My house was a mess, dusty, dirt and animal hair on the floors, kitchen had crumbs and sticky stuff, playroom had torn pieces of paper all over the floor and I'm having surgery on Monday, so my Sister-In-Law is coming to help with the kids. I didn't want ANYONE to see my house in such a state. I called Metatron on Thursday and asked if they could clean on a Saturday and they were very accommodating. They arrived and started cleaning right away. It took about 2 hours for 3 of them and they did a wonderful job. No dust, no sticky, yucky stuff in the kitchen, cabinets are clean, appliances are clean, beds are made, bathrooms sparkle, floors are clean, it's awesome! They were very professional and nice. I will definitely use them again.

Metatron is punctual, professional, quick and thorough. We've been using them for over a month and I have no complaints so far. They were even able to remove a couple of persistent wine stains on our carpet. They answered all our questions and were very courteous. I would definitely recommend this company for housecleaning services.

They arrived just a little late, not very. They started up promptly and did a thorough and meticulous job. The house was quite dirty before the cleaning, but was very clean once they were done.

I really didn't know what to expect since I am very picky about cleanlyness. But upon completition of their services my doubts were gone!

Don't hire them as organizers, but they are efficient and thorough house cleaners.

Due to a chronic health issue I can no longer clean my house to the level I used to, and prefer; I needed help. We have 2 cats and 1 dog, which means dusting and mopping, in particular, were very important. We have wood floors and tile throughout. The Metatron team were professional, nice and very efficient. I was especially impressed with the level of clean in our bathrooms, Wow! I will definitely be using Metatron again.

We initially had some concerns over the initial quality and some issues, but the owner came to our home and understood our concerns and adjusted the bill accordingly. When I called and spoke with someone, I was not left with a very good feeling. I was asked how large my house was, if I had pets, if I had blinds, and how dirty I thought my home was. I was given a quote, asked what day would work for me, and an appointment was set. I did not get any call back until the day of the appointment stating that they were on their way. They showed up on time and left in about 3 1/2 hours. The "lead" of the group coming to clean, came in, looked around, verified what we discussed over the phone, asked me how much she said she would charge me, I told her, she accepted it, and said she would get her crew. They started in the master bath and worked their way out of the home. They used my dish soap to clean the bathroom, didn't do my floor boards well; for a deep cleaning, did not move anything to clean underneath such as the refrigerator, move furniture to vacuum closer to the wall (such as a rocking chair and reading chair in the living room), did not vacuum my furniture fully to remove pet hair, blinds were not completely clean. By the time they got to the front bathroom, the cleaning was not as thorough as when they first started. Overall, they did an okay job, but you have a sense that the "lead", whom I believe is the owner and I never got her name, did not feel comfortable dealing with customers. She was very straight and direct, which on most occasions I do not mind. However, this was the first time I had a company come to my house to clean and it seemed to me as if I was a bother to her. Before leaving they did ask me if there was anything I saw they could touch up on. I did mention some items and they corrected it prior to leaving. Since it was my first time having a company come in, I didn't know if was okay to say anything about cleaning under my refrigerator, asking them to move my furniture around to clean behind etc. After they left, that's when I noticed little things such as the floor boards not quite clean. I have referred them to a friend of mine since the price is good and the work done was fast and not bad. Unfortunately I do not think I will use them again. I like to clean in a certain way, and I know I won't find a company who will do it like I would, but I think I can find someone who will be close without having to say everything I think should be done.

Metatron did a wonderful job cleaning our house! They did it all... baseboards, shutters, ovens, floors, bathrooms, and so much more. They were even kind enough to sweep the front and back porches too. They were very punctual, professional, kind, pleasant, hard workers, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them!

Arrived on time and ready to work to clean kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and utility room (1350 sq feet). Closets and cabinets throughout the house were cleaned and mopped. Kitchen sink, drawers, and cabinets (upper and lower) were all cleaned. Bathroom floor mopped, shower tiles cleaned as well as sink and commode (even though we told them the commode was being replaced the next day; they still cleaned this fastidiously), and all windows and sills in the home were cleaned, in addition to mopping tile throughout the house and vacuuming all carpets. They were very timely and very good.

Everything went great. Gizelle and her crew all showed up on time and cleaned the house top to bottom. Her estimate for the time to clean was spot on as well. Thanks.

This company and thier employees were AWESOME!! I have a 3000 sqft home and can hardly keep up with it anymore since the children have all left. Gisselle and her crew came in and went from top to bottom doing a magnificant job. I was so pleased with their work I asked them to return on a bi-weekly basis. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

It went very well. Metatron responded immediately to all phone calls and texts. They were on time and did a fantastic job cleaning our house before we move in. They paid attention to details, cleaned all cabinets, baseboards, ceiling fans. Did a great job on floors and bathrooms as well. Would definitely use them again for very big cleans. Thought they were a little bit pricey on once a month cleaning quote, but I have no complaints at all about the quality of their work.

Besides showing a little late, no issues...plan to use them for periodic cleaning in the future and recommend.

My husband and I have been away from home for 5 weeks and had moved in shortly prior to that so the house was very dusty. I contacted Metatron about a deep cleaning of my 2,500 sqft home, they responded promptly and gave me an estimate of $250. On the day, they arrived a few minutes early with a crew of 5 people. Each of them introduced themselves and were very courteous and professional. They cleaned effectively and did not cut corners, which was important to me. I also really appreciated it that they did not attempt to rack up the price from the given estimate, they stuck by it and still did a very good job. That played a major role in my decision to hire them again. I have only hardwood and tiled floors that were very dirty from the move and now they are sparkling and the house smelled great when they were done!

