Lujan Plumbing

I called a little before 9 this morning and he was here by noon. Because he had to take apart the pipes under the sink (p-trap) it was automatically $195. He gave me 5% off for being on Angie's. In less than an hour, clog was clear. He was very neat and left everything clean.

It went great! After having a very frustrating few days just trying to get someone to give me a ballpark estimate for installation, I looked on Angie's List and found Lujan Plumbing. Frank was extremely helpful and forthcoming. He gave me an estimate but also explained any caveats since he wasn't actually at the house to see the conditions. After getting quotes from other vendors, I decided to call Lujan Plumbing. He was able to come out the same day since his other jobs finished up. Installation took about 2 hours and he walked me through everything he did. He answered all my questions and was very patient with this first time homeowner. I absolutely recommend them and intend to call them for all my future plumbing needs! Thanks!!

Excellent. I called him at 10am and he was here at 2pm to fix our kitchen sink. In and out in under 30 min and only $140 to get everything working again. I will definitely use him again if the need arises!

Perfect experience. Mr. Lujan came the same day we called him. He gave us a price, and we scheduled the work for the next day. He came when he said he would, and it took him 3 hours. Will call him again anytime I need a plumber.

Frank was so helpful. Because I would not be able to be at home the following day, he worked me in on the day I called. He not only unclogged the toilet but also found an additional problem with the mechanics of the tank that he fixed at no extra cost. He was courteous, careful, and very reasonably priced. I paid Frank for the trip charge, but he told me what to do and I knew I could do the work myself, so I told him I could handle it. Frank is a nice person to do business with and I would highly recommend him.

Fantastic! I will always call Lujan Plumbing first from now on for any plumbing issues I may have. I had worried about the cost of a plumber so I delayed calling for help. I read the reviews on Lujan Plumbing and noticed several said he responded and came right out. The cost of some of the work seemed less than other company reviews.I called the number and Frank was able to come over that day. He worked with whatever time I could arrange to be home. When I arrived home, he was already at my house, parked outside. Frank brought in a pad to cover the entire work area. He ran the auger down the pipe and noted the blockage was located where my wash machine joined the pipe. He continued removing the clog out of the pipe. The whole process took about 20 minutes. He then picked up his mat and tools and I gave him a check. Absolutely the most efficient plumber and best service I've ever encountered.

Frank was very easy to reach, scheduled me quickly and was courteous and knowledgeable when he arrived 15 minutes early (that has never happened to me before!!!). He is a Master Plumber and answered all my questions in a way I could understand them and make good decisions about the work that needed to be done. I will have him come back to do the work from the inspection report and am confident that he will do great work at a reasonable price. Very satisfied with how quickly he took care of my issue.

Fantastically! Mr. Lujan came to our home the same day and had our hot water heater fixed very quickly. I'll definitely be calling him next time our hot water heater needs service.

We scheduled for a time convenient for me and he was prompt in calling prior to arrival and prompt for the appointment. He replaced my kitchen sink faucet. He explained the issues with my current faucet and educated me on the hard water damage to the old faucet. I asked him for 2 other bids on services I would eventually need and he offered me his quotes explaining they would be good quotes up to one year. He also mentioned that his work surrounding the connections for the new kitchen faucet would be warranted up to one year. Frank was very professional and he was very nice to help me understand how else I might be able to do maintenance on other items myself that would save me some money.

He called before he came to be sure I was home. Arrived as expected. Performed the work and was finished in 45 minutes.

I've used Lujan several times for my rental properties and he has been fine. It was reasonable. He is the top plumber on my list for rental properties.

For whatever reason, the city water pressure had Significantly increased to my home to the point where my inside water lines were rattling and pounding and one on my toilet tank water line blew off! Thank goodness I was home at the time. I called Frank and he was here the next morning at 9 am. He checked my water pressure and found it was 110 psi, Note: 80 psi is the recommended MAX to your home. Frank installed a pressure reducing valve on my water supply side, set the valve and verified the water pressure was 65 psi. which is plenty for my home usage. Frank also replaced the old and I mean at least 20 years old water cut off valve to my home. He does excellent quality work you can trust.

Frank was great. Took his time diagnosing and explaining the probable cause; he spoke with our next door neighbors regarding their recent SAWS inquiry & also looked for PRVs at other residences up and down our street to help assess the problem. Highly recommend.

Extraordinarly well. Frank was punctual on both visits and called ahead each time. He was very patient and knowledable answering my questions. He installed the hot water heater in a very reasonable time and checked all the hot water faucets to make sure they were working properly. I also was very impressed when he took the time to check everything over inside the hot water closet. I am for quality control checks.He also made sure the safety vave drainedout of the heater into the yard as desired. Frank is a profession thru and thru and I highly recommend his services.
