I am not getting water in the garage any more, but I still have standing water outside. He was always here. When we had our first rain he stopped by to check it out.

It went really well. This is my 2nd time using them. I highly recommend them to anyone!

He was able to create a multi-level area by continuing a top step across the top and adding a lower level. We couldn't figure out what to do around a tree by the patio and LeRoy offered to round the new floor around the side of the tree to maximize the space. He also poured another area to connect our patio to the house on the other side. He was able to match the existing stone concrete and he exceeded our expectations with his high quality workmanship. We highly recommend him. He was professional, courteous, and friendly.

Called Mr Ramirez for an estimate on a Wednesday for a concrete patio extension . He was very nice and told me he would be at my house Saturday morning at 9am. I told Mr. Ramirez we were expecting heavy thunderstorms on Saturday, and He reassured me it was ok ..... it was only an estimate. Saturday 10 am rolls around and No call no show from Mr. Ramirez. I decided to call him at 10:15, maybe he was running late. I called Mr Ramirez. He answered the phone and stated he was at the store and will call me back within 15 min. He called me 30 min later and claimed it was raining hard in his area and was not going to make it and will call me back on Monday. To this day, I haven't heard from Mr. Ramirez. I understand if Mr. Ramirez had other jobs to do. I was able to be flexible with him since he has great reviews. I would have waited to get this project done at our house since its not a priority at the moment.

What a great guy! He answered the phone when we called, listened to our needs and showed up a few minutes early the next day. He drove to our home in New Braunfels from San Antonio and got here in plenty of time for us to make it to work on time in San Antonio. When we got back, he and his assistant were cleaning up. The job was done and we were very happy with the results.

Leroy gave an immediate estimate and said he could start today and did, came to work within an hour or two of when he said he would, listened to my wishes striving to complete them, and was pleasant to work with. I was thinking I'm going to write a great review for this contractor. I picked him because of his high ratings and was expecting the best. How disappointing that I did not have the wonderful results others claimed to receive. When Leroy finished I found a flower pot, bird feeder, and plants broken. There were empty water bottles in the yard. I would like to note that he offers no guarantee, deals in cash, is hesitant to give a written estimate, and asks for a draw every time he comes to work. Leroy used poor judgement pouring cement on a day it rained. He was here when the rain started yet made no effort to cover the areas where rain ran from the roof that resulted in washed away and thinning of the cement. The next day he attempted to patch those areas and was asked to cover them to prevent rain from washing them away again. He covered one area yet failed to cover others. The patch work covered looked awful while the uncovered washed away again. We decided not to have him return to attempt any further patching.

He did a good job. He's professional and knows what he's doing. He did a good job. He had it done within four or five days. He was punctual and stayed on the job until it was done. The end product is very satisfactory.

He was VERY responsive and reasonably priced. He got everything done in one day and was very patient with me. I made a mistake when paying him and he was great about it and let me pay him correctly later in the day. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

LeRoy and his crew were great. When he first quoted the job he wasn't aware that a potion of the slab he was going to demo was 8and quot; of concrete; therefore, the work was quite a bit more than originally discussed. LeRoy didn't push for extra payment, which is a credit to his word, but I did agree to pay a little more because they all worked very hard. The finished product is beautiful and we have recieved a number of compliments on the end result. Thanks again LeRoy.

Mr. Ramirez was very professional. I called him on Monday to get a quote. He came out later that day accessed the work that needed to be done and gave me an estimate of 1300.00. Said if I was interested, he could start as early as the next day. I happily agreed and sure enough, the next morning he was at my house with 3 workers. Very efficient-- I was concerned that with all the jack-hammering and removal of cement that it was going to take longer but they worked ALL DAY and by end of day, I actually had a new poured patio slab. Can't thank him enough!

If your looking to replace a walkway to your home, this is the person to use. A very nice man. Came to my home and gave me free estimate. Came to do the job when he said he would. No problems with the work. In fact watching him do the job was a pleasure because he takes great pride in his work. I would definitely hire him again.

LeRoy was super nice. I called him a few weeks ago, came out the next day, and called me back the evening with our quote. He was very pleasant to work with. And would recommend him to others!

Leroy was very professional and pleasant to work with. He listened to my needs and his work was flawless. His price was very reasonable. He was on time and cleaned up after the job. I will definitely hire him again and recommend him to my friends.

