Prompt and Professional. Patrick who provided the service was professional, and was efficient in pick up an haul away.

I was not impressed with them at all. I had work that should have been included in the deal, but before it was complete, they told me I had reached my limit. When I had spoken with her over the phone prior to the appointment, I was under the impression that everything could be hauled off. I was told they would fill a pick up truck which they did not even have with them. They were completely unprofessional and I will not be using them again in the future.

The couple were polite and courteous. They worked hard. I felt like they expected a tip.

I'm very pleased with the excellent service. I contracted with Junk-Out based on a special offer on Angie's List. I needed a load of old lumber, cabinets and other material hauled; not having a pick-up, I couldn't haul it off myself to the bulk waste station near the airport. Arrived right on schedule, after a phone call to alert me that he was on his way. First class in every aspect. Took all the stuff. Couldn't have asked for better service. A+++

They sent one person to pick up the trash as scheduled but when he arrived he looked at one small portion and did not even look at what we had scheduled for pick up, and said he had to call his boss. The boss immediately said they had to charge us more. This is a set-up to indicate one charge but then when they arrive charge more. We refused to have the work done at the additional charge and would not recommend that anyone use them. Very unprofessional and shoddy business practices. We asked for a refund and now will see how long it takes to get that.

On time, fast, efficient and friendly. Couldn't ask for any more.

Here's the deal...after I bought the Angie's List coupon, you contacted me on the 26th with a date and time to remove my junk. I responded to the email within an hour with a better time for me. I didn't hear back from you. I called and left a message on your machine on Monday the 29th. No response. Today, I get the email telling me that your schedule has freed up and are now available. The problem is: you had several opportunities to get in touch with me and schedule the removal. Since I never heard back from you, I have hired another company to have the construction debris removed from my property. So, sorry. I am contacting Angie's List for a refund of the coupon I purchased.

They were good. They came when they said they would. They ended up paying a little bit more. The load I had was larger than what the deal was. They came and they did the job. I was happy with them. It was $50-$75 more. There were no issues.

Everything went as planned. The representative called prior to arriving. He was courteous and professional. He even offered to sweep up after he had loaded everything on his truck.

I called Nicole on Halloween day, when we realized we could not count on others who had wanted the big pieces that we could not carry away ourselves. I explained that the lease was up on this last day of the month and we were sort of desperate. Nicole checked with her employees and we had pickup in only 45 minutes from when I placed the call. My daughter was downsizing her business from two storefronts down to one, and her employees had already left her, choosing not to stay the extra month to,help her move out. She was working round the clock trying to tear out built-ins and clear out all the unneeded things, put some in storage, take some to charity ---- while wanting to leave everything clean in the vacated space. She is a single mother and was just down to the last minute on the lease. When I told all this to Nicole, she worked it out and was so gracious.

They were easy to schedule with. They arrived on time. Professional, quick, thorough. I was so pleased with the results I hired them a second time, and they didn't disappoint.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out just fine. Nothing really stood out and they were fine. They took away everything that needed to be taken out.

Phoned 15 min. ahead, arrived on time with large trailer, went straight to work, finished in 30 min.; area was cleaned up, and I was as happy as could be. What a great way to start the day.

They were polite, but I had more things to hall away then they anticipated. I had them take the few things of mine off the trailer that they had and decided to get a refund.

The service went very well. Two people came out and completed the job in a half hour. I had them remove some junk from the garage. The staff was courteous and very helpful. I had no problem scheduling the deal.
