The service was fine. They came out within a week after I purchased the big deal, and I did not spend more than the big deal price. It was just okay. I would say that they were prompt only to fulfill the deal I got from Angie’s List. They never followed-up with me afterwards.

Punctual and efficient. The bathrooms were very clean and the dusting of all furniture was complete. I would use them over and over again.

My daughter contacted this company for my house cleaning needs. They have been working for me for 3 years now providing a weekly service. I had a stroke and they have not only helped cleaning my house but assisted doing many other things for me such as running errands and washing clothes. I can only say this company is the most OUTSTANDING, RELIABLE, WONDERFUL, WELL ORGANIZED company...I love the fact that they are very easily reachable and I don't have to be chasing them. They provide an EXCELLLENT service and I would never let them go!!

We have been a customer of Metatron for a few years and have a monthly scheduled visit with them. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. The entire home is cleaned including bathrooms, kitchen and appliances, carpets, fans, and blinds. Some may think that having a housekeeping service is a bit indulgent. However, I could never do a top to bottom cleaning of the house in a few hours and have it look as good as it does when Metatron leaves. Go with the professionals, Metatron. You will not be disappointed

They have been cleaning for me for a couple months and I've been very satisfied. I always leave so I'm not in their way, and when I come home my house is clean, it smells good, and THAT makes me very happy! I appreciate their work!

Giselle was very professional and it went very well. Very pleased with their work and would use them in again in the future. In fact, I will be moving into my new home in the next couple of weeks and will have Giselle come and clean my new home.

Metatron has been cleaning my house for about three years and I find the owners (Giselle and Frederick) to be exceptional service providers. I am an exacting customer and while no one can clean your house the way you would, they come close. They supervise their crew well, respond to concerns in a timely manner, and are trustworthy and pleasant. On a few occasions when I was not satisfied with something, they have actually come and taken care of the issue right away. I know that there are other cleaning services out there, but I use Metatron because it is the best. I have indeed used other services in the past and most were below average to downright horrible. Plus, both Giselle and Frederick are very nice people with a commitment to quality that is not common in this industry. Highly recommended!

The company was easy to get in touch with. When I explained what I was looking for, they tried to sell me an upgrade on the $160 house cleaning which I purchased on Angie's List, explaining that the cleaning which I purchased would not include key areas that the company was sure I would want done for a move-in type of cleaning. This included areas such as the refrigerators, ovens, stove top, inside cabinets, windows, blinds, etc. Some of the areas they said would be added by upgrading were actually listed on Angie's List as already being covered by the deal, but the person on the phone was persistant and I did want the other areas cleaned too. I ended up paying the difference for an 'upgraded' move-in cleaning because I didn't want to waste the $160 and they were willing to come clean on the day I needed them. The cleaning seemed sufficient. It couldn't have been too difficult as the house was completely empty. When I did move in a few days later I found some areas weren't as clean as I would have liked, but overall they did a fine job. The two refrigerators and the oven were clean enough, and the floors and counter-tops were clean. Inside the cabinets did not appear very clean and I doubt they were wiped down, in the kitchen or the bathrooms. I would probably look for another company before using this one again simply because they were costly and the job wasn't exactly what I wanted, but they were very polite on the phone and were available when I needed them.

They could not come and you still have not given me my refund. They do not service the Dallas area anymore.

Ladies showed up and started cleaning, after 2 1/2 hrs I noticed they were about done. The outside windows had not been done and it was obvious that the vacuum cleaner was not working. Also, they were using a very old heavy mop that was dirty. I had to ask them to re-clean the master bathroom shower and still didn't clean it properly. Floors were not cleaned after they re-cleaned them twice. Hall powder room was left dirty. House was recently painted and had carpet cleaned and was empty! It shouldn't have been so difficult to clean! I did call next day and ask them to come back to clean the outside of the windows and re-clean floors and bathrooms, which they did but still didn't do a good job! Terrible JOB! WIll not use them again or recommend them.

Gisele spoke to me over the phone about pricing and she was able to go by the property to provide me with an estimate. They came to the house on time and cleaned the whole unit very thoroughly. They are a little pricey, but I guess you get what you pay for.I would use them again.

They were here about four hours. At the time the price seemed a little steep to me because we had not agreed on a price and so I was told at the end what the amount was going to be. On the other hand, I had declined an earlier offer for her to come by and look at everything but you know it was just the workers. It wasn't the manager. The workers just called and they got this price. The workers were very good. They worked very hard.

They did a descent job cleaning, but they wanted 120.00 extra just to dust the blinds and furniture, because I told them there was a little extra dust from a recent shower re-tiling job....I found that amount to be unacceptable, then they agreed to do it for an extra 60.00. Since I had already paid for the service online, I agreed to it, but I wouldn't use them again. They are way too pricey.

We bought a big deal for the service. The girls cleaned fine, but the owner was quite unpleasant. I have a 900sq foot house, and the deal was that they do a 2700sq foot house or something, and she called and offered to do some other things for more money, and limited my time, and she just wasn't pleasant, I am not going to use them again. My house was small and she wanted me to do something else for more money, which I was not willing to do, and then she wanted to make sure that I knew I had only so much time. They got done earlier, except one had lost her keys and so they were looking around for her keys. She just wasn't pleasant, the girls were fine and the cleaning was okay. The price was too high. I asked one of the girls if she would call and give me the price, because I was still thinking of doing more, but they didn't call me back. I would not use this company again in the future.

They do a great job cleaning my house. However, sometimes they are not as punctual as I would prefer.

House was a repo -bought "as is" and hadn't been lived in in a yr. they cleaned EVERYTHING-blinds-ceiling fans-tops of the counters- floors-baths-and vacuumed the garage did an excellent job-were on time-and professional

The services provided to me by Metatron Cleaning Services was very good.

When I called, the owner was very nice and was able to fit me in right away. She seemed to understand what I was looking for. When the house cleaners showed up they were very nice but after a few hours, my husband did a walk thru and found that the 'detailed' cleaning was not up to our standards. Once the cleaners left, the owner did a walk thru. She took the criticism and her and her husband cleaned for another hour ensuring we were satisfied. Overall, I was disappointed that the cleaning was not done to my standard the first time but very happy that the owner took the criticism and rectified the problems on the spot.

The owners visited the house to review what would need to be done and to give us a cost for the service. They showed up on time and gave a very thorough evaluation and fair price. So we signed the contract with them. Our move was delayed a day, and when we notified Metatron they took it in stride and moved our cleaning back. The house was cleaned from top to bottom, with walls refrigerator, bathrooms everything was thoroughly. The house passed inspection and we received our security deposit back. Metatron did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend them.

Metatron was very professional, punctual, and provided a thorough cleaning of my home. I would recommend them without hesitation.

At first, I was very happy with their services. As time went on, I realized that the team just hurried to get the work done as quickly as possible without attention to detail. The final straw came when on the last two scheduled visits they did not show up nor call to advise me. I have not heard from them since.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful the ladies were. They did a great job in all the rooms--leaving everything clean and neat. Beautiful work in bathroom, kitchen, and all other rooms. They were very efficient and did not waste a moment. Plus, when I could not find a plastic bag of flash drives 2 weeks later, I called to see if they recalled seeing it in the study, they told me two places to look, and there it was!! I will definitely use them again and cannot recommend them highly enough.

This cleaning service is AWESOME. They go above and beyond the call-of-duty, in regards to house cleaning. They obviously aim to please, and they certainly don't miss the mark there! They did everything I wanted them to do and then some, leaving no corner untouched. You will not be disappointed!
