Customer contact center rep was wonderful! Sam and Nathan who came onsite to give quote and haul my items off were very courteous, professional, kind, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor.

I called for a price and appointment and was told the price would be figured after they saw what I wanted hauled. The appointment was set for the date and time I requested. On the day of the appointment I was called by the drivers and told when they would be here. It was within the 11:00 to1:00 time slot I had been given, and they arrived at the exact time they said they would. Christopher and Sebastian were very nice and quickly had the items in their truck. They even moved two metal yard art pieces for me. The price I was given seemed very fair to me, and they also accepted the Angie's List discount coupon for $25.

Terrible customer service and they were a no show. My appointment was scheduled between 11am and 1pm. I waited over 4 hours and made several calls to the company after they failed to show up. A “driver” was supposed to call me to tell me where they were after they missed the scheduled two hour window, but they did not call and did not show up. After waiting over four house I gave up and canceled the appointment. What a waste of time.

Excellent work. They showed up on time and quickly loaded a large number of both small and oversized items all within the cost quoted. Highly recommended.

When I placed the order, I requested a full size truck. The estimated window for arrival was between 2-4 pm. The driver did call a little after 4 to let me know they were running about 1-1.5 hrs late. At 6 pm I called the main office to let them know the situation and requested a reschedule. The office rescheduled for the next day at 3 PM. A crew showed up at 6:30. When asked if they got the reschedule message, they didn't know anything about it. Since they were there, with a half full truck, they could go ahead and take what they could. I said ok go ahead. The next day the crew arrived and finished the job. The crews did a very good job...no complaints about their work. The office or dispatch service didn't do a very good job coordinating this service, by not sending an empty full size truck the first time as requested.

Services were never performed. They have an online contact form that opens a text string. You don't really know with whom you're speaking on the text as it's handled by multiple people. I sent pictures of my item, agreed upon a price and time and then they never showed. I inquired in the text string what happened and nobody replied for a couple hours. By then, I had called to find out the story twice (disconnected after being put on hold the first time). I was beyond frustrated as I took time off work. Nissa is the only reason this review isn't straight Fs because she worked really hard to try and remedy the situation for me and assured me it was not typical at all for the company. My recommendation, if you do try to use Junk King, is to get a name and a confirmation number for your appt so you don't go through an event like I did. I was told I would be contacted by a manager or owner, but that never happened. Customer be warned.

Junk King showed up at the scheduled time, charged the amount that had been quoted and applied the appropriate discount. They were friendly, too. Life is easier when you do business with people like them!

Everything went fine. They arrived in the time-frame provided by the Scheduler. Very professional, careful, and friendly. The gentlemen gave us extra discount because we scheduled it online. They had to move some furniture to get couch out. Then replaced the furniture. Gave us "rough" estimate to remove a tool shed...remove shed and also take items in shed. Will definitely hire again. Another company came out yesterday and wanted to remove part of door frame to remove couch. We called Junk-King and they did not have to remove the door frame...no damage done to door or couch.

The crew was punctual, friendly, professional, and courteous. The price was within reason, especially since I had no other options available. I was very pleased with their careful removal of my items. I was informed that they attempt to repair, refurbish, donate, or recycle items they haul off. Simply dumping the items in a landfill is only done as a last resort. If needed, I will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommended.

Had to wait an extra hour for him to show up. Had no clue what they were going to charge till they got to my home. Now I️ know how outrageous the fee is to use this type of service. Should tell people up front so they don’t have to waste 3 hours of their day. Told driver to leave.

They charged me how big the piece is. It depended on how many loads there was. It was fine it was punctual. I had very little concern. They were here when they said they were going to be.

Scheduled an appointment online. The crew was on-time and friendly. They gave us an estimate and then returned the next day to remove an old hot tub from our property. (They had to return the next day because they didn't have the tools needed to tear down the hot tub). The crew was again punctual and friendly. Would hire again if I had more junk to remove.
