with you from time to time to make sure you are pleased. They have even made a surprise visit after cleaning to ensure the workers are doing a thorough job. I wouldn't want anyone else to clean my house!

Our home is 35 minutes north of San Antonio and we had a very difficult time locating a service willing to drive to our community and clean on a monthly basis. Metatron Cleaning Services stepped up to the task and has helped us out tremendously!! Once a month 2 professional cleaners make the trip from San Antonio and perform a monthly cleaning. This includes everything from dusting, cabinets, windows, toilets, showers, tile, vacuum, porches, etc. When they finish the house feels fresh, clean, and healthy. I really appreciate the top-notch customer service, the willingness on their part to drive the extra miles to our home, and the professional cleaning that is completed each and every time. We have used their services for almost a year and will continue to do so.

Metatron cleaning company is the best one I have used in San Antonio. This is my second (maybe third time) I have used them. When I saw their Big Deal, I grabbed it! Plus, it didn't have an expiration date. I knew I had a big surgery coming up so I saved it until the week before. I was a little taken back when a team different from the one before showed up. I was concerned that they wouldn't be as good. But, oh my gosh, they were as good or even better (if that was possible). I thought the two women who cleaned could possibly do everything in 2.5 hours. But the floors, the couch, corners of rooms, cobwebs, dusting, bathrooms, etc. all done. Even every baseboard and the blinds. I will have them back again!!
