Called ahead of time. Arrived on time. Covered his shoes. Looked at the faulty items and provided an estimate in writing. We signed it and he proceeded with the work. He had the needed parts in his van. Finishes in less than half an hour. The job was done right and the cost was reasonable. Great service!

Frank was great. Showed up on time and provided a heads up call. He advised me of the price before initiating work. He reseated the drain, and leak tested several times. Was polite and friendly too. Would recommend.

I have used his service twice in the last couple months. 1st appointment was to replace a few water valves and second appointment was to clear out the main sewer line. Frank is GREAT at what he does, but most importantly he is very friendly and is an experienced plumber. Our family has found a plumber we can count on.

We have searched all over for a good, reliable, honest plumber. And we have now found one with Frank. He responded to our phone call right away, was able to come and fix the problem within a day, and was honest and fair in his prices. He is a really nice person, too. He quoted us a price (he came out for 2 separate problems this week) and he didn't charge us anymore. He also included extra things which we needed, but he didn't charge us for it. We will certainly be using Frank again!

Diagnosed the problem as a partially missing wax ring and that the toilet had previously been offset incorrectly. Very professional, arrived on time, and a spotless cleanup! Will definitely call again!

I called several plumbing companies, however, none were available to come in today. Frank was able to schedule us for the afternoon. We needed repairs to house original plumbing that needed replacing. He was able to completed work required in a timely manner. We are very satisfied with the work done and would highly recommend him to our family and friends.

Frank was punctual and was able to fix the faucets without having to replace them. He didn't try to get me to have more work than was needed. He was so nice.

I called four different plumbing companies trying to get a quote for the replacement of the Temperature/Pressure valve of a 40 Gallon gas water heater. Quotes went from $190 to $400 for a simple repair. I finally resolved to call Lujan Plumbing, I got an estimate for $112 with a $10 that brought it to $102. I scheduled for the next day at 10AM. The next day, Mr. Frank Lujan showed up on time and he have taken a look at Temperature/Pressure valve which surprisingly appeared o be working, but after further inspection he advised me that I should replace it, because when activated, it would leave a small stream of water that would be leaking. I agreed with his decision, and he completed the work in less than 20 minutes. The old Temperature/Pressure valve was eventually extremely corroded, and it would not have made any since to keep it. He made sure that there is no leak, and cleaned the work area before leaving. I am extremely pleased with Mr. Frank's honesty, work ethics and professionalism, and I would like to recommend him for anyone looking for a professional plumbing service at a reasonable price.

I contacted 5 plumbers late in the evening, using my Angie's list booklet. None of whom answered their phone, even though they were listed as 24 hour plumbers--Lujan is not. Frank Lujan was the first of those contacted who responded the next morning. He set up a time and arrived within the timeframe given. He assessed the problem (clogged drain sewer pipe), quoted a price, realized I was an Angie's list member and honored his discount. He immediately got to work and within 45 minutes the problem was solved. Frank is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He explained what he had done and how to possibly prevent another blockage in the older pipes in our home. There is no doubt that he has become our plumber for life. His prices are fair, his demeanor is awesome and he is a very dedicated and hard working person. Thank you so much, Frank!!!!

Frank was great. He called ahead and said that he was running ahead. How often does that happen? When he arrived, he was professional and fixed the leak right away and made sure everything was cleaned up. Absolutely professional.

Out of the four companies I called, Frank was the only one that dropped what he was doing to fix this emergency. The job was done fantastically, very professional. He cleaned after done and placed everything back to the original state. We couldn't have been more pleased. My best experience thus far with plumbing companies in my 19 years in San Antonio. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FRANK! :-)

The job went very well. I called the provider a couple of hours prior to the work being done. I purchased the toilet and he came to my house to install it. He took up the old toilet, replaced it and cleaned up very neatly. He broke up the old toilet and trashed it. He completed the work and was gone in about one hour or less. I asked him about another possible problem and he was willing to give me some general information. This allows me to plan for his next visit. I plan to use his services again and will recommend him to family members and neighbors.

Frank did a great job replacing our old water heater. We called him and he was at our door within a couple of hours. His prices beat the competition's hands down and he does excellent work! Doesn't try to sell you any "extras". Highly recommend!

Went well and fixed the problems. Rebuilt and lubricated front bath handles, replaced cartridges, seats, and springs. Removed handles and adjusted shower handles, seat washers, and valves.

Both our water heaters sprang serious leaks at the same time. It was a sad, leaking mess. Frank came in promptly when I called and he installed the new heaters the next day. He saw the color of my hair and offered the senior discount, which was very nice. Good job!

Mr. Lujan was able to come out on same day. He quoted a very reasonable price for the repairs. He was very professional throughout and explained everything he was going to do. He even checked to make sure the water pressure coming to the house was good and tinkered with my water softener that hadn't worked in two years and got it working (at no additional charge). I will definitely call on him again.

Frank helped me when I was in a big bind. It was the day after Thanksgiving. He came on time. He was done in less than two hours. He charged what he said he would charge minus the Angie's list 10% discount. I got his card and will NEVER call another plumber.
