Lessard's was great! Our experience started with Randy, a project manager, that was extremely knowledgeable and listened to our needs. He presented us with a detailed quote that was hundreds of dollars less than competitors in the area. Once we agreed to the price we worked with Erin in the office who was VERY friendly. She coordinated a time with us and the installation crew. The crew responded quickly and had the job knocked out in no time. They also left my property clean and debris free. Great people, great service, and great looking gutters!!

I sent a message on Dec. 21 and received a response the same day. In the message they stated due to running abbreviated office hours with the holidays, could they call me the next morning to schedule the estimate. I responded that would be fine. I never received a call from them.

GREAT! First off, I like to compare my options and I had multiple people come out to give me quotes. From the personal that come out, to how well and professional the quotes are, it all plays a role. On a side note, I did not inquire on any companies that had poor reviews or had less then 5 year warranties on their gutters. From the moment that Lessards gutters came out, it was a great experience. First off, the person who gave me the quote came out with a laser ruler and other great equipment to get an exact measurement of my home. He also took a lot of photos around the home. Later that day, he sent me a professional and well laid out quote that had "fake" gutters placed onto the photos that he took so I could see exactly where my gutters would be. It was great!! I could get an actual look into my gutters before they were installed. He also sat up on a ladder and we went over the various color options together so we could make the best decision possible. I was sold from him coming out alone. The other companies typically drew something up on a notepad, would tell me their color option without showing me and gave me a price. In and out. But with Lessards, he spent time with me and actually helped my neighbor too which I really appreciated. Then the team came out to install the gutters. They were extremely friendly and seem to enjoy what they do. I went out a few times offering them drinks or snacks and they would always keep conversation with me and I never once had the feeling that I was bothering them or slowing them down. It was a genuine pleasure to work with them as a whole and even those I talk to in the office have been very nice and friendly. They also offer a ten year warranty which is about as long as I could find and I know if I ever do have any trouble down the road, I have no doubt Lessards would assist me. Thanks team!

Carl and Alan showed up on time. Put them were I needed them and helped me secure an old 6 inch gutter that I had refurbished after a reroof and put in Leaf Blaster gutter guards where I had requested. Everything went as smooth as a baby's behind.

Everyone I dealt with at Lessard's was professional, courteous, and kind. The installation was quick and painless and the installers even took time to answer all my questions about the process! I could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Great communication and great people; at less than half the price of my previous two quotes from the "big" guys, I got a much better all around experience and the same or better quality gutters! I'll be recommending them to everyone in the neighborhood!

This was the second house Lessards has installed gutters for us. Their price is fair and customer service is great! They came in and finished the whole house and the shed in a day. They have a great team.

Overall I am pleased with the work. Randy their sales rep was very responsive and presented several alternatives for us to consider.. He was prompt with is feedback and quote was well documented with price breakdown and photos. I gave less than an excellent review on Quality and punctuality for two reasons. Punctuality: the installers arrived at our home to install without any prior notice that they were going to begin work on that morning. No phone call or email. It is fortunate that I was home as gates to rear are locked. Additionally, even though I was home, they left without notice and gate was left open. Quality: for gutters and leaf guards I would give them an excellent. For the patch of the notch I reference above the job is a bit sloppy - they seemed in a hurry. I know that this is not their normal work, but it could have been done better.

All my gutters were single story just one long run to deal with.

I called for a free estimate and the Company Rep came on time. The estimate prepared was very professional and they graphically depicted the location of the gutters and down spouts. I decided to go with this Company and the work crew was also on time and very professional. The work was completed to a high standard within one day. Very satisfied with work performed and the attitude and professionalism of the workforce. Would definitely hire this company again.

