These guys turned up on time, worked hard, loaded up 3 truck loads, and even swept out the garage! Their truck is bigger than the other haulers I checked on. These guys were absolutely fabulous! If there were an A+, they deserve it!

Contacted me and I was expecting them in about 20 minutes but that turned into about 1 hour. Arrived and quoted me a total price of $148 for two freezers. I had to have them removed so I went with it. Upon completion, they charged me $168.00 and stated plus tax. I gave the guy $170.00 and he stated he didn't have any change so I told him to just take the money and leave. There are no circumstances that I would ever use this company again.

They have excellent and friendly customer service. They are on time, neat, and clean.

One of the employees provided a quote of $508. We felt it was too high and, therefore, chose not to hire them for their company's services. They were willing to negotiate, but we couldn't come to an agreement on a fair price. Nonetheless, they were cordial and professional. I may reconsider the company in the future.

Got an estimate several days ago by taking photo of items needing picked up and texting to Junk King's text number. They got back to me within 24 hours the estimate ($98.00), which I was OK with. Then I made an appointment online which was very easy and quick to do. On the day of my appointment, got a call from about 2 hours before appointment asking me what I needed picked up and to let me know the guys were going to be about 1 hour late from the start time (2pm) but since their reservation system lets you pick 2 hour intervals (2pm-4pm for mine) I was OK with this as they showed up at exactly 3pm, which the dispatcher told me they would. They were very friendly and quick to pick and take all that stuff. They were here and gone with all my junk in less than 5 minutes. I'll be using them again in the future.

Amazingly poor and seemingly dishonest experience. Called the call center first thing on Saturday. Call center quotes $535 as top price for full load and that they could take it that day. Then schedules us between 2-4PM. Guys finally show up closer to 5 (although they did call around 4 to say they'd be late). When they arrive, they tell us it will be over $700! When pressed that the call center told us otherwise, they agree to the $535, but tell us they can't do it until Tuesday. So they were late, they were more than agreed upon, and couldn't do it on the day we had been promised. Amazingly bad.

They were awesome. I spent about $350. They were prompt, punctual, sweet guys and they really did a great job. They took everything I asked.

Gave me an estimate after a site visit, showed up reasonably promptly, got the work done (which probably took longer than expected, but didn't charge me above the estimate). Didn't leave a lot of debris. Did the work even though I live outside their stated service area.

Easy to contact, super personable, very friendly, set up an appointment to meet with me right away, kept in regular contact leading up to meeting, following meeting, leading up to clean up day1 (it will take multiple days and they are working me into their very busy schedule) and following clean up. Great price, FANTASTIC work. I couldn't be more impressed.

Sorry for the long overdue report. I got sidetracked with moving and then forgot to do a report..This was the second time we have used Junk King and the first time they were amazing so we contacted them again when we sold our home and had lots of items in sheds to be disposed of. They were scheduled to arrive between 8:00 and 10:00 am but did not arrive until late afternoon. Said they had a last minute commercial job for a good customer so they were not able to take everything in first load due to drop off location closing at 5:00 and had to make a second trip. They did a great job and did discount the price for the inconvenience of the two pickups. I understand the need to take care of your "larger' customers but we were under a time constraint with our move so it was an inconvenience for us. I would still use them again.

His price was reasonable and he did a good job.

Paul, Russell and Robert arrived exactly on time and ready to work. Their procedure is impressive in that they sort the items into categories so they can be disposed of in the best possible manner. They work hard to recycle anything they can. They worked swiftly and efficiently. To be noted - Paul actually gave up a portion of his weekend to come and look at the situation ahead of time so he could give us an estimate for consideration. He was forthcoming and honest in his efforts to do this. We were truly impressed with the level of professionality and, particularly, honesty. Sometimes, those qualities are difficult to find in these times. We would use Junk-King San Antonio again and highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service. Thank you Junk King for making life a bit easier for us.

I wish they had sent two folks, but the gentleman they did send was cheerful and as efficient as possible with reducing my pile o' junk by himself. I've tried one of the larger companies in the past, but they were a no-show, with lame excuses. Junk King was on-time, gave me a reasonable assessment, and followed through.

Terriic. Efficient and professional. I highly recommend. It is not always feasible to use your own pick-up or borrow one to haul junk to appropriate sites. More business should go their way. A big help when cleaning out or moving.

They contacted me immediately and were very flexible on scheduling. The team arrived on time, was very friendly and really fast. Really appreciated the service provided.

They were nice and polite. Didn't take long to pick up carpet.

Called this morning and a crew was here in the afternoon. Crew was very polite, looked at what needed hauled away and gave me a price. I gave the ok and they started immediately. They were done quickly. Will use them again in the future. Only downside was I could not take advantage of coupon because our printer does not work and crew had to have a paper copy to turn in.

ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND WORKED QUICKLY AND EFFECIENTLY.PLAN ON USING THEM AGAIN LATER THIS YEAR.

Mike, Eric, and Oliver dismantled and removed all the unwanted items promptly. They were a little late for the appt. but kept me informed so that it was not a problem. Highly recommended.

They were polite, friendly, and priced very reasonably.
