The crew of two people arrived promptly at the scheduled date and time. They were very friendly and ready to work. My daughter's bedroom and bathroom were extremely messy, and they did a great job of straightening and cleaning both areas. They worked for approximately three hours, and the end result was a very clean house! I was very happy with the job, and am considering having them clean my house on a regular basis.

 + -1 moreAwful experience! Called and scheduled with the owner the special for two ladies for three hours. Two ladies showed up late. The supplies they brought in were dirty! A blue dust mop with brown gunk hanging off of it. They cleaned very slow. Later, the owner showed up with a man, comes to my door and tried to walk in without introducing herself or the man, neither were in uniform. I had to stop her and ask who she was, she said I'm the owner I'm checking on my ladies. So she and the man come in and start cleaning. READ THIS... then owner tries to scam me and tell me I owed her for four people cleaning not two! I refused so she tried another scam, she tried to tell me I owed her extra time, she even wrote on a paper towel 130 230 330, then tried to tell me that was three hours. I hope this review prevents anyone from being scammed by her.

 + -1 moreVery responsive to phone calls but they appear to prefer text messages. Two women and one male came and we liked that they were prompt. Excellent job cleaning. The male broke one blind to which he apologized and said they would cover the costs. I offered to let my husband fix it first but was glad they offered anyway. It was an easy fix as we just needed to pull the lower blind up. We received a follow up text message asking how it went. I asked if she had been notified of the broken blind. She tried calling me back a little later but did not call after that. I would use them again because the two ladies were very polite and were eager to please, I believe they do a great job. My recommendation is to only have the ladies come for any future cleaning but it could be he came only because he is the owner and wanted to ensure a good job was performed. Also could be because it was the first time and it was for a deep cleaning.
Description of Work: Cleaned blinds for 12 windows, window sills, baseboards, polished all the furniture in every room, cleaned all glass items, mopped (my house has ceramic tile everywhere but two bedrooms), cleaned stove, microwave, all ceiling fans, all the baseboards and doors of the house. They vacuumed all rugs and carpets, cleaned entire bathroom (tile, sinks, tubs, toilets) and every cabinet in the bathrooms and kitchen.

 + -1 moreThey wouldn't come into my home stating it was too dirty to clean. One of the workers acted as though she was throwing up in my front yard. I called the supervisor. They came back to clean and I asked for them to just dust and clean the floors. I paid $190 for Deep Cleaning. If I had a clean home, I wouldn't have paid for the service. I was not impressed at all. They ended up using my dish soap so now I have to go buy more soap. They did not provide the services at all that I paid for. They didn't work for 3 hours. I will never use them again.

 + -1 moreI had this offer on November 3, requesting you send your people to my home for this service. A middle aged woman and man (I felt the man was mentally challenged, which is no problem at all with me). I was very happy with their job until yesterday. There are blue spots the size of nickels throughout my shower. Also, I had told them to Not clean the bathtub because I don't use it. Yesterday, I noticed water leaking through the ceiling into the kitchen. It. Appears one of them "worked"on the faucets in the bathroom. Now I have to call a a plumber to repair this. I am upset with your company. I put stickers on items in my home that said "do not touch". I expect your company to pay for the plumber, and return the fee you charged. I will also let you know I have a medical condition that I must not be under pressure or anxiety (Pick's Disease). I requested your company to clean my house to take off this pressure and as it turned out I am in a worse situation. I expect results from your company immediately. I will take action if you choose to ignore my situation.

