She was very very thorough, but she was going to charge $250 to clean our 1500 square foot home on a regular basis. It was just too much for us. She dealt with text messages to set up the appointment and she was quick to come for the estimate.

3000sf house with high ceilings, lots of very dirty 8 ft blinds, lots of dust. the crew of three spent over 4 hrs here, performing not only the usual chores but also floor to ceiling cleaning/dusting. very hard-working and very conscientious--did a great job, worth every penny.

They did a wonderful job. They were on time and courteous and followed up with many calls. They also added an unexpected service. I feel like they went above and beyond what I needed them to do.

Metatron was very quick to return my call about performing a make ready and also to do a move out cleaning. She told me they would be approximately 200-250 for each service not including windows. The team of three showed up at the make ready site on time and came in and told me for my 1100 square foot home it would be 250. The house was built in 1920 and has 12 ft ceilings and was dusty. 250 seemed fair. I also asked them to clean the inside of the 26 windows and she told me it would be another 50. I agreed and let them get to work. For the next two hours I was in and out (mostly out) and came back as they were mopping their way out the door. Not wanting to walk on freshly moped floors I paid them on the porch and left again in order to allow time for the floors to dry. When I came back I was surprised to see a total lack of attention to detail. At $50 a man hour I want everything wiped down. They did not clean the wall next to the stove (was a bit sticky from people cooking), missed drawers and cabinets in a very small kitchen, did not dust the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms, did not clean around the water heater, dryer or washer. Dust was left on the pull chain to a light over the kitchen sink. Some pretty obvious things. They were there for TWO hours. Three people for 2 hours for $300. I did have to call them and they came back for the kitchen issues but end the end I felt burned. Having to move into the house the next day I could not get into a situation where I called for each little thing they missed. An extra 30 minutes or hour to clean and they should look over the work to be sure nothing was missed. $33 an hour per person would have still seemed more than fair. I cancelled them for the clean out and hired someone a friend recommended with whom I worked alongside. After 7 hours of us cleaning she told me $50 and i gave her $140. Much happier with the job and much less expensive

I insisted on an on-site quote instead of a phone estimate because of the condition of our house. Gisel and her husband came out and gave me a quote for $300. I thought it was a little steep but the condition of our house probably justified it. Gisel and 2 ladies arrived around a half hour late (since I had taken the day off, it was not a problem) and immediately started cleaning. Unfortunately, I had an accident while they were here and my husband took me to the ER before they left (my stupidity). When we got back home, they were already gone. One room that I had wanted them to clean but they didn't touch was my mother's bedroom. Gisel later told me that Mom had told her not to clean her room; Mom, who has short-term memory loss, told me they just left. If I had been home, I could have overridden her comments to Gisel and had her room cleaned too. Oh well, maybe next time. Overall, I think they did a fantastic job. There were some minor things I would have done better / differently; however, we were very satisfied with the results.

Had them come for my husband's birthday present and it was worth every penny. My husband was so pleased he wants me to sign us up for regular service. We had not had our house clean professionally in a couple months and since I had recently added full-time student to already being a full-time mom who is full-time employed and been in a cast for the past three weeks, the house was getting a little over whelming for all of us. The crew did great work and left our house spic and span. *Update: we have since had them come back monthly and they always show up on time, do detailed work and are very courteous and professional. Would absolutely recommend this company.

Used them for a deep clean of my house. Five people arrived at the exact time they were supposed to arrive. Had to point out a coupld of areas they had forgotten. However, they were quick to make it right. Will be using them for my weekly cleaning from now on.

They arrived exactly on time, worked very hard and quickly, but precisely and got the job done in about 3 hours. They did a great job. I will have them back again.

I recently hurt my back and couldn't clean my house so I looked on Angie's list to find a local house cleaner. I reviewed several entries and finally decided on Metatron Cleaning Services because of all the positive comments. What also struck me was Metatron responded to all comments...I really liked that they cared enough to respond. I set up an appt and within 3 days they came to clean my house. I was very impressed with their attention to detail. I really liked how every item they moved to clean shelving was returned to its place! I also appreciated how meticulous they were with cleaning my blinds! I would like to have the return to clean on a regular bases, but have one suggestion...I would like to see a detail checklist for their regular cleaning...in other words what does $125 (for every other week) pay for. An itemized checklist might bring on more clientele.

