They were very prompt in contacting me. They called within the hour after I had contacted them via email through Angies List. Valerie was very pleasant over the telephone. She told me they would clean top to bottom. They charged an additional $25.00 to clean the outside windows, which I thought was a great deal! They did a thorough cleaning. The stove looks brand new again! The cabinets were cleaned inside and outside thoroughly. They even came back to clean some windows they missed. I really do appreciate they went above and beyond. I purchased the big deal and was told someone would contact me within 24-48 hours. we needed the work completed as soon as possible. We did not hear from the provider until a week and half later and by then it was too late.

I am looking for someone to come on a schedule. My home was very dirty and I requested a thorough, superficial cleaning as a starting point. Unlike some other companies, these ladies did exactly as I asked. They did as much as they could in the allocated time. Other than spilling quite a bit of liquid "something" in my hall and leaving a large stain without telling me, they did a very good job! Now the owner needs to offer me a good scheduled time for a better price, which would end this "deal" quite well!

They were attentive and through in there cleaning. Asked questions to insure they were meeting our expectations.

Everything went well -from setting the date for cleaning to the finished product (a very clean house)!

They arrived earlier than expected so I was still moving out some items but they worked around me. There were originally two ladies that showed up. The job was considerably more than a two person job so they dispatched three additional people (including the owner) so that we would be able to get the job done in a timely manner. All worked together in harmony. Again, the stain in the washroom and the bathroom was cleaned until was satisfactory. Because of the hard water here in San Antonio, they worked extra h****** the tub and showers. The crew was very friendly and responsible. For the few items that remained in the home during the time they were working, the collected them and put them neatly in a separate bag and left them for me. All went well. I will be using them in the future and I recommend them highly to anyone that will require this type of services - even if it is not move out - just for monthly cleanings, etc. Great job!!!!

Crew arrived on time, and did a good job. Move out cleaning package was pretty comprehensive, covering all the major areas. They were able to finish a 2100sqft house in the three hours covered by the coupon.

The team arrived right on time, got to work and didn't take a break. It took four hours and they were working the entire time. They were extremely respectful and polite. Every detail was noticed and addressed. Baseboards were dusted, blinds were cleaned. I will highly recommend them to everyone! I left the house so pleased!!!

Did a great job of deep cleaning my house. We discussed my areas of top priority--one being cleaning my refrigerator. After they were done it looked brand new! My home has all wood floors and was a bit dusty and cluttered, do it was hard to have A+ expectations. But, overall for the first time my home had been deep cleaned in a few years, they did an outstanding job. They were punctual, actually early, and called me to keep me informed of the time and when they would arrive. There were 4 or so that came, and they jumped in to action and were busy, busy every minute they were there. I would definitely use them again!

I contacted them regarding a coupon they had on Angie's list. They were responsive, explained the service, and the cost. I ended up not using them because my landlord is going to renovate my apartment so I felt confident to clean it myself. I would consider contacting this company in the future

Two housekeepers showed up exactly at the time they had emailed me. They dusted, vacuumed, swept, mopped as anyone else would do but they did a whole lot more than anyone I've had before. They didn't just dust the top of the furniture, the did all the sides of the tables, the wiped off all the chairs, they actually moved things on shelves that I had not had the time to get out of the way (and I have a lot of stuff on the shelves). They wiped off pictures and frames. They cleaned my oven, toaster oven and microwave inside and out. These appliances look like they've never been used before! They would have done the same with the refrigerator but I lost power a couple weeks ago and was gone a couple days so I already had to do that myself at that time so I told them not to waste the time. They wiped off all the blinds. They got the grout clean in my showers. They probably did about 2000 sq feet and made it incredibly clean in well under 3 hours. I worship the ground you clean on. Thanks so much. Now my foreign exchange students will be able to start off the school year with wonderful looking rooms when they arrive.

On time and came in and got started right away. Had two cleaners for 1.5 hours. They did a really good job.

After completion our review indicated it was really just a normal house cleaning, not a deep cleaning. Such items as shelves, under furniture, thorough dusting and kitchen and bath deep cleaning were not really completed to our satisfaction.

Purchased a deal that should have been about 2 cleaners for 4 hours but had at least 3 cleaners and two bosses. they came and cleaned maybe done in 1.5 hours. Sure that is ok. I felt very rushed and took off work based on the description on the deal. I don't like to purchase a deal and have it changed on me. They left and just said they were done as they exited the door.. Didn't check with me to see if I felt satisfied The utility room wasn't done.. They said they ran out of time Cleaning was good

The cleaners arrived on time and ready to go. We inspected the house and I told them what I needed done in order of priority. They did very detailed and deep cleaning. The supervisor arrived and checked up on everything and did a walk through inspection of the work. I paid for 6 hours total and got more than 6 hours work. My house is shiny now.

It went well enough; had to have them redo the baseboards, but the supervisor on the phone was responsive and right away had them complete it. That simple follow up call was perfect, and we'll use them again due to that.

There was some miscommunication about what their services covered. They said what they posted on Angie's List was unclear. We did get things worked out, but did have to pay more money. They did seem overwhelmed. They also did a deeper clean after I paid a little more, but it still wasn't great. There were five people that came. I wouldn't hire them again.

The women were very nice, did an excellent job, and I plan to use their service regularly in the future.

This was the first time i have used a cleaning service, as i am usually the one who cleans, but as of late, i have just become super busy with life, and of course the last thing you want to do is clean the house. I found Metatron on Angies list and set an appt. they showed up, did more than i expected them to do, as in clean the blinds, i don't do that. They were professional, and on time, showed up with all the gear they needed, and finished in a timely manner. I will use them again for sure!

The ladies that came to my home to clean did a great job, they took their time even though I went over the 3 hours that they were suppose to be here. They stayed an extra 2 1/2 hours to complete the job which cost me an extra $100. I was very happy with the job they did and I would use them again.

They organized everything and did a fantastic job. I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them to anybody. They will be getting my call if ever I need the worked one again.
