I needed a certified plumber to do a plumbing inspection of my house for insurance reasons. I called Frank. I have used Frank before to install kitchen garbage disposal and faucet and was really happy with his service. Just like last time, Frank was punctual and thorough with his work. He checked on everything, and even gave me advice on things that are beyond his call of duty. For example, he saw a hole in my garage wall and advised me to seal it so wild animals won't get inside in cold days. As a new home owner, I had a lot of questions about home warranty and home insurance, and Frank probably spent half an hour after the inspection answering all my questions without any sign of impatience even though he knew he was not getting paid for this. He seemed really knowledgeable about all kinds of water related issues in a house as well as how different home warranty/insurance company do their business and gave me a lot of valuable advice. I will definitely use Lujan Plumbing for all my future plumbing related work.

After a bad experience with our insurance company [American Home Shield} and their plumbers and then a high estimate for repairs from a second plumbing company, two days before Christmas {and without running water) we called Lujan Plumbing based on its good reviews on Angie's list.. Mr. Lujan came out the next day, tested the pipes to pinpoint the leak, capped off the failed pipe, and rerouted the line through the walls and ceiling of the house for approximately half the estimate given us by the previous plumbers. He also fixed a dripping faucet with a new cartridge after finishing the big job. Mr. Lujan is a responsible master plumber who impressed us with his honesty, efficiency, and courtesy. We are happy to recommend him to our relatives, friends, and anyone in the San Antonio area needing plumbing repairs.

Tried to fix leak our self with multiple trips to hardware & still leaking. Finally asked plumbing pro with 'A' rating to do it. It was completed in half an hour.

I called Frank @0900 this morning, 04 Dec 15. He was referrred to me by a very helpful gentleman named Brian, from George Plumbing Co (they were booked through next week). I explained that I had cut the power and already drained/shut off water to the old water heater. He asked about the Model and explained to me what had probably occurred and what he would need to do to replace it. He was very professional and personable. He quoted me a price between $900 - $1200 depending on the difficulty in placing the new tank and whether a pressure tank was necessary (not that savvy on the nomenclature). He stated that he would get the new water heater and arrive @1130-1200. He was very prompt, arriving at @1100 hrs. He identified that there would be some challenges in replacing the water heater but not insurmountable. The closet that the water heater is in was quite the challenge and a superior job was completed. Also, he identified that it did need the pressure tank to meet the new code a/o Apr 15. He proceeded to replace the water heater and test it to ensure there were no leaks and the lines were cleared of air. The new water heater works great and without any leaks, etc. The final cost for parts and labor was $1150. Completion time was @3 hrs. I highly recommend Frank to all! Very personable and professional. Will definitely contact him for any future plumbing needs! One caveat - if Frank isn't available, I would contact George Plumbing as their employee, Brian, provided superb customer service.

On a very short notice call (1 day response) Juan arrived before the scheduled time and undertook the job while he waited for my arrival. He was very professional, prompt, and answered all my questions. He took the time to answer all my questions I would not hesitate to call on him again and I give him the highest recommendation!

Frank was very professional. With other plumbers it would take days to come, obviously we did not have that time with the was pouring out, but Frank Lujon came within hours. Our home is about 40 years old and so were the faucets but Frank had the parts on his truck and fixed right away. I did think that price was very reasonable for the job.

I had my Delta Touch kitchen faucet and my under-counter filter faucet both loose & wiggly. Frank expertly corrected the problems and re-tightened. Biggest problem was access behind a deep 30" stainless sink. It turns out the filter faucet was incorrectly installed last year. Frank was very professional & even though he ran into more difficulties than he anticipated, he kept to his quote. He also tested my water to discover my water softener was set incorrectly. He didn't charge me for either of the water test he performed. Frank is my new plumber & i will recommend him to our home-owner association and all my neighbors.

Frank was the ONLY plumber that responded in a timely fashion. His work was excellent and the total cost was the same as his bid. I will use him for all my future plumbing needs and recommend him at every opportunity.

Our master bath sinks drain were clogged and were unable to be cleared with common household means( draino, small snake). We called Frank in the morning and he came that afternoon. He called us 30 minutes before he arrived to notify us that he was on the way, arrived promptly, was friendly and professional and was able to unstop the clog with a cable. He reconnected all fittings and waited to be sure all was well. We chatted a bit and he was on his way. I will surely call him again for any future plumbing needs.

Frank returned my call within 30 minutes of my leaving a message. He was able to give me his opinion of what was wrong even with my limited knowledge of plumbing. He understood my description of the problem and was able to provide me with what he would do and what to expect. He was able to give me a quote over the phone, which was very reasonable, and he came over to work on the clogged line. He was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all my "what-if" questions and gave me tips on how to maintain the line for the future.

