Metatron Cleaning Services

The crew arrived promptly and quickly (3 hrs) cleaned our large home top to bottom. They were very friendly and professional. The service was obtained via coupon and since we had an upcoming party we hired the pros to clean. Will hire again for occasional cleaning.

We had to reschedule on Metatron due to our Close Date slipping. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. Additionally they were happy to communicate via text, which proved helpful too! Even though in the end we had to do the pre-move-in cleaning post our move-in it went great. When I received this text my from fiancee I knew they had done an amazing job (she is a very tough critic): "Worth every penny! Cleaners are my favorite people on earth right no :-)"

Setting up an appointment was very easy. On the Saturday before I received a text and a call to verify the appointment. The team showed up early to my house. The cleaned everything thoroughly. They were very courteous. The chemicals used did not leave a strong odor.

not at all what was advertized.....no way 2700sq ft would get done with the crew I had.....totally misled...not as advertized at all......2 people showed up 15 minutes late (not a big deal really) but was issue later when wanted to leave as if got there at 1 pm.......cleaned only for 2.5 hours with a middle aged woman and elderly spouse....only did about half the house, couple of bedrooms and a bathroom....and at 300 said they were about done.....never got to floors...never asked what I needed them to do....only asked what extras I wanted them to do....was a language barrier and communication was difficult....I had to pitch in at the end to get the floors at least swept...although she did did did stop me and finished the sweeping and did in fact stay late to vac up the sweepings....but not at all what I expected....the master bedroom and bath weren't touched and I had to beg them to vac it. Then she tried to get me to agree to cleaning every 2 weeks.... It was way too expensive for me...and after they left, my disappointment just grew........ Cleaning was great where they did get to...but not what I wanted for my money...and I was never asked till it was too late....money was wasted on areas of the house that just didn't matter.....while major areas were left untouched....I also was told that they would continue but it would an extra $30 for every 15 minutes ......are you kidding me????? no way I was agreeing to that especially after they already squandered 5 hours.

Metatron Cleaning Services amazed me .... the first company in San Antonio that actually does what you contracted them for...clean. The floors are still sparkling, dust is gone, the bed was made, and things I have had to ask other services to do they just did on their own. Like shaking the rugs outside instead of inside my home. Fast, efficient, and they really cleaned.

My wife went in to labor the day the girls arrived, and we just needed some help. They did an amazing job, they were super friendly, very detailed with their cleaning and made sure they knew what we were expecting or needed. Our son was born the next day, and we had just that much less stress that we would be coming home to a clean home for our son. The only not quite amazing thing is they were a little late for our scheduled appointment, but they did communicate with us (via text) and let us know they were running late. Even so, they're great service made up for it. Recommended.

They cleaned window cils , Baseboards, vacuumed and even folded some laundry, What GREAT service! I will definitely use Metatron again!

After firing another company who failed to show up for a scheduled appointment, I called Metatron and was able to schedule a deep cleaing service on short notice. After receiving a courtesy call letting me know the cleaning crew was on their way, three nice ladies showed up and immediately started on the area upstairs I jokingly call the hazmat area-my teenager boy claims as his domain. Within 30 minutes, the owners showed up to see how they were doing and jumped in to help. My house is not cluttered, nor is it a complete mess, but it usually takes me all day to clean and lately with my crazy schedule, I've had a hard time keeping it to the standards I expect. With 5 people working, the enitre 3200 sq house was cleaned in under 2 hours and I was "Happy Dancing" my way around my spotless house. Besides a messy teenage boy, I have 3 pets and I swear my sweet lovable dog sheds so badly that I can clean my tile floors, then turn around in a circle only to discover she spawned furballs as big as puppies in that moment it took me to spin around. I am thrilled with what a thorough job they did and am looking forward to having them come again on a monthly basis for general cleaning. After the headaches I went through with the other company, Metatron was a pleasant experience and a nice bonus was that their fee for a deep cleaning was $85 dollars less than the other company quoted.

The employees arrived early and were pleasant and were very hard working. I bought a house that had been smoked in for 20 years. I HAD to get the walls cleaned just to prep to paint. When i called to set up the apt, I fully explained that the house was completely empty and I needed to have the cabinets, counters and walls WASHED / CLEANED to prepare for painting with primer. The problem was that the workers were not fully or properly informed as to what i wanted done. Due to slight language barrier, I had to take the cleaning solution spray it on the walls and wipe it with a clean cloth and then showed the ladies just how much cig smoke was on the walls. Once i did this demonstration, they fully understood and completed the job. however, they had already been in my house cleaning for 2 hours while i was gone to get another load from my old house. So, I felt they "wasted" at least 45 mins dusting the walls. I contacted the office about my concerns. I explained they had not properly informed their employees as to the exact instructions I requested. I asked for consideration on this matter to be reflected in my bill. And it was! they reduced my cost by 100.00 which basically paid for the time spent dusting instead of "washing" the walls. I was very please with the employees hard work and with how the office handled my concerns. I would recommend them and use them again. I would also suggest that the company have a specific package and term for people in my situation, so that the employees fully understand how to clean the walls for nicotine.

