Of all the clearing services I have used, they are simply the best and the most professionally run. Not only do they do a very thorough job but if on a rare occasion, something had been left undone or wasn't done just right, they have come back and made sure that it was taken care of. They are very trustworthy--I am never home when their crew cleans the house and I have never had an issue. Giselle and Frederick are the owners and at least one of them always accompanies the crew when they clean. Giselle, the co-owner, is not merely a housekeeper, she has an artistic touch--whether it is folding the towels just so or making sure that the dining table looks inviting, she has a knack for making the place look beautiful. I can always tell when she has been in the house with the crew. They are also genuinely nice people--gentle, likable, responsive, professional, and a pleasure to be around. They do a very thorough job relative to all others that I have hired before. They are very much in demand and I can tell why. I highly recommend them.

They were an amazing team and pleasant to have in the home. If I had the money, I'd have the two of them clean for me anytime. Really excellent and I'm very pleased.

The company worked with us on delaying performance of services past expiration date of coupon. The team of three was a little late in arriving, but it did not cause any inconvenience. We were satisfied with the service. We would hire them again.

All they really did was damp mop. The beds were thrown together. I was very disappointed.

I had to cancel. I've only heard good stuff and would recommend them.

It was acceptable work. They ran out of time for the fridge, but the oven looked good. They have a knack for making things shine. It could have been a little more thorough cleaning, but the Angie's Lost Deal was for a specified amount of time which means they were limited by time. I still appreciated the price and the break from cleaning.

It was excellent. It was perfect and it was great. The price was good. Everything was just great.

My experience with them was good. They didn't tell me that they weren't going to wax the floors. They just mopped the floors, and the main thing I wanted was the floors waxed. It was okay. I thought they should have done the baseboards. There were four ladies and they did some of the things that I didn't really care about and didn't so some other things. It wasn't horrible.

We have been using the services of this company for three years now. We trust them completely to come into our home when we are not around. They are very professional, and we always enjoy returning from work to a clean home. Any small issues that we had over the past few years were fixed promptly.

I wasn't sure how many people would be coming to do the cleaning, as the deal said it could be one person for 6 hours or 2 people for 3 hours. Either way, it ended up being 3 people for a little less than 2 hours. But they all got it done! I had my whole house cleaned, including blinds, ceiling fans, base boards, etc. Honestly the deal also says inside refrigerator (did not do) and inside oven... but I had to leave right after they left, so I didn't check the oven. I don't think they cleaned that.

They showed up on time with 3 cleaners. All cleaners actively worked until the job was done. Very professional and very good work.

They showed up promptly and worked very efficiently for the 3 hours allotted. I was very pleased with the results.

The last thing they did was to complained about Angies List. They Were not very quick to responded to my purchase and when they did the English was barely eligible.

The Metatron Cleaning Services arrived on time, I explained what I was looking for them to do. The owner and her team went to work. They were very professional, there was three of them each one had their own mission they where like clock work. I would use this services again and will also inform my friends about their services.

The appointment set up was for 9am. a couple days prior they call and asked if they could come a 11:30 instead. Then they were about 10 min late, with no phone call they were in route. One of the girls was definitely more efficient than the other and in the end you could tell which rooms she did. They did not bring a step ladder and since I do not own one they would not clean anything high, they "did their best" to do the fans with a broom and a towel. I also wanted them to do the oven as advertised but they did not bring cleaner for that. They asked if I wanted the blinds done, and it is one thing I really wanted done well since they are such a pain. After, I saw that the dust was just pushed side to side and you could now see streaks and clumps of dust. I am a perfectionist, and I felt that I had to do too much cleaning behind them. They did clean everything visual in every room and helped me catch up on cleaning.

They did a great job! I first hired them with the deal and now I am using the semi-regularly. They do a solid cleaning job. I can trust them. They have been great to work with.

They came out whenever we asked them to. They didn’t do an excellent job. We went back in the house to see how it was. We had to do some additional cleaning. There were some streaks on the floor with muddy water. It wasn’t worth what we paid. We didn’t have any real interaction with them. We left the house; it was unlocked. We let them come in and do their stuff. I don’t think we even saw them when were there. We had those vinyl wood type flooring. They swept and mopped. It really wasn’t that great of a job. They were pretty responsive. I probably would not use them again in the future. The only reason I did use them was because of the deal.

Everything turned out fine, and it was a good experience.

They sent two people over and said they would spend half the time cleaning than originally planned. The floors were not even mopped. I thought this was a sham. They cleaned the bathrooms and vacuumed a little bit. The deal was for cleaning the whole house and they didn't do that. They would clean where I could see them. The disappointing thing about it was I thought what was advertised was for a full home. Two people for three hours and not a deep clean was not worth the money. The cleaners were late because they couldn't find my house. I don't think they cleaned the inside of my fridge like advertised.

I wasn't that pleased. There were two other rooms we wanted to clean besides the main house. We asked them the estimate for that and they said that would be an extra $50. They went out to clean the house but they really didn't do a good job with that. I did not pay them the additional $50 because the house wasn't very clean. I even took pictures. There were even cobwebs. The base board wasn't cleaned. The shower wasn't cleaned or mopped. They did not clean the room on the side like we had asked them to. The fans were dirty. The floors weren't swept. The mirrors, lines, cabin shelves and base board were dirty. The vacuuming was inadequate. There was hair in the tub. I wasn't inclined to pay them for the extra $50 they had requested for. They should do a more thorough cleaning.

We had the deep clean one and they didn't do the refrigerator or the stove. It was a woman and what I'm assuming was her husband who looked elderly and a bit feeble. The cleaning was ok but certainly not a deep cleaning.

Very thorough, cleaned kitchen tiles, Clorox cleaned. All is so fresh.