Frank does a great job and is very professional and responsive. He's fair on pricing - not quite as expensive as the big companies, and is reasonable if extra services are required when additional problems are discovered. And, Frank guarantees his work. He guaranteed my unclogged drain for 30 days, which I had to take advantage of when the clog happened again. He came out on a Saturday and spent extra time to make sure the problem was thoroughly solved the second time, at no additional charge.

Frank always delivers. I called him to diagnose a leak near my hot water heater and water softener and he quickly determined that I had a faulty hot water circulation pump. Frank isolated the pump to stop the leak and told me that they run about $350 at the local plumbing supply house. I had done a little research and found it online for $225 so Frank told me to buy it and call him when it arrived. He charged me $140 total for both visits and replacing the pump. Very honest, fair and superb customer service.

To fix the issue another pipe had to be run so the leaky one could be capped off after locating the location of the main inside a wall. Holes had to be made in three places. We were given options for how to run the new line and the costs for those options. We were told the estimate for locating the line before the work began. The work was professional. The call was handled quickly and the clean up was very good and the end result is no more water on the floor.

I informed Frank Lujan that his is now our family plumber. One more thing that you should know, as he worked on my plumbing repairs, Frank Lujan explained to me that wants to do the right thing by performing, for customers, only those repairs that are turly needed in order to keep emergency plumbing cost as low as possible.

Frank let me know when he was on his way (which was great because I was juggling the arrivals of 4 different contractors on the same day at my house!). He discovered that the kitchen sink problem was caused by a loose disposal hose and said he could fix it for $30 or I could do it myself for much less. I opted to do it myself. Then he walked the property with me until he located the water meter, which was hidden in undergrowth of the neglected back yard. Finally, he put in a second gas line so that we could have the water heater and our dryer on the same line. He had to leave and get one part that he didn't have in his truck, but he returned quickly and finished the job.

The new installed water heater works very well and they installed excatly the brand we wanted. The lisenced channel was very professional and did a great job and told us exactly what he would need before he arrived.

Provider had to dig out the area around valve box to gain access to replace all necessary parts. Provider was knowledgeable, efficient and professional. The broken handle and rusted piping were replaced quickly. Our old valve box was missing the cap and was worn. Provider replaced valve box. The clean up was immaculate. Highly recommend Lujan Plumbing!

I called the day before, and he gave me a mid-morning time he could come (after another job) the following day. He called when on the way, as he had promised. Did excellent work, arrived on time, was very professional and fee was much more reasonable than other bids (estimates) I received for the same job. Very fair, and great price! He's a small company (owner, Frank, came) and did quality work for much lower rate that these larger companies. Would most definitely recommend him and his company. Excellent! Outstanding! Very satisfied!

Frank texted (my preferred method) when he was on his way, arrived on time and left no mess behind when he finished. I found Frank very professional and reasonably priced. I will definitely use him again and will recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.

Frank Lojan, owner of Lojan plumbing, is a straightforward person and an efficient and knowledgable plumber. He is also very prompt and extremely friendly, and he willingly let us know our options as far as when to replace appliances and what to replace them with. He was able to provide the appliances we needed, as well as help us determine what we could get ourselves. I will definitely hire him again and recommend him to a friend. He is much more trustworthy than some other outfits I've dealt with. Hiring Frank made me feel smart that we'd made the right and responsible decisions, and that we are more secure now with appliances that we understand better and that won't be flooding the house! Frank did a great job! I called him on Saturday (of course...all plumbing problems happen on the weekends), left him a voicemail and he called me in ten minutes. He quoted me a price and we set up a Monday appointment. Frank arrived on time and had the new disposal installed in about an hour. Frank also checked our water pressure and it tested within specs so no other repairs needed. This was my first experience with Frank but he is now my go-to plumber. I appreciate his honesty and integrity and the fact that he isn't pressured to sell by a big corporate machine.

A toilet in our house was constantly running, and since we had recently replaced the flapper we thought it would be a somewhat expensive repair. Mr. Lujan showed up (on time) and pointed out that sometimes he has to try several flappers before one works. Sure enough, that was the problem and he fixed the problem quickly and simply. We also had him do a couple of other things while he was here - change out a "gate valve" (the twist kind) for a "ball valve" to allow quicker water shutoff, and also to unfreeze a water faucet. We'll have him back for our planned kitchen sink replacement!

Mr Lujan quoted us a price in advance. Arrived to our property at the time he stated he would be there and quickly resolved the problem. He then billed us for quoted price. He was very professional and I would not hesitate to use his services in the future.
