Technician arrived on time. Very professional. Diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the part that was needed. Did not try to upsell or replace water heater. Will use them again.

I am a pregnant mother of 3 small kids and was SO thankful that he was able to come out and help the same day. The idea of no hot water for days was overwhelming. Turned out that there was a leak in addition to the thermostat not working. He was knowledgeable, efficient and incredibly helpful.

Mr. Lujan scheduled a time to come over, and arrived on time. He repaired a leak on a copper hose bib riser. He soldered on an adapter and extended the riser with PVC. It's now better than it was before, at a more convenient height. We thought the amount charged was very reasonable, considering materials and time spent.

Frank was very professional and friendly. We appreciate that he squeezed us in a day before our appointment. Fixed the job in a timely manner.

Frank was easy to contact, was willing to give an estimate over the phone, came when he said he would come, did what he said he would do, and explained what he was doing. He was kind, knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. Will hire him for all plumbing needs in the future.

Mr. Lujan was able to troubleshoot & identify water heater issue in a very methodical & skillful manner. Discussed options available objectively & made recommendations that were reasonable & understandable. Replacement was accomplished according to estimates, on time, & work done neatly & professionally. Called to get cost information and Frank answered. I stated that my kitchen faucet appeared to be leaking under the sink. I explained to Frank that I had a Pull Out faucet. He asked me that if I had checked the hose connection to ensure it was not lose. I told him I would check and thank him and hung up. I disconnected the hose and discovered that screen filter had lots of gunk. Clean and reconnected the hose and faucet. It was leaking more than before. So I figured I wasn’t going to get it fixed. I called Frank again. I told him what I had done and that it was leaking more than before. He chuckled and asked if I had inserted the rubber gasket on the connection. I said what rubber gasket? I told him I would check and see if I could find the rubber gasket. I did not find it but went to Home Depot and bought a box of 10 gaskets. Reconnected the hose and faucet with the gasket in place and all my leaks were gone….and it just cost me $2.64. It is so refreshing to find someone who is willing to share his knowledge for a simple fix instead of taking advantage of a situation. I guarantee you that I will tell all my family and friends of what Frank Lujan did for me. Honesty and integrity will get you more than a quick buck! Thank you Frank.

Extremely well. Frank had to do a lot of prep work to get the new fixtures installed in the old space. He had to join aesthetically the new faucets on the tile walls. Frank also installed water pressure arresters on the incoming water lines to the new shower and tub fixtures. This is the third service call Frank , Lujan Plumbing, has performed in my home. Every experience has been professionally performed to the highest standards.

I was able to speak directly to the plumber (Frank) over the phone about the problem. He asked questions about my situation and current water heater, and was able to provide an estimate over the phone, which was very helpful to me. Not only did Lujan end up being most competitive price I received, but they also were one of the quickest to work me into their schedule. Lujan communicated clearly and was very professional throughout the estimation and installation process. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future.

The work was performed professionally, expeditiously and at the price quoted. The work area was cleaned after completion of the job and no additional problems were discovered or resulted from the work.

Good. $390 parts and labor felt a bit steep for an hour to hour and a half of parts prep, ordering, and actual lanor. He knew what he was doing and leak was fixed.

He got it restarted but cautioned that the heater might be on its last legs. I would probably know soon.

Frank was very responsive and was able to come to the house quickly. He diagnosed the problem and while he was fixing that noticed we had another issue in the toilet tank that needed to be done. He was able to do that repair as well for a lower cost so we wouldn't have to do another service call in the future. I would call him again for future plumbing needs; he also offers an Angie's List member discount on the work performed.

OUTSTANDING. Frank was the 2nd plumber I had hired for this job. He took his time and logically stepped through the problem. The other service sold me two controllers which I did not need. Frank's expertise got my problem resolved with out new equipment. It turned out to be a simple solution. One, though, that I could not figure out. I would hire him again for any of my plumbing needs.

Fixed easily and told me how to help dry out the insulation where the leak was. very friendly and professional. We have found our plumber and will definitely use Lujan plumbing in the future
