Mr. Frank Lujan and helper arrived on time as promised. My replacement natural gas water heater had a damper and electronic control, so it needed to be connected to an electric outlet. The following are some of the work that Frank had to do: 1. Installed new water and gas lines. 2. Installed new vent connector. 3. Installed new manual water and gas shut-off valves 4. Installed drain pipe by running it under the house to the outside, a distance of about 20 feet. I am extremely happy with the work that Frank did and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. I would like to say that it took Frank and his helper a total of around 4 hours to complete the work, which I believe another plumber would had charged a lot more.

All I can say is Frank found the problem fixed the problem and is absolutely the best. It is such a pleasure to find a contractor, in San Antonio, that is honest and not out to gouge the customer. I will refer him to family and friends. Thank you Frank and your number is now on my fridge.

He was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable about kitchen plumbing. His quote for the repair was $ 85 however the job required extra parts and extra time. Mr. Lujan, to his credit, insisted payment to be the $85 quoted eventhough the repair ended up being more expensive. Mr. Lujan's integretiy was evident which is a rare quality.

We called Lujan Plumbing on a Saturday morning. Frank responded right away, and came out as soon as he could after finishing another job he was already at. He was very punctual, professional, and honest. He went to purchase a new garbage disposal and installed it in a timely manner. After installing, he checked for leaks, discovered there was one, and fixed the previous tubing and fittings. He left the work area clean. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Thank you, Frank!

Hidden secret: This guy is good! Frank was professional, pleasant,and a very nice guy. Treated my family very well. Showed up when he said he could, called when he was on the way as he said he would, found the leak and fixed it quickly, and was very fair on the price. He had to cut into a wall to get to the problem, and he cleaned up after that. My wife was most impressed. He does not normally work on Saturday, but made it a point to call me back (on a Saturday!) after I left a detailed message. He set a time for service and called me to see if he could arrive earlier.
