Junk Out

Through their website, JUNK-OUT had asked me to choose three dates that would work for me for them to come out. None of those days worked for them, but since I needed it done in a timely manner so I ended up having to find someone else to take care of it for me and had to pay 10 times what I was expecting to pay. I had to lay off 5 of my guys because this service didn't work out.

It was just fine. I wasn’t at home during the removal; I had someone else at home at the time.

Called and emailed Junk-Out. Got no response.

The truck they they normally used was being repaired, so the trailer to haul away the junk was perhaps a bit small. Three workers arrived on time and was able to get most of the items in the trailer for hauling. I had a large ride-on mower that needed to be taken away, and the crew, including myself, had a bit of trouble getting it in the trailer. After about 20 minutes or so, we got it loaded and they were able to close the back of the trailer and they were on their way.

The service went just fine. They did exactly what deal stated and removed a lot of junk I had. One guy came out for the job. He was great with the cleanup and nothing was left behind. I was very happy with what they did. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling their service.

They called and asked if it was ok to arrive 30 minutes ahead of schedule. Upon arrival, they quickly loaded up all of the construction debris and old furniture and then swept up afterwards. I am completely satisfied with this service provider.

The company works out of a P O Box and does not return phone calls.

They called in advance and were 5-10 minutes early. We had the stuff (a lot of it) all lined up and the 2 ladies loaded it and were off in 15 minuets. They did an awesome job! GREAT VALUE, GREAT PUNCTUALITY!!

It went well. They were very efficient and polite.

Scheduled on internet. Called day of service before arriving. Arrived on time. Loaded truck quickly and efficiently and carried away. Because of weight involved, told me they would need to contact the boss for how to charge. Even though I had bought a $99 deal, I was okay with this as I knew there was a weight limit to the deal. The additional $75 seemed like a fair deal to me and, importantly, was communicated professionally as an option for me to consider.

They were scheduled to come around 2 - 2:30 but they called around 12:00 and said they'd be able to come earlier which was great. They sawed the tree trunks in half to fit into the trailer and swept the driveway free off debris when they were finished. Everything went well.

Junk Out did a great job! They put everything in their truck, and even asked if I wanted to keep something that could be repaired. I decided against it, but I'm glad that they asked. They also made sure that what they were hauling away was what I wanted them to haul away.

We made an appointment once and had to cancel because we had to go of town, and we have made another appointment with them.

Junk-Out was fantastic. We are very pleased with their work. They responded quickly to our request for service and called to let us know they were nearly to our home. They were courteous and professional. They removed all of our junk without any trouble. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

Excellent experience. The 2 person team arrived on time. They were friendly and courteous. Removed 3 old style heavy tvs, big container of bricks and other misc. items. Highly recommend their services. Loving the extra space I now have!

They were on time, prompt , completed the job, and left. It is all that I could ask for- I would use them again in the future.

My appointment was for 1:30. They called to say the could come earlier if I was available. I was available, so they came over. Two ladies came with their truck and trailer and were ready to get muddy (as it rained a lot last night and today). They removed the items I specified and were done in a matter of 10 minutes time. Highly recommend their friendly quick service.

Very friendly, efficient and fast. Removed all the junk requested. Called on Monday and they were here on Tuesday. Had bought the big deal for $99. Knew we had more junk than that would cover. Very pleased when was told it would only be $250 additional. Highly recommend.

The amount of stuff i had was more than the Angie's List promotion for removal.I was given a fair price for the overage removal and work was done to my satisfaction.

the work went really well, There was a large load of spare brick in one corner of my backyard when I moved here and I did not readilly have a means to get rid of it, so I called Junk-out, they were really responsive, they showed up gave me an estimate, we agreed on the price and within 1.5hr they were done cleaned up and gone. I went out to look at their work and I was completely satisfied Thank you Junk-out I will call you guys again when I have a project

The ladies showed up and went to town! It took about 20-30 minutes. Took a lot of stuff that would have to be hauled to the dump. Saved me time and money. Excellent deal. Excellent company.
