Frank Lujan answered my call directly and arrived promptly to trouble shoot my leaking water heater. It was determined that my old water heater needed to be replaced. Frank removed, discarded, drove to the other side of town to the warehouse for my new water heater, returned and installed a new 40 gal. Rheem all in just a few hours. Great workmanship and service. Not to mention that Frank is a nice and personable guy as well. Give Frank a call for your plumbing services, you won't be disappointed. Also, Frank practiced COVID-19 protocol and wore a mask the whole time he performed work at our residence.

It went well. Mr. Lujan was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently in locating the leak and cleaned up the work area before leaving. I would definitely trust him to perform work for me in the future.

I called Lujan Plumbing on a Friday afternoon, and Frank came out to the house within the hour. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our water heater and replaced the lower heating element. Frank was very professional, courteous, and helpful. I also requested an estimate on additional plumbing work needed in the house and booked him for that work as well. I called Mr. Lujan and explained what I needed done. He told me he could be there Thursday of the same week somewhere around 9:30 and 10:00 AM and gave me a preliminary estimate of the cost. He said he would call me approximately a half hour before arrival. He called me at 9:30 and arrived at exactly 10:00. He replaced the cut off and supply line first so there would be minimal time without water. He was finished within an hour and a half and price was exactly what was quoted in the preliminary estimate(which was very reasonable). He answered all my questions including some that I asked concerning possible future plumbing needs. I found him to be professional and proficient and would definitely use him again.

Frank was responsive, fair and did quality work. Replaced the Moen cartridge in the guest shower. Would definetely hire again.

Frank Lujan arrived on time and was able to narrow down the source of the leak. He snaked a blocked A/C drainpipe and cleared the problem. He was professional, courteous and worked quickly. He wore shoe covers in my house at my request.

Frank is awesome. We discussed over the phone at length, and he was able to make a guesstimate at that time. He came out promptly the next morning and looked things over. Seeing that it was going to be a difficult (two-man) install, due to space constraints, he strongly urged me to reach out to another contractor in the area who he assured me would do an excellent job and could also give me a quote on a tankless heater (which he doesn't personally install). I did just that and his recommendation could not have been better. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and his willingness to steer me to another contractor rather than attempt an install that he knew would be difficult for him to manage solo. I will absolutely be reaching out to him again in the future for any of my general plumbing needs. HIGHLY recommended!

I called Frank because our toilet was rocking. He was able to come by the same day and fix the toilet. He also repaired our cut-off valve because it needed to be changed, and he also fixed the toilet handle. We were very satisfied with the service and we will definitely use him again.

Purchased a new water heater on Jan 5th and allowed a cousin to install it for me the following day. A couple of weeks later I asked my cousin to increase the temperature since no children or elderly live in my home. My cousin made the adjustment but afterwards I was no longer getting hot water again. I began to worry about the safety around having a family member perform the job and they not have the proper credentials. Then considered the impact this might have on my homeowners insurance should something terrible occur and it be due to the installation of the water heater. It was then I decided to hire somebody licensed, insured and bonded and found Mr Frank Lujan on Angie's List. We made arrangements to meet the next day and he informed me the cost to assess the water heater would be $55. He later called back to say he had had a cancelation and could be over in 30 minutes. He arrived exactly at the time we agreed to meet and determined when it was installed, water leaked onto top of the water heater and the leak caused wires to burn. He then said the cost to repair would be an additional $65 bringing the total for his services to $120. He made the repairs and was done in about an hour or so.

Plumbing appointment with Frank Lujan was set for Monday January 14th 2019 at 10:00AM. Frank was on time; introduced himself and was friendly. I guided him to the problem areas we discussed last week, so he could assess and estimate what it would cost to do the work. The work involved the following: 1) Reseal the toilet in Master Bathroom, 2) Replace Master Bathroom toilet tank kit (the one that was in use I had originally put that kit in), 3) Rotor rooter Master Bathroom Sink 4) Reseal Guest Bathroom toilet and 5) Replace Game Room Bathroom toilet tank kit. First, Frank evaluated the Master Bathroom sink for the slow water drainage I cited, but determined that after closing the sink stopper and running the water enough to fill the basin the water drained quickly WHILE the water was still running. I did this same test on the other sink my wife uses in our bathroom and found they drained at exactly the same rate. So I thought okay that's cool; that will save me some money. Next he evaluated the toilet tank kit in the Master Bathroom (I installed this one myself). The problem with this was inconsistency. Sometimes the toilet would flush and the flapper would close - sometimes the flapper would stay open. Frank looked it over and found that the kit was fine as installed. The problem was after measuring how much chain is needed to open and close the flapper once you initially flushed the toilet - I did not remove/cut the excess chain leftover. That excess was getting tangled from time to time when we tried to flush the toilet. Frank cut the excess and another problem was solved. The Master Bathroom toilet reseal was next and it was at this point an estimate for the job was explained to me. Upon removing, cleaning and getting the toilet prepped to be resealed Frank found that the tank in the back had a hairline fracture. The toilet would not be able to hold water and thus need to be replaced. He suggested some makes and models and we agreed that, while I went to get the new toilet; he would reseal the Guest Bathroom Toilet and replace the toilet kit in the Game Room Bathroom. I came back with the new Master Bathroom toilet; Frank installed, leveled, sealed and completed the job excellently. I would highly recommend Frank Lujan with your plumbing needs. He went over and beyond my expectations. Particularly, because he was honest and DID NOT have to show me that my Master Bathroom sink did not need to be rotor rootered; nor did my Master Bathroom need a new tank kit due to its excess chain length. He saved me some money and now a days there are not that many contractors that are willing to do that. Trust me - I know.

That went well (he used my same part - since Home Depot told me they didn't even sell those anymore and I couldn't purchase a new one). The only reason I didn't think it was all that - I didn't bother to check the hot water or think about it; he only turned the cold water on and it worked well. When I turned the hot water on - it was leaking bad enough (down below in cabinet) that I had to turn it off and not use and am still not using. I haven't written anything up because to be honest, I was a little miffed that he didn't check it - to me that would have been true professionalism. Although, I said I will hire again (only because I had to mark yes or no). I can't honestly say if I would hire again.

It went great. He called and showed up on time, worked steady to finish, cleaned up after the job, and provided a written contract with guarantee. Charged previously quoted price from my inquiry on Angies list, which was significantly more reasonable than other plumbers contacted.

Frank did a great job! He was courteous, very professional, and knew what the **** he was doing. Best of all, he charged a very fair price and didn't try to oversell anything. Why call out a large advertised plumbing company who will probably send out a kid with one or two years experience and charge you three times the price? I will keep using Frank in the future and have already recommended him to some friends.

Frank was prompt, friendly and very efficient. He explained what the problem was and what needed to be done step by step in terms that a layperson could understand. I would definitely hire him again. His price was lower than other companies I received quotes from.

Frank and his son were very professional, clean, knowledgeable. They also were $400 cheaper than Will's plumbing for the same thing.
