The work started on June 7, 2011 and was finished on June 8, 2011. He and his crew were prompt and arrived and finished exactly as we discussed. His payment plan is 1/3 at the beginning, 1/3 at pouring and 1/3 upon completion. I drew up a simple contract describing the work we had agreed upon and signatures at each phase of payment.

. He was very nice. He does a good and professional job. I was very happy with their work. They showed up on time and did what they said they would do. I would use them in the future.

As I mentioned above, Leroy and his friendly hard-working crew are awesome! They showed up when promised, and kept me up-to-date throughout the entire process. They even made an extra unscheduled trip to assist with a tree stump removal that had become entangled in a piece of concrete. Great service!

Excellent work, especially where repair meets existing driveway. Hard worker who goes the distance to make sure the job is done on a timely basis.

It went fantastic. While he was here he got 3 more offers to do work with him. He is a very personable gentleman. He is a one man workforce and the job afterwards was beautiful. Very happy with him.

He did a very great job and it looks very good. What I was impressed with, I told him to be careful because there could be a pipe underneath the section. He was very careful and they did find a pipe. There was no problem with damaging or anything. He did a great job for being careful of what he did. Then he poured the concrete; but he put in far more rebar in that section than everguard put in that pool ever. He cleaned up his mess. He poured relatively quickly. It matches rest of the concrete really well. I'm very pleased with what he did and how much it cost. I wasn't sure of what we agreed to, on the price; so I paid him in three parts. After he did one part of the work, I paid him little bit. I paid him what I thought was the agreed upon price of the third and then I paid him again on second third. Then I paid him on the last third and I thought it was higher than what we agreed on. He corrected me and said that we didn't agree for that much and it was this much. He remembered that it was less than what I thought he was saying. I felt that, he is an honest man. He could have taken what I was willing to pay; but he said we agreed on this. I was very impressed with that. He agreed upon a date that he would show up and he showed up. He did exactly as he said. He was very punctual.

I got the name from Angies List. They were punctual and did a good job. They explained what they were doing.

I called Leroy and asked for an estimate for some footings that I needed poured at my house. He said that he would call me on Thursday around noon and come over and do the estimate. He didn't call. On Friday the weather was bad so I waited until Saturday to call him again. I had to leave a message. I asked him to call me so we could set up a time for him to come by and do the estimate. I also said "Hey Leroy if you don't want to do the job will you please call me and let me know so I can stop wasting your time and mine?" He never bothered to return that call either. What is it with guys like this? Why do they say they are interested when they obviously are not. I 'm actually lucky that he didn't show up because I found another guy, Ben Ibarra from Band T construction who came out and did a fantastic job.

Leroy and his crew did an excellent job. They showed up on time, protected the walls with plastic, and performed the work with lots of skill. He does require a cash down payment to hold the job and the balance in cash at completion. I highly recommend Leroy Ramirez!!!

Leroy did great! Long and short would use him again. I called for an estimate on my concrete project. He returned my call within 15 minutes and we set up for an evaluation the next day. I recieved a quote for the bid in 3 days as he stated. His fee was very fair for the work provided. He started 4 days after the quote. Leroy was great on the phone. He was easily to reach, always calling back in a few minutes if not answering when you call. He and his men were always there the days they said they would be and were always early and stayed until that days work was finished. He was great on leaving the work site clean every day. We did payment in cash as we went along. Full project took just over 2 weeks. I looked at the jobsite every night after work, and no steps were skipped. I am very happy with the quality of the work and the knowledge of what was needed where. I will happily refer him all my concrete jobs in the future!

Mr. Ramirez arrived within two hours of my first call to give me an estimate. Two other contractors never bothered to return my initial call. He started the following Monday and was finished within 2.5 days. Extremely courteous, professional, and took great care to leave the site clean at the end of each work day.

He was able to come out and give an estimate within a couple days from when I contacted him. He provide a prompt estimate. Was able to start the job and complete it in 3 days.

Overall it was a good job. We were satisfied with all the work he has done for us. My only complaint was that I'd wished he'd had a way to cover the expansion joints so that you don't see the boards that were laid up against the old patio. However, this is something I should have brought up before the pouring.

I asked this man to come over and give me an estimate on some work to be done. I wanted my patio capped and it extended. He came out an hour late and never called he was running late. He said he would call me back in about 2 hours with an estimate. This was 8 June - today is June 10 and he never called me back with an estimate.

Mr. Ramirez was punctual and polite. His initial quote was very attractive in price, but was for a driveway that was well below code requirements for thickness and rebar requirements. I had to check the codes myself and get him to upgrade his quote for a thicker driveway and thicker rebar. He also likes to work on a cash basis with partial payments along the way, which I am not used to. He and his crew did an excellent job on the drive, and were meticulous in getting a good finish and cleaning up very completely. The jobsite was left in excellent shape, and the drive and sidewalk look very nice.

I called Leroy a couple of weeks before the job started. I told him that I had gotten his name from Angie's list. He came out later that day. I could tell he understood what I wanted the new driveway to be like. He took measurements and said that he would call back with an estimate which he did in about 3 days. Not knowing prices for this type of job, I thought it wise to get a couple of other estimates. One was a little higher and one was a little lower, but I felt that I would be more comfortable with Leroy. I called Leroy and asked him to bring by the paperwork so that we could go over it together. Leroy listed his services to be performed and the schedule of payments I would make. I signed and made my first payment. The job took four days. Every day the area was left litter free and the street was swept. All the crew worked hard but Leroy was always there working the hardest of all and making sure everything was being done right. They relocated my sprinkler heads for me. They took the displaced topsoil from the area where the driveway was enlarged to the back yard and spread it in an area where I had a low spot. I had only ask them to do one load but they did the whole shabang! As a previous client said, "If its concrete, Leroy's the man."

Mr. Ramirez was very prompt, neat workmanship, and did everything we agreed to. Overall, I highly recommend him based on my experience with him.

I met with Leroy and went over the job and then left town for two weeks. While I was away Leroy came and completed the work without any problems at all. The job looks great and we are happy with his work. He cleaned up the site and left us with a new driveway section. I recommend him highly. He came out as promised, gave me an estimate, and completed the work.

Great stuff. I would recommend Leroy to anyone. If you need some concrete work done, he is the man!

I thought he did an outstanding job and I was very happy with his service. I liked that he was able to even out my drive way as well because before he got started my drive way was lop sided.
