Junk Out

They never responded to my messages via Angie's List a number of weeks early or the phone messages I left the day before or day of.

All went well. The actual amount paid was less than the phone estimate. The crew arrived exactly on time, and the crew was very professional and helpful.

They were pretty good. They just had one guy to come out and there should have been two. So my husband had to help him get some junk out of the house and out to the drive but he was very nice.

The gentleman came over and took care of business. He was very professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.

At first, they were to come by on a Wednesday. They called & said could not make it. I rescheduled & they came by & removed the junk. They were very professional & courteous

They did a good job and were very nice. The only problem I had was that they are horrible about returning phone calls. I waited a week a nd have tried again for another job but still no reply.

Late. Did not have the correct information had to call the depot to ensure that the scheduled word was the acurate one. The gentleman left performed another job and returned.

Pick-up occurred on the scheduled date and on time. They provided friendly and professional services.

We had all this excess stuff beside our house because my husband has not been in favor of paying to have junk hauled away. Trouble is, he never got around to doing it himself. He was skeptical but agreeable when I set up the appointment. The man arrived on time, went promptly to work loading his truck and was gone again in a short amount of time. He was friendly and polite. My husband was impressed and has agreed that this is much better than DIY. I will definitely call them again when we finally get around to cleaning out the garage!

The company called quickly after I placed the order on Angie's List. They were able to schedule for the day i wanted. The hauler called before the work was done to verify the location. Everything worked very well.

The junk off employee was very helpful. We are in a frenzy of spring cleaning. After taking everything usable to be donated we still had a lot of stuff in the garage and jumped at the deal on Angie's list. When my husband understood they would take debris from building flower beds (concrete), and sheds, (tar paper, random pieces of wood), he got in the act and doubled the haul off. They do not take paint, but I checked with city sanitation and there is a hazardous waste day in May. My garage and storage shed are clean!!!

They picked up the materials on time and didn't break the junk (glass panes in the door and mirrors) that was placed in my driveway for pickup.

Perfect! Super easy and fast to schedule an appointment. Nicole was super nice and quick to respond. I left everything in my driveway since I wasn't going to be home. Easy and very affordable. I've used other "junk" companies and paid a lot more for same amount taken away. I will definitely recommend & use them again!
