Description of Work: Jose Ramirez stained our new and very large deck. He did an excellent job and we could not find any place where he got the stain on grass, plants, or the house. After trying several stain guys over the years, I am thankful to finally find one who is courteous, punctual, neat, and trustworthy. He also does other things besides deck staining.

Description of Work: Ultimately, I did not use Leroy's services because I went with a different material. However, Leroy was very punctual, professional and competitive when I requested a bid. I would certainly not hesitate to give him a call once again.

Description of Work: Mr Ramirez and Freddy started the work right after the estimate. Leroy Ramirez explained what had to be done and made suggestions on other considerations and began to work after we agreed on his reasonable estimate. He and his workers were always professional and made sure things were correct and to the specifications agreed upon. I was kept informed of the progress and the site was cleaned daily. The job consisted of leveling the walkway by replacing the slab, correcting a shifting driveway, capping the back patio steps, and laying an eight foot patio slab after removing an existing deck. It's an excellence job completed and I would recommend Leroy Ramirez to anyone needing any concrete job done.