We are very happy with our new gutters from Lessards. Chaz, the installers, and the office staff were excellent to work with. The galvalume gutters and downspouts tie in beautifully with our metal roof and country-style home. We went with LeafBlaster gutter guards. I tested the screens by washing some oak tassels off the roof. About 50% washed right off. The other 50% caught on the edge but came off easily with a quick spray. During a Texas downpour, I went outside and 100% of the rain went into the gutters. There was no overshoot. I have worked with several companies for room additions/remodeling, floors, painting, and roofing, and I would put Lessards at the top of my list.

The gutter removal, haul off, and installation of new gutters and downspouts went very well. The trouble was with the installation of the gutter leaf guards. The installation of those was not professional. I was not even given a walk-through or inspection of the final installation. I didn't find out about the poor installation until I got up on my own ladder to look at the work. I found the leaf guards were forced into the gutters leaving openings for debris and insects. Also there were several sections that were missing leaf guards entirely! They did come back and re-install those leaf guards, but the final result of the 2nd attempt was marginally better. I would advise anyone using this contractor, to ask for pictures of the completed work in the event you can't climb a ladder yourself, before paying them.

Workers arrived on time. Removed existing gutter system promptly and broke down pieces. They took them away. Service call lasted less than 1 hour.

They were professional when giving me a price & had samples to show me. Lessard's price was fair & they were able to get to my project quicker than originally quoted. Many roofing companies also claim to do gutters, but most of the time they just sub-contract to another gutter company. Lessard's are in the gutter business. Give them a call when you are needing any gutters.

The company has been very responsive and the gutters are perfect. I am happy with the color, the placement, and installation process. It looks great!

They did a very good job, gutters look great. They did a very professional job. They arrived around 8:00 am and were done by 4:00 pm. The price was very reasonable. I priced and had estimates from other businesses and Lessards was the best price for the same product. Chaz was great when coming out to our home, he explained everything well. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. He didn't pressure us. We chose the color together and he gave us suggestions for choosing the right color. I was very happy with Lessards. Plus they give you a 10 year warranty on their gutters which is not offered very often by other companies. I would definitely recommend them.

I had completely remodeled the home with a copper-colored metal roof and they provided gutters that were a perfect match. Blake and his helper were well prepared for the work and both were knowledgeable, professional and very personable. They answered my questions, did not mind me watch them work and cleaned up after themselves when the work was completed. The Gutterglove system is amazing. My days of cleaning gutters are over. I was somewhat concerned that leaves and other materials might get caught on the Gutterglove, but this has not been the case. I will never have a home again without the Gutterglove system. If I ever need gutters on a home again, I will absolutely use Lessard's again. Every once-in-a-while, a contractor does exactly what they say will be done and do it professionally, on-time and on-budget. That is who these guys are and what they do!

They performed the repairs promptly and professionally in May but I remember it took a while for them to contact me after the first call. So when I needed another small job performed to stop a leak in a bedroom, I called them to do the work. I left 2 messages and after two weeks, no one contacted me. Very unprofessional.

I did get it quick from them but they were not the most competitive one. They were going with their products but I found some other company that they have more competitive price and better warranty. They were very professional, caring, concern about what to do, and careful of the things around the house when they were bringing their tools in and out. The one and good thing I like about them was that, probably, if they are in other households also, they usually have to remove their shoes.

Went perfect. The initial downspout had to be updated after the drainage company could not put the inlet against the slab. They came back and updated it to work. Great job

A little difficulty getting them to quote and start the job but that was only a minor problem and everything went smooth after that. The owner only has his office number on the business card and no cell phone number so it was a little difficult getting hold of him when I needed to.

Chaz came out Monday, Feb 11. At that time we told him we wanted the Gutter Gloves. They had to be ordered, and he said they should be there by the end of the week, and the work should be completed either the 19th or 20th. Toward the end of the week Mark came and took down the old gutters. Feb 15, they put up the new gutters and downspouts. Feb 19 they installed the Gutter Gloves. After each step, they completely cleaned up. They were very unobtrusive, and didn't disrupt out household at all. 1