They needed about a week's notice so don't wait until the last minute. They were nice enough to fit me in on a Saturday since I had family coming the next Monday. They gave me a ball park estimate on the phone and when they arrived did a walk through of the house and described the services of a deep cleaning and quoted me 250 for the first time and then 100 if I keep using them monthly or more. They left the house spotless; they washed a set of sheets, cleaned all parts of the bathrooms and bedrooms. They loaded the dishwasher and ran it mostly to clear off the counter and the sink so they could clean those. Two ladies worked for about 3 hours and I will definitely use them again and I know I got my money's worth.

They provided thorough and excellent cleaning - even beyond our expectations. Great job!

They are fabulous. They were prompt, professional and left the house in perfect shape. We recently moved in and the carpets were a mess. We are thrilled at how much better the carpets look. We are going to use them every month. We love these folks!

Metatron did more than they agreed and really helped me out as I was still ill. There's no way I could have been ready for my guests without them!

They clean bathrooms, sinks, tops of furniture, etc. However, the organization of household items is sometimes strange. I have to look around for awhile until I find everything. That's OK, and worth it.

Three people arrived, and after approving the estimate, began to clean. I felt comfortable enough with these folks to leave about 1/2 way through their cleaning. During the time that I was at home, they worked diligently and thoroughly. When I arrived back home they were finished and gone, and the house felt very clean. I will use them again.

It was spectacular! I had been out of town with a sick family member for 8 weeks, just coming home for a few days. My husband (who I love very much) had not done a lick of work while I was gone. I called yesterday and they came today. Punctual, professional, and friendly. I gave her a brief tour of the area and told her the things I wanted them to really focus on. In less than 2 hours, my 3 year old house looked brand new. They were a lifesaver for me! I DEFINITELY will use them again--in fact, when I get back home full time I am going to set up a regular cleaning!

Professionl, effceint, and very thorough

This husband/wife team are very professional and thorough. Every time they clean I notice as soon as I enter my home from the garage...it smells so fresh! They also offer green, all-natural products which is very important to us. They also confirm appts the day before and are very flexible if needed. I have continued using this service every 2 weeks and am pleased with the level of service.

Initial contact was made and an inspection of the house was scheduled, at which time we agreed on a time and price to meet our expectations. Because we were completely satisfied, we have scheduled a standing monthly appt.

I needed a move-out cleaning for my 800 sq foot apartment. Metatron came and did a quick estimate and we worked out the details of the services needed. I had not had a deep cleaning since I moved in 3 years ago, so there was quite a bit to be done. They came on time the day of and were done in 2 hours... I was very, very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend their services for those in need of deep-cleaning. I felt the price was a bit steep for the size of my apartment... but in the end they did exactly what they said they would do.

I called and told them that I needed a over all cleaning of my house....She asked me what the sq footage of my home was and I told them it was 4300 sq ft, she quoted me a price of $300....but it was an estimate. They showed up and she looked around and because we had a lot of blinds she said it would be $350, I gave them the go ahead. There were 3 of them and they spent around 3 1/2 hours in my home. It as close to 7:00 pm and they said they were finished. I asked for their business card and she said she had one in the truck....she never came back to give me one. I walked around the house and some of the rooms they didn't even touch (like the utility room). The microwave had not been cleaned, there was dirt on the bathroom counters and I was able to remove with a little bit of scrubbing and with the floors too...., they shoved paper stuff into drawers instead of putting things in nice piles....It took me a long time to find some stuff (especially in the bathroom). There were room they didn't have to clean (like the formal living room because of all the Christmas decorations), but they still charged me the full amount. I am guessing they might have run out of time, but they should have lowered the bill or come back the next day to finish. I would never have them in my house again.

I had accumulated quite a few boxes over the years following a number of housefold moves and somehow never seemed to have enough time or energy to sort through them. In addition, my health has been somewhat fragile in recent years and I have found it difficult at times to keep house. After reviewing customer feedback on Angie's List, I decided to contact Metatron Cleaning Services for a cleaning estimate. The service Gisel and Frederick provided was more than I could ever have hoped for. Upon visiting my home to provide an estimate, Gisel suggested that they organize and de-clutter my home before deep cleaning it. Her plan of action was exactly what was needed and I felt the price quote was very reasonable given the scope of the job. She and Frederick arrived as scheduled and systematically went through each room, first organizing, sorting, and putting away anything I chose to keep, and then removing all unwanted items from the premises. They then provided a thorough deep cleaning of each room that met white glove standards. They used their own cleaning supplies and were professional, courteous, efficient, and very helpful. Based on such a positive experience, I do plan on using their services again. I am so glad I found them on Angie's List!
