I requested a deep house cleaning. I called, and arranged a time for the lady who answered the phone call to come over and give me an estimate for my home. She was pleasant, but was late. She stated that she ran long at her previous appointment, and apologized. We agreed on a date and time for her to do the cleaning. That day, she text my wife to say that she would be late. She did show up about half an hour late. Again, she apologized for being late. Punctuality is key to doing good business. Once in the home, her and one other lady were here for about 2 hours. The cleaning they did we OK, but did they break a light fixture. She told me she'd contact my wife to replace the fixture. It has now been two weeks, and no contact is made. Customers should be confident that businesses will respect their client's time with punctuality, and replace items which they break. Will never use again, nor recommend to any one.

We found them through Angie's List. They come twice a month, once in every two weeks. They are great and that’s why we continue using them. They are fast and efficient. They are in and out, do their work and hit the door. Our overall experience with them has been excellent.

They did a great job! I had no problems they were very reliable and honest. They held themsleves in a professional manner.

I was very happy with their prompt response and contact rate. The main contact texted me regularly to keep my up to date on the schedule, arrival, completion, etc. Since it was a move out, she estimated the cost on arrival. They arrived with a small army and immediately got to work! I was very happy with the thoroughness of the cleaning. There were a couple of missed spots but the supervisor arrived at the end and made sure it was taken care of (medium communication difficulty with him due to language barrier). I have to add that I mentioned that the garage had some goodwill items and a large amount of items that I needed to throw out after they were done. She said they would take care of both and took all the Goodwill items and trash as well at no extra cost. There was at least a truck bed full of both types of items. I was very impressed. I will call them again. I think they are reasonable in price for this type of job and am sure they would be reasonable in an average cleaning as well. The only missing item I would comment on was the coupon. Although it is advertised here on Angies list, it was not applied to the project.

Took approximately 2-2.5 hours to do the job. Very efficient crew that includes the owner/manager. The next time I need to have the house cleaned I will most likely use them. I felt the company was very safe to use and the people cleaning were all about getting the job done and done correctly.

They came in for a deep cleaning. They were late. They kept calling saying they couldn't find it. They had the wrong street name. There was a language barrier from the start. They finished in two hours. There were 3 people. I have a small house 1485 square feet. They worked their way out the front door and mopped their way out the front door. No walk through afterwards. Lesson learned from me, I am too trusting. When they left I noticed things they hadn't done. There were cobwebs everywhere still. They did not wipe the window ledges. They put some kind of cleaner in my metal sink that stained it. In my husbands bathroom they did not clean behind the door. They did not dust the fireplace mantle. They did not touch the curio or china cabinets. What they really did was a quick clean to make it look good. They did not move the furniture in the living room to sweep under it. When they mopped their was a big puddle of water under the couch. I have photo's of the dust that was left behind. I have a cleaning lady and she had been sick. I had them come in because it had been a while. She took pictures of what she found that could not have accumulated that quickly. They did not wipe down anything in the kitchen but the floor. Everything was still dusty. TOO much wrong. When they left the lady asked for a tip for her helpers. So I gave them $50.00. After they left I saw everything they didn't do. Lesson's learned for me. Do a walk through afterwards.

I had used the service in the past for my clients and recommended their service to my client who just bought his home. The home was filthy and they did a good job. Some of the areas were the washer and dryer were and appliances were terrible along with the bathrooms. They got everything looking good. I would use them again.

We were happy that the company accommodated a short-fused request for service and performed service on the day requested. As indicated, they were punctual -- three employees arrived initially and were joined by two more -- five in all. It took two hours with everyone cleaning. We had some of the same issues as did other reviewers: lots of cobwebs & dust on ledges & trim in foyer & on several baseboards; a bedroom window, shutters, and two ceiling fans that were missed altogether; and several bathroom mirrors were badly streaked -- it appeared that at least one person used either the wrong cleanser on the bathroom mirrors or a soiled cloth. I spent about 45 minutes dusting and cleaning what was missed -- mind you, my house was pretty dusty, so I expected a few areas to be missed. However, the ceiling fan in the upstairs family room is hard to ignore, and it was filthy. The lead housekeeper, perhaps the owner, did not show me around when they were finished; the tile floor had just been mopped and was really wet so she could not walk through. I had to traverse the wet floor to get a check and pay the folks. Recommendation: Ask for a short walk-through prior to paying the bill. If they need to mop on the way out, the walk-through should happen before they do so. Check in particular: (1) fans and high dust areas; (2) baseboards; (3) bathrooms/kitchen; and (4) mirrors -- some areas were fine, others were not.