 + -1 moreI am extremely unhappy with this company and would not recommend it to anyone. I am a pretty easy to please type of person but this company did not come through on their end of the deal. When I bought this deal on Angies list, it stated 6 hours of deep cleaning. I spent several hours cleaning before they came so they could get to the big stuff. They stated they would do the blinds and clean the ceiling fans. I think they attempted to clean two of the blinds out of 7 blinds and they didn't do any ceiling fans. They did not even complete the dusting of the bookshelves. I have a table desk with all kinds of files on it and they went through it and stacked up files into stacks that were totally out of order, as I had them in sorted stacks. I stated to leave the kitchen alone as it was mostly clean, and they spent 25 minutes in there. The bathroom counter tops still felt gritty after they cleaned. The bathroom floors were somewhat swept (still saw piles of dust in the corners), but the smaller bathroom was not mopped at all. Piles of dust lay behind the computer desk, so the main floor was not cleaned very well. I feel they did a terrible job for that amount of money. Next time, I will just take a day off of work and do it myself. This is terrible. This is the first ever cleaning company I have hired and I was so excited that they were going to get to the things I usually don't find time to do, and then they didn't even do the things they mentioned in the ad. This is very misleading and I feel very taken advantage of. Do not use this company!!!
Description of Work: This company failed big time, from the very beginning! The day that I bought the offer on Angies list (thinking I could trust the companies advertised on Angies list), I tried to schedule a time of day in order to get off of work to be at home when they were there. At that time, they told me they would get back to me a few days ahead of time. Great. I took the day off of work with loss of pay to be there for the cleaners since I didn't know what time of day to expect. Since they stated 6 hours of cleaning, I figure it would be a little over half a day, so I took the whole day off of work. In my job, I have to hire someone to work for me. Finally, late the night before they were supposed to come and clean my house, I emailed them again asking for a time. (thinking maybe I could be at work at least half a day). They stated about 1:00 PM. They did not show up till close to 3:30 PM and then blamed me that they showed up at the wrong place. I guess they had my work address on the Angies info., which I did not know. I only work less than 5 minutes from home. So when they finally showed up at 3:30 PM, the 3 workers looked all flustered and bothered. The main guy called headquarters and had me talk to a company person who then went on to tell me how it took over an hour for the company to find my house, and I was dumbfounded. They had not even started doing work and this lady was already perturbed with me that as she stated, it took over an hour to get to my home because they showed up to my business, as was the address on my Angies account. (which I didn't realize). I told her it should not have taken an hour since I live just 5 minutes from where I work. So she just told me that since there were 3 workers, they would only be there 2 hours. I was quite angry by then, as stated in the deal, it was for 6 hours. They did not state 2 hours per person X 3 would be the 6 hours. I figured they would be here for 6 hours, with how ever many people would be here. Very misleading to say the least, especially when I took the whole day off of work. Then the 3 workers left 25 minutes early, only working a total of 95 minutes instead of 120 minutes. Paying $180 for this much time is outrageous! Thats $113.68 per hour or $37.89 per person per hour. I don't even make that kind of money! Not for the kind of work that they did.

Don't think they cleaned the fridge or oven which was advertised as included in the service, but no matter. Missed a few little spots, but, again, not a big deal. I was pleased with their service, punctuality, and speed. Sent 4 people so they were in and out in barely 2 hours.

 + 0 moreOK service and cleaning; but they will try and run over time and charge extra. Service was scheduled promptly. My home is not very cluttered and is kept up fairly well, but we like to bring in cleaners about once a month to do a more detailed cleaning. Two cleaners showed up a little late, but got to work quickly. One of the cleaners was experienced, and one seemed very new. The "new" lady just stayed in the Master Bath for the entire time, though a more experienced person could have likely knocked it out in 20-30 minutes. After about 45 minutes, a "supervisor" showed up and just walked into the house without knocking or announcing herself. She acted as if it was the most normal thing in the world to just walk into my house as if she owned it; unfortunately for her my mother-in-law had stopped by and challenged her and then checked over the work that the ladies had done. A few items such as the floor mopping had to be redone because they hadn't been done very well. When they finished this, they wrapped up and left. The house was reasonably clean, and I have no complaints about the service. We got a call a few hours later to tell us that we owed them for some extra time. We replied that the ladies had showed up a little late, and we didn't request extra time and wouldn't pay for it so they "didn't charge us this one time". Like I said, the service was ok, but the supervision and my perception that they have a standard practice of running over time to charge extra doesn't set well with me. I likely won't use them again because of this.
