Lujan Plumbing

Mr. Lujan ran the “SNAKE” from the clean out outside the house to the clogged out area of the bathroom. He also installed a hose bib that was leaking, and unclogged a hot water line from our kitchen sink. He was punctual and polite. Provided points of how plumbing issues behave to prevent future problems. Well satisfied with his craftsmanship and will highly recommend him.

Very Well. I heard/found the water leak outside at 6 am. Had to turn off the main water to my house. I called Frank at 8 am and he said he could be there by noon. He was there as he said, looked the situation over, left to buy a replacement part, installed the new pressure regulator valve, and checked that the water pressure to my house was at a safe pressure. I was very pleased with the process. I have used Lujan Plumbing since 2016 and will continue to do so.

Frank completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up the area where he had been digging. The new valve improved the flow of water for both our outdoor sprinkler system and indoor faucets. The new hose bibb eliminated the whine that had existed previously when the faucet was running.

I placed a call to Frank Lujan at Lujan Plumbing on Friday, September 23 regarding the installation/replacement of our garbage disposal. He returned my call about 40 minutes later. The disposal was being delivered on Sunday & Frank, recognizing my need, said he could do the install on Monday, September 26 between 11:00 and 1:00. Originally, I was impressed by his website. Frank called a half-hour before arriving on time. From his introduction and completion of the work, I knew he was an excellent choice. I enjoy knowing how things work, and Frank explained what he was doing as he worked. After hooking up the new disposal, he filled both sinks with water and suddenly water was leaking. The other drain was backing up. Frank removed the pipe and it was full of waste. He suggested cleaning the whole pipe to correct it before the installation of a new dishwasher. Could not believe how much waste buildup was in the pipe. When the work was completed, Frank apologized for the extra cost of doing more work than the replacement of the garbage disposal. I will quickly contact Frank Lujan Plumbing again & have already told a family member about him.

Lujan Plumbing is a solid and consistent provider of quality work, dedication, customer service and professionalism. In May ‘18, we had him install a North Star water softener. In Jan ‘19, I used him to replace 2 toilets and repair a 3rd in my home. I have also had him repair some routine faucet leaks in ‘21. I can say toilets are all working fine, as well as, we have no faucet leaks. Water softener had a leak in my flex outlet pipe in May ‘22 and Frank replaced it perfectly. Same water softener weeks later then had some water spillage on garage floor. I text Frank; he came that very morning; he evaluated the situation; contacted the manufacturer and it was concluded that a brief power outage had interrupted the programs 2:00am cycle schedule and it remained stuck till program had to be cleared. There was NO CHARGE for this endeavor by Frank. I hate dealing with contractors, because for the most part you REALLY never know what type of person you’re going to do business with. But, Frank is “stand up guy”. He’ll tell you what’s right and what’s wrong - what you need and what you don’t need and in my book that’s all right.

Everything went well. I needed a new hot water expansion tank located in my attic and adjustments to the pressure reducing valve. Frank arrived on-time, diagnosed the issue and made the repairs quickly. There was no mess after the work was competed. Prices were fair/reasonable. I have used Lujan Plumbing before and highly recommend them.

Lujan has been my plumber for my personal home and rental properties for about 10 yrs. He is dependable and his pricing is fair.

Frank Lujan was on time, courteous, and professional. After replacing the gas valve, he tested for leaks, relit the water heater and furnace, and checked the gas stove. He also cleaned up after himself. The final bill was about half what he quoted over the phone and seemed reasonable for a plumber. I will use him for future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

We were so pleased how well Mr. Frank Lujan tackled the faucet replacement. I called on a Friday afternoon and was able to get an appointment on the following Tuesday morning. Mr. Lujan was punctual and very professional in analyzing how to tackle the embedded faucet. He explained his plan and the possible outcomes. The mortar covering half of the faucet was carefully removed without damaging any of the brick work. The faucet was extended out to prevent future problems and a new hose bibb was added. We are so pleased with the quality of his work. The price was reasonable for the amount of work the job required. We would definitely call on Mr. Lujan for future plumbing needs.

Was on time, gave text before arrival so knew was on the way, fixed in speedy fashion, quote was spot on and very reasonable price. Will utilize again if need arises. Very happy with full process.

We had a stubborn clog in our kitchen sink between the disposal side and the T-joint above the trap on the main drain. No amount of Draino could budge the clog. At the time of the call we weren't sure where in the plumbing this clog was located and for what reason. So we called Frank and he was able to come out the same day. He gave us a 12pm - 2pm window, but actually called at 11:30 to see if it was okay if he came out early! Great! He got right to work, he was polite and professional and very informative. When he finished, my wife had a question about a dripping toilet. He looked at it and gave us some great advice that ended up saving us a lot of money. Bottom line is that Frank is fair, reliable and someone you can trust to do the job for a fair price and not try and take advantage of you. Other plumbers were asking much more for the same work. I'll be calling Frank for all of our future plumbing needs!

Frank was on time (actually arrived early after advance notice). Had the parts on his truck. Work was done promptly and professionally. Pricing was in the ballpark of what I expected. Frank also looked at another plumbing issue I had and provided advice, no charge! Good, friendly person. I definitely recommend him.

Frank, the owner, was great! He answered my phone quickly, diagnosed the problem which was a toilet not leveled correctly and broken wax seal by another installer. Gave fair costs and came next day and fixed problem quickly. I hired him back for another toilet replacement as well as shut off valve replacements and again he was a joy to work with and took time to discuss options. He will be my go to plumber from here on. Really honest and kind person who knows his craft! 5 stars!

Frank was very polite and punctual and called in advance what time he would be arriving. As soon as we explained the situation he knew what to do. He re-piped the hallway lavatory drain and hose connector for the AC drain and tested for leaks. He was expedient. No leaks at this time and working good. What I liked best about the AC drain hose is that's see-through clear plastic. You can see the condensation flowing from the AC into this clear pipe into the main drain. Awesome! Very happy with the work done and reasonable. We recommend Lujan Plumbing Services any time.

Mr Lujan answered my call and was polite and attentive to my needs. After explaining the problem he gave a reasonable date for service and said he would call if anything changed. On the day he called when on his way and arrived promptly. He checked out the problem and explained the different possibilities along with their impact on price. As soon as I said OK he started work and finished in a timely manner, cleaning the area and leaving it practically as he found it. I called to get a quote to replace a leaky bathroom faucet and Mr. Lujan answered the phone himself. His price was very reasonable and he could come out the next day for the repair. Mr. Lujan called the next day to let me know he was on the way and he arrived on time. The replacement of my bathroom faucet went smoothly and Mr. Lujan kept my informed at every step. Mr. Lujan did a great job and I would definitely hire him again to do any other jobs I have.

I don't prefer not to hire the big companies you see on TV as I have not had great luck. Mr. Lujan was experienced, reliable, professional, and fair. I would not hesitate to call him again.