.They are honest and great cleaners. They get the job done and it is efficient.

They did a great job. I got what I paid for. I am using them again soon.

Very impressed with their suggestions for additional areas/things to clean. They went out of their way to remove and clean 1 1/2 story blind-curtains.

I look forward to meeting their team tomorrow.

It went well. They had a good sized crew that cleaned. They did the work in just over 2 hours and we have a 3400 square foot home. Their price was in the ballpark of everyone else. Everything was cleaned, put away and organized.

Very much an inconvenience, priced too high for work to be done. Need to keep things in perspective; why should maid service cost more than professional wages?

I've had them here twice and they did a good job. I liked the fact that they are working in a team and so they can get in and out pretty quickly. They took a little over two hours on the first trip and a little over an hour on the second trip. They are not cheap. They charge you $250 for the main cleaning when they spend over two hours and they charge $125 for the follow on after that. I have asked them to come back again, so for me that would be $125 a visit. They did a good job. I think they are a little bit expensive.

4 crews worked for 3 hours. They even rearranged my kids' books a little bit. They cleaned a greasy range hood. Overall I am pleased with their services. They have another customer waiting to be cleaned so after they left I found that there were a few doors that they didn't clean. But that's understandable. I didn't even contact them about it. They worked very hard and they took pride in their work. Recommend! Thanks Gissel and the crew!

Overall, I would say we received good value for the cost. It's partially our fault that we didn't specifically ask the french doors to be cleaned (the glass sections). We will ask next time.

I checked Angie's list @ 11:00 am on 11/03/2011. Looking thru Metatron Cleaning's reviews, I called Giselle. By 11:30 am, I had a service appointment for 1:30 pm. I was glad, with such short notice, for this appointment. I was hiring this business via phone for my daughter who lives about 60 miles from me. Jenn is 8 1/2 months pregnant, has a 7 yr.old, her husband's 2 businesses out of the home, 2 dogs and 2 puppies. Needless to say, things were probably a mess ........Giselle and her team worked until 4:30pm and left. My daughter called me, saying "I'm not impressed." I asked her why and she sent me 10+ pictures of a mess still there after this "heavy, deep $250.00 cleaning. Also Giselle asked Jenn for cleaning supplies, paper towels, and trash bags, stating she had run out. I spoke with Giselle at least 3 times while she and the team were cleaning, trying to make sure the house got really, really clean even if it meant another $100.00 on the price. I sent Giselle the pics and talked on the phone with her while she looked at the pics. Giselle stated "I will be back at her house at 1:30 tomorrow (Friday) and do my best to correct it all." Today, Giselle texted Jenn @ 4:38pm stating she was 10 minutes away ." My daughter was across town. Jenn said she did not want them back.......she felt for the price I paid, the job was not good and the whole process was too difficult.........So, the cleaning was not done to satisfaction, Jenn had to furnish at least part of the supplies, the pics clearly show neglect to details and a promise to show is not a promise at all. .

Excellent experience. Very satisfied with the cleaning. Company was very professional and responded quickly to inquiries. Would highly recommend and will use again.

They are great. A couple of times I point out something they missed and they apologize and then get it the next time. They are just wonderful.

They are great. Very dependable and they do everything that I ask them to do. They also have excellent communication.

They came out, saw what I wanted down and gave me an estimate. I have about 1800 sqft and the price quoted was very fair. She explained what the estimate included and told me that she would contact me the day prior to the cleaning date which she did. Unfortunately, the crew did not arrive until later than the appointment time. However, when they did arrive, they went directly to work. They were through and professional and I was extremely pleased with the work performed. I will definitely use them again in the future and, in fact, will probably contract with them to come out at least every other month. I recommend them hightly.

Owner was amenable to negotiating a price for her service to clean a 2700 sqft house (empty) and met every expectation. I would recommend this service to family and friends.

Was a bit of a waste having to go back again, but it was a large job with a very picky client.