I picked this company off Angie's List and have used them 3 times. The first time they came they performed their deep cleaning service for $250. There was a team of maybe 5 women and it took them between 2-3 hours to clean the entire house. They did a good job and i was pleased for the most part. However, when i looked in my shower i thought it could have been cleaner as there were still some stains, and I discovered that they broke my shower head. I was disappointed that they didn't let me know about the shower head; it was obvious it was broken because it had fallen and they couldn't put it back in place. Three weeks later they came back with a team of 3-4 women and charged $125. The quality of work was the same as the first time. I wanted to give them a gratuity but didn't have any cash, so i included an extra $25 in the check. I had them come back about three weeks later and 2 women showed up. It took them just over 2 hours to do the job but they seemed a little rushed as they had somewhere else they needed to get to. I asked how much it would cost this time, and they didn't seem to really know. So, one of them reached out to maybe an office person, and they said it would cost the same as the previous visit - $150. I was disappointed because it seemed that it wasn't clear that the previous cleaning was $125; i guess they only had the record that my last check was $150. So, to me it seemed that i was over-charged $25 for this last cleaning. Because of the broken shower head and my concern of overpaying for the last cleaning, i have not used them again. I may, but i am also considering trying another cleaning service.

We have 4 cats and 2 dogs that live in the house and we try to keep the place clean, but with our work schedule it was becoming a challenge. So, I joined Angieslist to find a house cleaner. Contacted and spoke with Estelle, and she quoted me a price over the phone. They showed up on time and went right to work! I went with what I thought was the best listing and I was not disappointed. They thoroughly cleaned our house and I will certainly use them again!

e she cleaned she I called to set up the appointment to have the three rooms cleaned. It took the lady that answered the phone 5 hours to get back to me with an estimate and a date. The two ladies arrived early and got right to work. After cleaning the blinds and counters in the kitchen, one girl went to work on the bathrooms while the other finished the kitchen. When she finished she called me for my approval. She had failed to clean the baseboards which I really wanted cleaned. I asked her to clean them which she said Okay. However, all the while she cleaned she muttered in Spanish and gave out heavy sighs. I felt like what I asked was an imposition to her. On cursory inspection, the job seemed satisfactory. After they were paid (less then was was estimated), I started to notice many places that were missed. There were cobwebs left in several places. The kitchen rug (5X3) had not been swept under. There were still crumbs between the refrigerator and the cabinets. The chandelier and the tops of the bathroom doors were not dusted. This company advertises a deep cleaning. This was a very spotty job.

Called Metatron on Thursday, July 5, 2012 to get a quote/estimate for my friend's home to get cleaned. A lady answered the phone and asked me detailed questions about what they needed and wanted cleaned. After I gave her the square footage and specific details, she said that she would text me a quote to my phone. That was last Thursday and I never heard from her. Very bad first impression; will not be calling back for their services.

On Friday at about 3:30pm the last of our contractors left the house, with the new floor installed, but not cleaned and ready to move in on. The move date was the next day. Friday was crazy busy - we'd had attic insulation blow in, granite counter tops cut for a cooktop, a quartz counter installed in the Master Bath, and the Cork floors competed. The house was dirty. While the bulk trash was gone, the house hadn't been cleaned, and our new floors were in serious danger of being trashed in the move, as residual construction dirt was still everywhere. We'd expected the main contractor to clean up - it was clear that wasn't going to happen before the move. We needed help! My wife had the idea of checking Angie's List to see if there was an emergency cleaning service. We found the Metatron listing and gave them a call. At 7:30pm the owners, a husband and wife team, came over to the house and reviewed the situation. One concern was we had brand new bamboo and cork floors, and they were unfamiliar with the correct care for the cork. We are grateful that they didn't try to fake it - a very professional approach. We then called the flooring contractor and he agreed to show up at 8am Saturday with the recommended cleaning products for both Bamboo and Cork. They then gave us a quote of $350 to get everything done by noon Saturday. The reason we listed Price as n/a was we were going to accept any reasonable offer - it worked out to about $23 an hour, and they did an EXCELLENT job. They arrived at 8am Saturday morning - the owners plus a crew of three - a total of five people immediately went to work. I gave some short instructions and asked that they use the special cleaner the floor contractor provided - and I went back over to the house we were moving from. At 11:30am I got a call that they were finishing up. I headed back over and was very impressed with the job they had done. The floors were spotless - and one of the owners was in the process of rolling out the protective paper I expected to install. I got toured around the house to make sure I was satisfied - I was. Bottom line, we needed emergency cleaning service and Metatron delivered. The floors were NOT damaged in the move. We were lucky to find Metatron, and lucky that they could fit us in under such short notice. Thank you Angie's List!

Very well. I had cancelled a few times and rescheduled a few times and they were gracious and understanding.... especially when I had my husband call the night before asking them to please come they next day. Again, gracious and ready to please their customer.They did all floors, counters, blinds, furniture... etc

I don't have anything to compare them to because I have never used a cleaning service before so I guess the price is an A. They did what they said they would, they came when they said they would and they charged what they said they would. Everything was upfront and there were no surprises. I will be using them again.

They were very quick and responsive to provide cleaning services. Their estimate was for $200, but ended up being $250 because they said I had more blinds than they were expecting. I would advise explaining your expectations to them, because my impression of the quality was not very good.

They came the next day and were very good.
