Very professional on-time service with a good crew and the right equipment. Great clean-up at job completion.( Only needed a tiny prompt to issue a written quote confirming verbal quotation ! ) Nice clean finish and detailing on new driveway --- I hate to get any dirt or stains on it now !! Would certainly recommend. ( They have already replaced one neighbors equivalent driveway on our recommendation !).

Responding to my telephone inquiry, Mr. Ramirez came to our residence to examine the work I needed done. He took measurements, etc., and then called me later that same day with an estimate that I accepted. He and his helper arrived the next morning to commence the work of taking out the old, deteriorated sidewalk panels and framed the area, readying ti for the concrete pour, which he completed the next day and cleaned up the work area completely before leaving about 1:30 pm that afternoon. I am very impressed with his skill and am completely satisfied with the finished project.

It went perfectly! Leroy is a concrete expert and a true gentleman. It was very pleasant to do business with him.

Contractor and crew arrived on time, did their excavation, set the forms and returned when they said they would to pour the concrete. All work done in professional manner and cleaned up site when they left. Larry requires cash only so be prepared for a third at start, a third at form setting and a third at end of job.

From the time Leroy came and gave the estimate until the time he and his crew were finished they were FANTASTIC. On time, great work and just a pleasure to do business with.

Leroy and his crew were punctual and polite. They came and did their work in a very professional manner. When the job was finished they cleaned up the area. After having several bad experiences with contractors it was very refreshing to have a reliable one such a Leroy Ramirez. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends. Wanted to add pictures but can't seem to find out where to do that. Sorry Leroy.

He gave me a estimate over the phone, but when he came out to look at the job the estimate went up. I wasn't surprised because the old sidewalk was very thick and required a jack hammer to break up. Also I had him haul off all the old sidewalk. The crew had to come out once to spread the base and put in the forms and then again two days later to pour. The whole process took four days.

On-time for estimate and on-time with schedule. Had to modify the schedule due to weather a couple of times but that was expected. Literally two weeks to complete after HOA approval to finished product. Outstanding

As a result of Leroy's never bringing by a written estimate, we are not using him.

Leroy came on 2/6 to give me an estimate for the job. The estimate specified the work to be done and the payment schedule, which was 1/3 down, 1/3 before pouring concrete, and the balance upon completion. I called him that evening to hire him and he started work the next day. He and a helper removed the old ribbon drive and did some haul off that day. The next day they finished hauling off the old concrete and spread the sand base. The third day they put in the wire mesh and poured the concrete. All the work was done in a very timely fashion, and Leroy is a genuinely nice man, pleasant and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend him or to hire him again.

He was 40 minutes late. However, he was professional and answered some of my questions. He listened to what I wanted and what I had to say. However, I don't have the answers to my questions and I don't have a written estimate. Talk is cheap and subjective to misunderstandings. Written estimates aren't. IF he will get me the written estimate and uses rebar, the right thickness, right width, etc. yes I would use him.

It went well. Good craftsman. Ontime and cost. Followed my statement of work closely.

I thought their price was very reasonable. They were able to come out really quick. They did a good job.

First a tree was removed.The roots were raising our walk to the house, and the driveway. Leroy and crew removed the old walkway and 3/4 of the driveway. Believe our project brought rain to San Antonio. There were rain delays, and problems with our neighbor over one of the trees, also brought delays. Removing the walk and driveway was hard work, but not a problem. Leroy told us the aggregate would be a different color than the existing, of course, being new. After a few years, it would blend. Because of that we had 3/4 of the drive replaced instead of just the middle section where the lift was. Leroy and crew poured the project in two sections on two different days, not even two days in a roll. As a result, we had two different colors of aggregate. Hopefully in time they will blend. Looking better each day. Don't know if that was Leroy's problem or the cement company's. Seems like you would prepare, and then pour close to the same time. Also Leroy asks for money along the way to buy the aggregate, etc. That was okay with us, but may not be with others. He should tell a customer that he wants progress payments along the way. Leroy is a nice man, and was patient with the delays, as we tried to be. Brick edging was removed along the walkway when the new walk was replaced. Leroy said he would cement the brick back in place. We call and he says next week. A month has gone by, and no Leroy. If he doesn't want to do this small job, he needs to tell us. Of course we can take a hint, but his behavior is not very professional.

He tops the other companies we used. We spent a total of almost $7000 on that service. We would just absolutely recommend him to other members. He is the best contractor we have had for anything that we had done around our house so far. We would absolutely use him again.

After checking Angie's List and saw that Mr. Leroy Ramirez had many A ratings I called him. He promptly came out that evening to my home to see the job, which was to provide an estimate to dig out a space between my house and a side walk that runs along the side of my home. The space is approximately 10 inches by 40 feet. He was then to fill in the space with cement on an angle facing away from my home so that water would not accumulate in the space and flood my garage. He was also to remove one small square of the side walk and replace it after taking a drain pipe currently draining towards the house and relocating it to drain away from the house. I had also asked him to write a separate estimate for some additional work in the back of my home where I, again, needed to fill a space that was creating a "well" against my house. Mr.Rodriguez told me he would get back to me in a few days with an estimate for the work. I waited through the Labor Day holiday weekend and into the next week thinking possibly he had gone on vacation. I checked the mail and my voice mail messages the entire week and into the next, but never heard from Mr. Ramirez again. I was extremely disappointed in this contractor's way of doing business. It's delayed the repair of a problem caused when it rains (flooding my garage). I would never use Mr. Leroy Rodriguez's services or and would not refer him to anyone else.

The job was a totally pleasurable experience from start to finish. Mr Ramirez is a true professional and if I ever need any concrete work in the future I'll call Mr. Ramirez

LEROY RAMIREZ - Concrete - Pouring and Repair Leroy Ramirez just finished the clean up yesterday. Leroy started the break up of the stuff on July 29th, started the work on August 1st, and clean up on August 3rd.

He did a great job. He came on time. He did a good job on clean up. When we commented on what was going on, he adjusted as needed. He was very punctual. He showed up when he said he was going to.

My driveway rebars were too short and separated from the house, Mr Jimenez fixed all that and made it secure
