All went as expected except for a weather delay, which can hardly be blamed on service provider. They showed up on time, and completed the job within 2 hours. Thought cost may have been slightly higher than some other bids but well worth the price for a professional job.

several companies tried to have us replace whole porch along with the gutters, but that was not our goal....I guess it was considered a smaller job than most companies wanted. Installation crew arrived promptly at scheduled time. They worked quickly and efficiently. Work was done well. Color matched exterior of residence colors very well. Crew cleaned up work area. Lessard Gutters was prompt for the estimate appointment. They provided an estimate within 24 hours. The work was completed in two working days and no scrap or additional clean up was required when they left. The gutter system they installed looks great on the house and has already served it's purpose. Lessard Gutters is definitely on my short list of go to contractors for home related work.

Overall everything went well from the appraisal to the install. The price quoted was reasonable, no hidden costs and they showed up on the scheduled day. The install took less than a day, Ruben and team answered all questions and ensured I was happy with the work. I recommend Lessard’s if you are looking for new gutters.

Installation was very quick and professionally done. Working with Randy and Erin was great - they made everything very easy!

It went awful. I requested an estimate through Angie's List with Lessards Gutters and an appointment was scheduled for a little over 2 weeks after my request. During the appointment conversation it was emphasized that they like the owner to be present to discuss different options and what not. After waiting for this long, today was the date for the estimate with an appointment window from 2:00 to 3:00 PM CST. Due to certain restrictions at my work, we cannot have our cell phones with us. I went to work and asked for authorization to leave early to be at my home during the appointment window. I got into my car at 1:10 PM and noticed a voicemail from a Lessards Gutters employee called Randy at 12:55 PM. In the voicemail, he was telling me that he was heading to my house at that very moment and should arrive at about 1:15 PM or so and that in case I wasn't there he wanted to confirm if I wanted gutters all around my house. So this person completely CHANGED my appointment time at HIS discretion WITHOUT even having the professionalism of discussing it with me, the owner! Are you kidding me? I had to leave work early, I had things I wanted to discuss with this estimator, but yet, he completely disregarded our appointment and CHANGED it and could NOT care less about the customer's wishes. Simply INCREDIBLE! Well, I called my wife to tell her to be ready in case he shows up and that I was on my way. I also immediately called Randy but he did not answer his cell phone. I headed home and got there way before the original 2:00 PM appointment time. 2:35 PM comes by and nobody has shown up so I decide to give this company a call. First couple of tries I only get a voicemail. Third try I finally get somebody on the phone and I explain that their estimator left me a voicemail saying he was heading to my home earlier than what was decided, but he never showed up. The lady said she would get a hold of him and call me back. She never called me. After 20 more minutes waiting, I called again and was unable to get a hold of anybody at this office after like 5 calls and a voicemail. I tried Randy again and he picked up this time and told me he had received a call from his office and that he was getting ready to send me my estimate because he had already been at my home and took pictures...(!?) I told him I was positive he had not been at my home. He said, "Yes, the gates were open." At that point I knew he was not at my home because I had unlocked my gates when I got home. Randy went to a different house and got into somebody else's property, while I was left waiting at my house. He then tried to reschedule to a different day! Not happening! I am not taking more time off from work or wasting my time any longer. I told him to forget it. This would NOT have happened if they had kept their AGREED TO appointment time without trying to change it unilaterally. Again, I tried to reach out to Lessards Gutters and, once more, it was IMPOSSIBLE to get a human being on the other side of the phone, only a voicemail. I sent them a message through the Angie's List chat system and that is how, finally, they called me. I explain to their receptionist that I wanted to talk to their owner to complain and explained what just happened. She said she could leave a message for the owner to call me. I asked her when and she said as soon as he gets into the office. She knew who she was speaking with because she had just called me, yet, she asks me to give her my name and phone number. That was it for me. My cup was full and that was the last drop in this horrible ordeal of customer service. I told her to forget it and I was planning to leave review accordingly. BTW, I just received a message from them on the Angie's List system telling me they are "Sorry they couldn't accommodate me" !!! Wow, the nerve...accommodate me? I didn't need any "accommodation", I just needed this company to keep their appointment time and provide me with an estimate without changing it on my WITHOUT even consulting with me directly first, I needed them to actually show up to my house, and I needed them to actually answer their phone and provide good communication with their potential customers. You know, the only thing I needed was for them to provide actual basic customer service! If this was a sign of things to come, I am actually glad to have caught it in time. BTW, all the other companies that provided estimates...NO PROBLEMS AT ALL.

What a great experience! From the no pressure bid to the installation I was very impressed with all of the folks involved. The estimator was efficient and professional and wasted no time in giving me a great bid. Erin in the office was quick to set the appointment and when the day came the installers arrived on time and went right to work. They were very professional and efficient and were on their way within 2 hours. I got the gutter I wanted at a very fair price and it looks great. Hope to see some rain soon to test it out! Not concerned because of the quality of the material and installation. I highly recommend this company.

Contacted numerous companies. Lessards was the most professional of them all. Fair prices and quick service. They offer a military discount and being able to pay online is a plus. Would definitely recommend them to family or friends.

I contacted 3 different Gutter companies about reattaching a couple of gutters on my house. Lessard easily was the most professional with assessing what needed to be done and providing a clear quote. Additionally, not only were their quote the most reasonable, they didn't try to recommend anything other than what was necessary to resolve the issue. They arrived on scheduled, completed the work timely and for the quoted price. For any of my future gutter needs...Lessard's is my choice!