Leroy returned my first call within 1 hour and we scheduled a site visit for the next evening. He worked with my schedule and we discussed the project. His price was competitive compared to other bids and we went with Leroy because he could start within a few days. As others had warned, be prepared to pay 33% at the start, right before the pour and after clean up. I insisted on a written proposal;and I got one, off of his notebook. He showed up the first day, collected the first draw and purchased the materials. He left his assistant there the rest of the day to prepare the forms. Second day they both worked to finish the forms and set the rebar. Everything went quickly and he decided to pour that same day. They came back the following afternoon , removed all the forms and graded the dirt around the patio. Overall the experience was positive and i would use him again.

Did not used him because the house sold as is. He did gave me a fair estaminet. On a timely bases. |

Although I didn't use Leroy for the actual work, He did provide an estimate when he said he would and was very professional.

They were great. Showed up on time for the estimate and also completed the work when they said they would. Friendly and were great to work with. The work was completed exactly as I requested.

Excellent job and very professional. Leroy and his crew are top-notch. I highly recommend his services.

*Update* After weeks of waiting for an estimate, he finally got back to us. He said he could start the following week and I agreed. I wasn't surprised when he didn't call or show up. What a complete waste of time. He showed up to estimate a job, and never got back with us. First he said he's going to call us in a couple of days. Never happened. Then I called him after two weeks gone by, but he didn't have our estimate on hand. He was supposed to call back, but never did...again. I'm asking myself, and quot;why am I trying hard to use his business and not the other way around?and quot;.

Leroy showed up on time to give me an estimate. He showed up on time to start the work and was very courteous and professional thru out the time he worked at my house. He cleaned up after he finished. I am very pleased with the work he did.

Leroy and his helper came to my home to give me an estimate on repairing a flagstone patio and walkway that was starting to deteriorate. He said I would have to give the area a good pressure washing and cleaning before he could assess how much he would charge me to repair it. I asked if I paid him would he pressure wash it for me and then give me his estimate to repair it. He said yes, unfortunately after pressure washing and cleaning the area Leroy didn't feel he could match the existing grout color so he decided to pass on the job and recommended I contact a company that specializes in brick or flagstone. The reason I'm writing this review is because Leroy was prompt, honest, and for $120 did a superb job of cleaning a rather large flagstone patio. Should I require any of the services he offers in the future, I will certainly give him an opportunity.

This was a good experience and I would certainly use Leroy Ramirez again, if the opportunity arises. Easy going, easy to talk with and provided a good product.

Originally the quote for the driveway was higher than the concrete removal, so we decided to go with the removal project first. However, after a few hours on day 1, we were notified that the project was a lot more intense than orignally bid, and it ended up being close to $1000 more than the orignal quote. Had we known the extent of the concrete removal project to being with, we would have just got the driveway!!I I never received a written estimate either, which was frustrating because I asked for it daily. Leeroy was pleasant, and did a good job, but there was a lot that frustrated me with this project. They also did not remove the rock underneath the concrete, and we still have the rock-filler in our backyard where the concrete used to be. I still want the addition to our driveway, but I am hesitant to use Leeroy, now that I know the price may be jacked up after work begins. Again, he was very friendly and performed good work, but we clearly had communications issues from the start.

Leroy is the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. He came out to our house to provide an estimate the same day we called him, and his price was about 33% of the price of other highly rated contractors we called from Angie's List. Leroy was extremely punctual, friendly and professional. He did an excellent job in repairing a section of our sidewalk and concrete, and I would absolutely recommend him. He's the top rated concrete contractor in San Antonio for a good reason!

I was getting bids for extensive work in my back yard, involving three sidewalks and a small 10 ft by 12 ft patio. Other bids I received were in the $6,000 range. My yard has severe inclines, requiring edges of sidewalks and the patio to be built up to ensure the items were level. Mr. Ramirez came out early Wednesday morning and looked at the site and listened to what I required. He said he would get me a quote by midday Friday. I told him that would be OK, but warned him if I received an exceptional bid from another contractor I was expecting on Thursday, he could lose the bid. His response was and quot;I do the best job I can.and quot; I also remarked that I would require a bid in writing with full job specs. Friday came and went and I did not get a return call, and it is now the middle of the following week. I did not call him back because I feel that a contractor too busy to submit a bid is too busy to do the job. I gave him a and quot;Dand quot; rating, rather than an and quot;Fand quot; because several other contractors indicated they were real busy and had four or five potential jobs they had to process and were finding it extremely difficult. Note, however, the other busy contractors did find time to submit their bids.