The company was very responsive. I emailed them immediately after purchasing the Angie's List coupon and explained I had some cluttering issues and had pets, so thus would need some extra services. The woman who called me back was very prompt and made an appointment to come out within a couple of days. She said they would provide me with "light reorganizing" services for an additional $100. My understanding was this included rearranging items on the shelves since she looked very closely at them. I specifically asked for everything downstairs (with the exception of the porches and laundry room) to be cleaned and to have the staircase vacuumed and dusted. The workers arrived on time. I was sleeping when they got here as I work a late shift. Two women in masks were hard at work when I came downstairs to head to work a couple of hours later. I reminded the one who seemed to be in charge that they were to do the staircase also. I had to go out of town for a couple of days (it was close to the Memorial Day weekend). When I returned home, I was very pleased with the quality of the cleaning. The floors, counter tops and furniture all looked great. I had two main issues. One was the reorganizing. I had been asked to provide a box or storage tub to put items they were uncertain where to place. The tub had items in it, and I could see some items had in fact been reorganized; however, most of the shelves appeared to be untouched in terms of moving things around and making them less cluttered. Also, the den, which was downstairs and part of the contract had nothing done to it at all, not even the floors. I felt as if I could not call the company at that point because I had been gone for three days since they were there, so making a case would have been more difficult. Plus I'd had to board my dogs for the cleaning and my travel, an additional expense I could not afford were they to come back. I wish I had been able to stay home until the job was finished. The women who worked did a great job with the things they did do; I just felt I didn't get what I contracted for.

The two young women who came were professional and were very thorough with their cleaning. I didn't have to walk around with them, they knew what to do and did it. Because of shoulder replacement, bethrooms, tubs and showers hadn't been cleaned the way we're used to them and the ladies had them sparkling. Also did extras in the kitchen which pleased me very much. It was such a good experience that I'm having them come out every month for those hard to clean places.

AWFUL JOB!! I am so unhappy with the job they did.

Metatron staff are very friendly and quick to respond. Each time I've called them, they have come out on very little notice. They do a fantastic job! They really need little to no direction; they know exactly what they are doing. They were also on time and very respectful inside the house. They work efficiently and quickly and I would highly recommend them.

They were very nice yet we were unable to communicate as they didn't speak English. Overall they did a good job, however, I expected as it stated, floor to ceiling cleaning and they didn't clean my baseboards. I would probably give them one more chance but for the money and the fact that I don't have a huge house, I can definitely find a better deal.

I have a fairly small apartment and I was overwhelmed with getting it cleaned due to how many times I travel for work. Metatron was awesome and I've used them before. It takes a couple of cleanings for them to get it exactly like the way you'd like, but in EVERY and I mean EVERY case where I pointed out something that was missed, they HAPPILY came by again and redid any work out pointed out. I love them and they're my favorite cleaner in San Antonio. For those of you who like to pay paperless like me, they accept PayPal - this way all payments can be tracked. I love them! A quick text, set up time, date and arrival and I come home from work to heavensent cleanliness. I absolutely will use them again as my secret weapon for dirt. I've had them do add-ons like cleaning out my refrig and sweeping out my garage. All done with precision and professionalism. I'm a bachelor with a very busy professional and personal life and just don't have time to spend and entire weekend chasing down dust. Here's what I mean about professionalism. I had pulled off the linen on the bed and put it in the washer. I totally forgot I left it in the washer. Metatron put the linen in the drier and then made the bed once the linen was dried. Who does that anymore? I love this service and they will always be on my quick dial list.

We needed a move-in, thorough cleaning for our home and made sure the service provider understand what we needed. However, the cleaning done wasn't thorough at all. So many dirty, uncleaned spots were left behind. We pointed out some of them at walk-through but there were still more to discover later. .

I really appreciated the quick turn-around from the time that I called and the appointment date and time. I have a busy schedule and this company worked with me.

We got the 160 dollar special and they cleaned everything they said they would. We were surprised that they also organized a little for us. However, just note that they don't clean under furniture.

We purchased the coupon they had on Angie's list. Two ladies were at our home for 3 hours. Overall I was pleased. I would like to have them come out and clean baseboards, window seals, ect.

Metatron was not only punctual, they were very detailed in their cleaning. They even cleaned out the toaster! The person I spoke to always called back when she said she would and the price was very good.

Cleaners showed up around 9:30 and gave me options on when they would arrive. I knew the house was dusty from a construction project that just finished but didnt think it was nearly that bad as was stated by the owner. Cleaning started pretty much immediatly and everyone seemed pretty nice. They did a pretty fantastic job on the bedrooms and most of the tile but adding the doors and blinds, i was told, was $40 extra and not included in this deal. I opted to go ahead and pay the extra money and to my dissapointment half the doors werent touched. This service also included baseboards and i have seen several that were missed as well. When looking over the place i also noticed a mediocre job on my hard wood with plenty of dirty spots left in the main living area. The workers were there for a little over 3 hours and the living area was the last thing to be mopped, I'm guessing they were just ready to get out of there (assumption). My hope with this was to clean up after construction and possibly find a service that could come out every 2-4 weeks and unfortunately i accomplished half of that so i guess i'll keep looking for a regular service and say i'm content with the whole house being clean for now.

My house was a mess, dusty, dirt and animal hair on the floors, kitchen had crumbs and sticky stuff, playroom had torn pieces of paper all over the floor and I'm having surgery on Monday, so my Sister-In-Law is coming to help with the kids. I didn't want ANYONE to see my house in such a state. I called Metatron on Thursday and asked if they could clean on a Saturday and they were very accommodating. They arrived and started cleaning right away. It took about 2 hours for 3 of them and they did a wonderful job. No dust, no sticky, yucky stuff in the kitchen, cabinets are clean, appliances are clean, beds are made, bathrooms sparkle, floors are clean, it's awesome! They were very professional and nice. I will definitely use them again.
